La ubicación

El personal desde las 5:00am estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido muertos de la risa les dije que porfa me dejarán dormir y solo me voltearon a ver y en cuanto cerré la puerta volvió el cuchicheo no me dejaron descansar aparte todo el ruido de la gente de la calle lo tienes súper cerca de las ventanas. La tv las bocinas no servían y la misma tv hacia un zumbido q mejor la mantuvimos apagada.

Absolutamente nada

No me explico como este lugar tiene buena puntuación, los empleados todos gestores sin excepción, pedi entrar antes y me dijeron que cuando terminaran de arreglar mi habitacion, me tomaron por tonto por que yo me di cuenta que mi habitacion estaba lista desde que llegue. Me dieron una habitacion inferior de lo que yo contrate, como excusa me dijeron que la valoración de Booking.com era diferente a la suya, menuda pendejada de excusa. Responsabilidad de Booking.com por ofertar esa mierda de hospedajes

Ofrecen café en la recepción y con horarios de 6 a 10 pm y no lo sirven, sistema de TV muy malo no se pudo ver , pedi cambio de habitación y lo revisarian con la gerente 3 horas después ya como a las 10 de la noche que estamos descansando se acerco la recepcionista si quería cambió de habitación ya demasiado tarde .

LA MADRUGADA DEL SABADO 4 A LAS 12 DE LA NOCHE ME MARCARON A MI CELULAR, YO DORMITADA CONTESTE Y ME SALIENRON QUE ME HABLABA LA RECEPCIONISTA QUE HABIAN UNOS POLICIAS AHI CON ELLA QUE HABIAN DETECTADO UN VEHICULO ROBADO DE GUADALAJARA Y QUE QUERIAN HABLAR CONMIGO, ME PASARON A OTRA PERSONA QUE YA ERA UN HOMBRE, ME DIERON MI NOMBRE, LAS HABITACIONES QUE YO TENIA LA 7 Y LA 10, ME INDICABAN QUE NO SALIERA DE MI HABITACION, QUE CUANTAS PERSONAS HABIAN EN CADA HABITACION, QUE CUAL ERA EL NOMBRE DE MI MARIDO, UNA TODA ADORMITADA SE SACA DE ONDA Y CONTESTE ALGUNAS PREGUNTAS, SIN EMBARGO COMO A LAS 2 QUE ME HACIAN REACCIONE Y LES COLGUE, MI VOLVIERON A MARCAR PERO YA NO CONTESTE Y BLOQUEE EL NUMERO, AHI ME DI CUENTA QUE ANTES DE ESA PRIMERA LLAMADA YA ME HABIAN ENVIANDO UN WHATSAAP DONDE LO PREOCUPANTE ES QUE SE OBSTENTA COMO EL NUMERO DE LA CASONA DE SISAL Y HASTA FOTO DEL HOTEL APARECE, EN ESE MOMENTO MI MARIDO BAJO A LA RECEPCION Y NADA MAS HABIA UN VIGILANTE LE EXPLICO LO SUCEDIDO PERO PUES TAMPOCO HIZO NADA, AL DIA SIGUIENTE HABLO CON EL RECEPCIONISTA PERO SE LIMITO A DECIR, QUE HACE COMO UNOS 6 MESES TAMBIEN PASO ALGO PARECIDO, ES DECIR, NO SE RESPONSABILIZAN DE LA FUGA DE INFORMACION Y NO QUISIERA MAL PENSAR EN QUE SON LOS MISMOS EMPLEADOS QUIENES DAN ESTA INFORMACION, EL CASO ES QUE PASE UNA ESPANTOSA NOCHE PORQUE SI ME ESPANTE, QUE HASTA LA PRESION SE ME SUBIO. VUELVO A REPETIR, EL HOTEL ES PRECIOSO PERO LA EXPERIENCIA FUE HORRIBLE.

La habitación quedó sin agua desde la noche hasta al día siguiente como a las 12:00, no fue rápido el cambio de habitación y tuvimos que retrasar nuestra agenda. No nos llevaron cubetas de agua para usar mientras tanto el inodoro

Cerca de la playa, la alberca.

Que tenga que salir del cuarto antes de las 11 si requería limpieza, que un día la camarista abrió la puerta sin preguntar, aunque desde adentro dijo BUENOS DÍAS.

La atención excelente servicio

Sisal, muy bonito pero mucha gente, tráfico y sin espacio para estacionar, el puerto no está preparado para recibir tanta gente. Los flamencos hacen la diferencia ahi están puntuales en sus espacios de animación y descanso.

They have free coffee in the lobby but quizzically only provide it in the afternoons - even when asked. They have glass shower doors but a weird policy of not hanging wet towels on the glass and not other fixtures to hang them on.

The place is marvellous. In the Mere City Center, everything is right down the corner. The landlord is incredible: helps with any need expressed immediately, very opened and friendly. Absolut top place in Merida and I've rented many.

The location was great, close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Best of all were the staff - we wanted to make the most of our short stay in Sisal, and they were super-accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before and after checkout. In fact, since our room was ready, they graciously allowed us to check in early. Breakfast in the restaurant (not included with room) was excellent. We very much appreciated the cooler of purified water in the lobby

On seeing the layout of the hotel, we were initially concerned that noise from guests walking past our room on the outside stairway would be an issue. This did not turn out to be a problem, but with a noisy group, it might have been. The complementary coffee service was odd, limited to the evening.

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de la playa a unos pasos, el lugar es bonito, limpio y cómodo.

Tiene un poco de sarro las regaderas y no salia mucha agua , así que tuve que quitarle el sarro con mi arete y todo súper bien después.

Their restaurant works on odd hours. One day we were able to grab lunch at noon, the next day the kitchen hen had closed just before noon. Go figure. lol

Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits une Suite Deluxe. Très bien situé par rapport à la plage.

Nous avons réservé une Suite mais c’était plutôt une chambre standard ! Le salon (tel qu’indiqué dans la description) était plutôt une simple chaise additionnelle. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, pas de savon pour le corps, pas de petit bar ou réfrigérateur, pas de verre dans la chambre et aucun verre à la réception non plus, le personnel n’a pas fait le ménage de la chambre (alors qu’il y a une petite enveloppe pour le pourboire bien en évidence ) le restaurant de l’hôtel était aussi fermé donc pas de possibilité d’y prendre le petit déjeuner, La piscine est minuscule. Le service du personnel à la réception est très inégal ( tout dépendant de la personne au poste) : variant de l’indifférence totale à une personne aimable et souriante. Rien de grave dans tout cela, mais ça n’a pas rencontré nos attentes d’une suite Deluxe !

The breakfast was excellent, however, I do not eat eggs and they would not just change to pancakes or avocado toast. It became a big thing, that should not have been.

The bed and the noise coming from other guests, it was a noisy room.

La location tout près du centre et pour aller à la plage nu pied, il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue. Chambre propre et grande. Beaucoup d’espace pour mettre les effets personnel. Personnel très gentil. Espace rooftop pour relaxer parfait. Petite piscine mais agréable.

there is a beautiful restaurant within the hotel building. however the people who run it seem to have no interest whatsoever in their guests. as a result the restaurant is always empty!!!

DURANTE LA PRIMERA NOCHE Y EL SIGUIENTE DIA HUBO EN VARIAS OCASIOES INTERRUPCIONES DE AGUA, NO ME PODIA NI LAVAR LAS MANOS. Y LAS REPARACIONES DURARON HASTA MUY NOCHE. PARA EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO, EN EL RESTAURANTE NO ME PUDIERON DAR OTRA OPCION AL HUEVO, YA QUE SOY ALERGICO, POR LO QUE ME QUEDE SIN DESAYUNAR.

I did not like anything about it. Nothing. Upon arrival the property would not take my VISA credit card, that they took the reservation with, that worked with all my other bookings. They then kicked me out and would not help me or work with me to find a solution when I asked. It was a small; town, late in the day and I had very few options.

Nobody from La Casona de Sisal Hotel has not responded to Booking.com request to explain why they did this to me.

Perfecte ligging vlakbij het strand en het kleine gezellige centrum. Schone kamer en badkamer met airco en ventilator. Heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt inclusief.

Me encantó. La ubicación está super bien: a una cuadra de la playa. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y atendieron mis necesidades (no como huevo, así que lo quitaron y todo lo demás fue delicioso). El staff es muy amable. Me gustó mucho que pude hacer uso de las instalaciones compartidas del hotel incluso después de mi check out (por ejemplo,me dejaron bañarme en el baño de la alberca cuando ya había salido de mi hotel).

Fui sola, y la habitación para mí sola sí era un poco cara. Tal vez pensar en rebajar un poco el precio cuando se trata de sólo una persona.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso y abundante.

Estuve un par de horas en la terraza y me picaron varios moscos, a pesar de ponerme repelente.

Desayuno sobrio pero rico. La ubicación es muy buena prácticamente sales del hotel y estás en la playa, aunque si tienes que caminar un poquito.

Que tuvieran un área en la playa para usuarios del hotel tipo club de playa aunque sólo tuviera una palapa y dos camastros

Ruido excesivo, el sábado un par de imbéciles se quedaron tomando y haciendo fiesta en la alberca hasta las 2 a.m. y posteriormente en su habitación, la alberca está a un lado de recepción, y aún así no hubo nadie que los callara. Entra luz a la habitación por todos lados, y no estoy seguro aún si lo que tengo en las piernas son piquetes por los mosquitos, o la picadura de algún insecto de la cama. Los colchones son viejos e incómodos.

Loved that it was a half block off the beach! Lovely super clean space! It has a restaurant and everyone encountered is beyond sweet and welcoming. Upon check in we asked for the best place to get some service, and was sent to the most amazing place about 13 steps from the hotel! PESCADERIA JULY! it doesn't look like much and it could basically be your mom in the kitchen, but it was by far the best cerviche we've ever eaten!

There was nothing we didnt like! However, we would have liked ro have a mini fridge in the room for our waters etc.
