nulla e' tutto disastroso non mi hanno mai dato la colazione, tutto sporco muffa da ogni parte

niente e' tutto un tugurio non andate sono truffatori, non date il pin perche' si fanno le recensioni da soli

Le personnel de l'accueil était aux petits soins avec nous. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Le calme et la propreté étaient au rendez-vous. Le petit-déjeuner était bien copieux.

Rien, tout était parfait, nous y serions bien resté plus longtemps si on pouvait.

Si percepiscono davvero energia positiva e passione nello staff. Colazione ottima, cena abbondante e buona.

Excelente ubicación a las afueras de la medina. ¡La habitación es una obra de arte y muy espaciosa! Preciosa zona céntrica y terraza. Apreciamos mucho el traslado al aeropuerto a buen precio y el conductor fue genial. También nos encantó el personal de limpieza, ¡fueron muy amables!

El Riad es muy bonito por dentro y las habitaciones son espaciosas y auténticas. El desayuno es correcto, pero es el mismo todos los días. Ubicación muy buena para llegar de noche, está cerca del centro de la Medina, pero tiene calles para coches de acceso muy cercano al Riad. Por lo que cuesta no podríamos pedir más, increíble relación calidad-precio.

Beautiful Riad, richly decorated and comfortable. Food is really delicious. Rooftop is open and the views are stunning. Staff is helpful and you should definitely hire a guide for your first day

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo blisko parking platny (4 EUR za dzień) co było dla was ważne.

To był czwarty Riad w którym mieszkaliśmy podczas tego wyjazdu. Najbardziej zaniedbany. Śniadania średnie. Na dwie osoby poza świeżym pieczywem dostaliśmy tylko maslo, 2 małe serki topione i kilka oliwek. Obsługa średnia. Przed przyjazdem pisaliśmy do obiektu o wskazówki dotyczące parkingu - nikt nie odpisal. Na miejscu nikogo nie było. Dopiero po kontakcie telefonicznym pojawił się pracownik.

El alojamiento nos pareció increíble; todo fue perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que si no quieres recorrer las estrechas calles de la medina, puedes acceder rodeando la muralla, lo cual es muy rápido. Una opción muy práctica si no te apetece salir por la noche es pedir la cena allí; todo está buenísimo y el menú es variado. Sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento fue el servicio de nuestra recepcionista, que estuvo atenta a todo y nos ayudó con nuestras numerosas preguntas e inconvenientes.

La habitación era más o menos lo esperado. Era agradable y fresco (el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien). Bonito cuarto de baño espacioso. Zona de estar tranquila y absolutamente impresionante en la azotea con sofás realmente cómodos para relajarse. Tranquilo y agradable.

Everything was perfect! The riad is stunning and beautifully decorated with great taste. The staff are attentive and truly responsive to guests’ needs. We are completely satisfied with our stay.

The staff of this riad makes you feel at home, and maybe that’s why you can even go out leaving the door of the room open!! Riad fantástico, bem decorado e com boas instalações, onde fomos muito bem acolhidos, com toda a simpatia. O pequeno-almoço (incluído) era satisfatório e as refeições (pagas à parte) deliciosas. Fica próximo de pontos turísticos da Medina e depois de compreendermos a geografia da cidade, é fácil lá chegar.

Notre séjour ici a été absolument fantastique. Le personnel était attentionné, sympathique et veillait à ce que chaque détail soit parfait. Nous avons dégusté un délicieux dîner composé d'un tajine savoureux, d'un couscous aux légumes frais et d'une pastilla parfaitement préparée. Le serveur était très poli et son sourire chaleureux a rendu l'atmosphère encore plus chaleureuse. L'endroit est chaleureux et paisible, et les plats ont été servis rapidement et avec une excellente qualité. Ils nous ont également organisé une excursion dans le désert amusante et mémorable. Je recommande vivement !

Il personale è assolutamente accogliente e gentile. Il valore aggiunto ad un luogo veramente bello. Appena arrivati la posizione ci sembrava troppo addentrata ma subito ci siamo resi conto fosse normalissimo anzi... tranquillo dalle caotiche vie principali! Servizio taxi perfetto e per ogni esigenza sono a disposizione.

El lugar es precioso, el desayuno un lujo (abundante, variado y muy rico), el personal súper amable. A pesar de estar cerca de una calle transitada, es un lugar muy calmo. Pudimos lavar ropa ahí y tienen aire acondicionado. Muy buena relación precio- calidad, volvería a elegirlo sin dudarlo!

Really helpfull staff, great breakfast with lots of different foods. Additionally the room was clean and excellent and the riad located on a good place to visit the medina. Absolutely recommended. Rooftop is amazing.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. We had a delicious dinner with a flavorful tagine, fresh vegetable couscous, and a perfectly made pastilla. The server was very polite, and his warm smile made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The place is cozy and peaceful, and the food was served quickly and with great quality. They also arranged a fun and memorable desert tour for us. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly. They guide you during your stay on the main attractions and activities. They also help you about important cultural aspects or where is the best place to exchange money. Always there is someone available if you have any question. The room included air conditioner, and the place was super clean. The stay included breakfast, perfect to start the day without wasting time.

El alojamiento nos pareció increible, estaba todo perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que si no quieres atravesar las callejuelas de la medina puedes acceder bordeando la muralla por fuera y se llega muy rápido. Una opción muy cómoda si no te apetece salir de noche es pedir la cena allí, todo está muy bueno y la carta es variada. Sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento fue la atención de nuestro recepcionista, que estuvo atento a todo y nos ayudó con nuestras múltiples dudas y percances.

Odalar ferah, zevkli bir şekilde dekore edilmiş ve tertemizdi. Medine’ye nefes kesen bir manzarası olan terasta kahvaltı yapmak tam bir mutluluk anıydı. Personel çok ilgili, ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamak ya da Fes’te yapılacak geziler hakkında tavsiye vermek için her zaman hazırdı. Bu eşsiz deneyim için teşekkür ederiz, zevkle tekrar geleceğiz!

Die Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit des Personals, die herrlichen Zimmer, das tolle Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Die Gastgeber begrüßten mich wie ein Mitglied ihrer Familie, begleiteten mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts und führten mich sogar in die marokkanische Kultur ein. Ich kann ihnen nie genug für diese Erfahrung danken!

El personal fue muy amable. Le orientan durante su estancia sobre los principales atractivos y actividades. También te ayudan sobre aspectos culturales importantes o dónde es el mejor lugar para cambiar dinero. Siempre hay alguien disponible si tienes alguna pregunta. La habitación incluía aire acondicionado y el lugar estaba súper limpio. La estancia incluía desayuno, perfecto para empezar el día sin perder tiempo.

Very nice and helpful staff. The food was also very good. The location was great in the middle of the medina. Unfortunately we didn't like the room. Rather dark and what bothered us was the cleanliness. It was unfortunately not very clean. For example, there was a lot of hair from the last guests in the shower. The price-performance ratio was really great!

The location is excellent. Only a 5 minute walk to a secure car park @ 40 dham per 24 hours.

The roof leaked in our room but the rain was exceptionally heavy..

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. Nice strong shower.

No option to pay by card or directly through booking.com. Only cash, which is very inconvenient. The bed is rock hard. As the room is right next to the central hall of the building you hear everything from other guests. So bring ear plugs!

It was a bit cold in the place in general but it’s expected at the riads.

I was very happy to find Fez Dar during my visit to Morroco. The manager Elena was very communicative and helpful. Her support was very positive. The location was very good near the central part of the Medina at the same time very reserved and quiet. Rooms had enough space, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with good hot shower (important during january). Breakfast was prepared and served fresh. The smell in the morning was a good reason to wake up and get out of bed. I highly recommend Riad Fez Dar if you are looking for a good experience with a fair price 😃

May be a little tricky to find out by yourself. Better to ask someone to walk you there

The place is magical. A real Riad in the very center of the Medina. The breakfast was phenomenal. Elena is a wonderful host who had no problem waiting for us at 3 in the morning. We are grateful for that.

Nice location, close to the blue gate. We felt very safe. The breakfast was very complete, the rooms comfortable. Elena and Hamidi are the absolute best!! They helped us with tours, advices, anything we needed. A place to come back.

Elena was a great host and really helped me when I'd lost my phone. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and quiet so I slept well. The location is near to the main street in the medina, however, it is down a dark alleyway.

The riad was very dark whenever I arrived, my bathroom towel was very stained and it would have been good if small shampoo and soap was provided for the price of the room. The room was also very cold.

Property is very old and tired and dirty down a dark ally way, I asked for a ground floor and was told I could have one , but when I got there, it wasn't available, the room was very noisy from the ally

My room was lovely and big. The bed is comfortable and also big. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. In addition, they offered me a very cheap excursion to the desert (I had already booked it but I cancelled it to do it with them). Thank you so much!

There was no breakfast

After i booked and payed, the Riad send me a message mentioning that the room wasn't available and offered me another room in another riad with lower conditions for the same price. The room I booked initially was later available with a higher price. They use this booking account with nice picture to sell rooms in inferior riads. Scam don't book!

Our host Elena was very communicative from the beginning. Her husband met us where our bus dropped us off and we were guided to the Riad (definitely needed because the medina is a maze). Elena welcomed us warmly and we were offered tea during the quick check in process. The Riad feels like being in the warmth of someone's home and the room was bright and clean. We only booked one night but we asked to stay another as my husband was unwell and even though they were fully booked Elena found us a place close by of equal comfort and walked us there herself. Truly a wonderful host.

The only thing people should be aware of is that the sounds of the city and the Riad are heard in the room but that is always the way in every place we have stayed in Morocco. Moroccan people are very friendly and community focused so it feels part of the cultural experience.

I had such a good time that I came back! It's the second time I've been to this Riad and I'm super happy again.

It is a small Riad but perfect for travelling with your group of friends. We felt at home, all thanks to the staff (very friendly). The breakfast is exceptional. They provide information on various excursions. They organised our transfer from the airport (highly recommended). Thanks!!

Elena and Hamidi have been very welcoming and supported me with everything. The hotel was great, also the location in the Old Town is lovely, they booked me transport from the hotel and back, and they also organised an unforgettable trip in the desert for me at a very good price, where I had memorable moments, fun, and I took a lot of pictures in the middle of Sahara. When I come back to Fes, I will choose again Riad Fes Dar. I also ate homemade couscous in the hotel and I loved it.
