הדירה מתחת לכל ביקורת,מלוכלכת,קיבלנו ספה שהייתה שבורה ולא ניתן לישון עליה,הצטופפנו במיטה זוגית 4 מבוגרים,המצעים היו מלוכלכים,פח הזבל היה מלא בזבל .הדירה עם כלי מטבח מטונפים וישנים .לא להתקרב

The original room was not clean at all. We were given a different room which was clean but had no towels or toilet paper. There were no dishes barely a glass or twol

בעל הבית מתנהג באופן מחריד ללקוחות היינו אמורים להגיע בשעה 4 לדירה כמו שנאמר לנו והגענו קצת לפניי לירושלים כדי להסתובב בסביבות השעה 14:00 אנחנו מקבלים מייל ששינו לנו דירה בלי לשאול אותנו בכלל לדירה שאנחנו לא רוצים ומאותו רגע הכל הפך לסיוט עם הדירה בעל הדירה אמר שאין לו מנקים לשלוח לדירה שלא מובן למה הוא חיכה עד השעה 14:00 לעדכן אותנו על זה דיברנו איתו ואחריי הוויכוחים הוא הסכים להתחיל לחפש מנקה לדירה כדי שנוכל להגיע בסופו של דבר קיבלנו את הדירה רק ב17:50 ובכל מקרה הייתה מלוכלכת ושניסינו לדבר עם בעל הדירה על זה ולבקש פיצוי על העוגמת נפש הוא אמר מה אתם רוצים שאעשה אין אצלנו פיצויים ופשוט התחמק ולא לקח אחריות

הגענו לדירה והיא הייתה מלוכלכת מהדיירים הקודמים אפילו לא הגיעו לנקות ונשארנו מחוץ למקום עד 10 בלילה עד שיסיימו לנקות שם\אבל בסך הכל היה סבבה נתן לנו חנייה שהייתה פנויה והיה איתנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים

דירות מושקעות ויפות ממש נהננו היה חוויה זאת כבר שנה שנייה שאנחנו סוגרים שם ובעזרת ה' גם נמשיך להגיע המיקום מושלם דקה ממחנה יודה המארחים היו אדיבים ואכפתיים אריאל היה איתנו לכל דבר שאנחנו צריכים ואפילו עשה מעל ומעבר בשבילינו ממש נהננו היה חוויה ורק בשביל השירות שלו אנחנו נגיע שוב ושוב ושוב תודה רבה

La ubicación, la cama principal, en gral está bien

Hay muy pocas cosas en la cocina. Éramos 3 y había 2 tazas y un estaba rajada. No hay una ensaladera, el horno no pudimos hacerlo funcionar, las cortinas dejan pasar la luz. La ubicación es buena pero la calle es ruidosa

The only reason the property came up on my search results is for parking. Imagine the surprise: 'your unit has no parking'. Trying to resolve the problem by paying for parking: no help. I see that after my complaining the property listings are now explicitly saying if this unit is with parking or not. However, the property and its rates shouldn't get past parking search result filters if the available units have no parking.

Almost everything. Excellent location . Self catering but a lot of bakeries and food options nearby, excellent communication with hosts and good instructions for access. Very well equipped. very clean and very comfortable.

The showerhead did not stay in place. when I emailed to notify, it was a bit of a story to email pics etc. didnt have a lot of time. so left it. but hope they fix it up for the next person

location is excellent, close to so many main attractions.

Construction nearby, hence it xcan be quiet noisy, but construction is all over Jerusalem

Apartment is modern, well equipped and comfortable. Great location in central Jerusalem. Great for bus and light railway travel.

The responsiveness of the property agency should be improved as they did not come back when they advised they would be doing so.

Absolutely perfect location—right in the heart of central Jerusalem and close to everything. The view is incredible, and the property itself is spotless and well-maintained. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I especially recommend this place for observant Jews, as it’s fully equipped with all the necessary Shabbat accommodations. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The apartment's layout is satisfactory. It’s centrally located near the Shuk, train, bus stops, and restaurants.

The building’s entrance was dusty, and the sidewalk was unfinished due to ongoing construction next door, creating an unappealing first impression. Inside the apartment, the couches were stained and emitted a strong bodily odor, making the living space unpleasant. While the bathroom was generally clean, the toilet had a noticeable brownish-yellowish stain ring around the bowl. I purchased a Clorox spray to resolve this, which should not have been my responsibility. Most significantly, the air conditioning unit broke down two days into my stay. Despite my repeated requests for repairs and assurances that a maintenance person would be sent, the issue was not addressed until the final day of my stay. Even then, a maintenance worker entered the apartment without my knowledge or consent, which I found highly unprofessional and unsettling. The lack of functional air conditioning made my stay unpleasant, especially during warm temperatures. I extended my trip for an additional week, but left this property a day early, moving to alternative accommodation with superior amenities, including reliable air conditioning, at a lower cost than this property’s rates. Due to the strong bodily odors and unreliable air conditioning, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone susceptible to odors or requiring consistent AC, particularly in warm weather.

Excellent location. Good size rooms. Very comfortable.

The facilities in the apartment were very sparse. For example - only bath towels, no hand towels. Two glasses for a 4 person apartment. No drying rack for clothes. No dustbin in the bathroom. The clothes dryer wasn’t working and took 3 days to fix it after having to continually nag.

I absolutely don’t understand how guests can be treated so carelessly. It was a double booking and they let me stand in front of the building outside until after midnight (after a 13 hour night flight and touring during the day) until they sent me to a different apartment in a different neighborhood that I didn’t like. It took 2 days to get me an apartment in the building I reserved. Still not the apartment that I reserved. The apartment was dirty, dog hair all over, NO towels! Washer/dryer not working. After I complained they brought 2 towels (one stained) the next day. The bedding was stained as well and looked about the opposite of what the advertised pictures look like. 2 different thicknesses of bedding on the “double” bed, I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, the duvet didn’t fit in the cover so they just let it hang out. I asked for some type of compensation - nothing. Needless to say - never again with Isrental. I had to extend my stay in Israel and now moved into a different apartment not rented by Isrental. Wow, it’s like day and night. Finally get to enjoy my time here.

there was no option for breakfast

there was no decent tea kettle coffee machine was old and outdated the sugar in canister was old and lumpy my son and i were both sick the heat didn’t work well and we couldn’t have a tea my daughter had to buy a tea also the sofa did not open up to a proper bed and my son who was running a fever did not have a proper bed. in addition there were two sofa beds promised but again the second bed seemed to be just a chair

I was having problems with finding the parking lot. When I tried calling the number for help, they couldn’t help me either so that was a bummer.

Writing after a couple weekend and the experience was disappointing from start to finish, with numerous issues that other travelers should be aware of. First, the booking process was stressful. Before my arrival, the host insisted I complete the check-in process online, which included providing photos of both my credit card and ID. This request felt excessive and raised concerns about privacy and security. In addition, the host demanded an additional 17% VAT payment, even though, as an Israeli citizen, I should have been exempt. This request for extra payment was not disclosed during the booking process, and it felt like an unfair and unexpected charge. When I finally arrived at the property, things did not improve. Despite the listing stating that parking was included, the host claimed it wasn’t and I had park on my expense, that amounted to nearly half the cost of my stay. This hidden expense was extremely frustrating and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing trip. Inside the apartment, the amenities were very basic. There was only one set of towels provided for the entire weekend, and just one roll of toilet paper—completely inadequate for a multi-day stay. To make matters worse, the host was unresponsive to my questions throughout the stay, making it difficult to resolve any issues. On top of everything, upon arrival, the host informed me that if I used the air conditioning "more than the usual electrical consumption," I would be charged extra. This was not mentioned upfront and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. In summary, the lack of transparency, hidden fees, and poor communication from the host made this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property, as the listing is deceptive and the host is uncooperative.

The Location was excellent

The host Jacob was terrible. We selected this apartment partially because the web site indicated that parking was included. In fact, I know someone who rented in the building thru Booking.com, and car parking was included. however, Jacob kept avoiding my question regarding parking details, and then the day before our trip he e-mailed that Parking was not included; the website was not accurate! I called him directly from NY and after much argueing, he said he'd get us a space. - the details of which he did not let me know until I was literally boarding my flight to Israel - "It's parking space #45". When we got to Israel - Parking space #45 was occupied. and he did not take my phone call to discuss what to do. Additionally - he e-mailed the code to enter the building as well as the code to enter the appartment - BOTH OF WHICH WERE WRONG CODES!! and he did not take my phone call to discuss what to do!!! Finally, the concierge was able to contact Jacob and get these 3 items resolved. Jacob did not e-mail me instructions on how to operate the air conditioning until 6 hours AFTER I arrived. Throughout the stay, I e-mailed him multiple times that the smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detector had been removed from the apartment - he said he'd have the maintainance staff check this - we were thse for 2 weeks, no detector was installed. He did say that if I wanted, I could buy my own detector!

location was good. apartment was mostly fine and new.

the WIFI device had to be replaced the next day because it was not working. The shower didn't work in the 2nd bathroom.
