Très bon accueil de Radwan et sa famille. Le riad est idéalement situé. Au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes Chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et très propres. Petit déjeuner traditionnel et copieux en terrasse. La piscine avec vue sur le lac et montagnes est vraiment très agréable. Radwan reste discret et disponible au besoin. Il est de bon conseil pour les randonnées locales. Très bon rapport qualité.

It's really quite place no noise at all very clean ,a small kitchen to prepare fast food close to the market , nice and friendly people .

Nothing to complain about

La maison est située dans le centre de la médina ce qui est très pratique, et à la fois à l'intérieur de la maison c'est très calme. Très propre. Climatisation dans la chambre bienvenue au vu de la chaleur en août. Bonnes indications pour trouver le lieu et la mère de famille était très accueillante.

Si jamais vous souhaitez cuisiner c'est très basique il y a peu d'ustensiles.

L'accueil de Walid était super, l'emplacement aussi j'ai bien aimé, vivant à Casa et connaissant à quoi ressemble notre médina , celle de rabat m'a fait waw

Super établissement

Super chambre !!! Grande avec un grand lit ! On se sent très bien. Salle de bain super. Maison calme. On y dort très très bien, c'est agréable. Famille très gentille et discrète.

Accès uniquement à la chambre et SDB.

The place was very clean and comfortable. It’s a family home, and the family was incredibly welcoming and warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly felt at home there. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and authentic stay.

Great small place to stay in a quiet street next to busy spot of Rabat. We were in heart of the city. We enjoyed family hostel..

Very lovely place in the middle of the Medina. It was easy to find and close to the train station and of course all of the stores in the medina and the ocean. The family members I met were really lovely and everything was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable.

Die Familie hat mich bei meiner Ankunft direkt mit einem leckeren Mittagessen begrüßt. Alles war sehr sauber und familiär. Bei Fragen konnte ich jederzeit auf sie zukommen. Außerdem hatte ich das Glück am Abend beim Fastenbrechen dabei zu sein. Für Alleinreisende die Interesse an kukturellem Austausch haben sehr zu empfehlen. Es war ein kleines zu Hause fern von zu Hause.

Sehr freundlich. Man wird nett empfangen, dann wird auch einem gezeigt, wie sich die Tür öffnet. Man teilt sich ein sehr sauberes Bad mit einem weiteren Zimmer. Man hat viel Platz auf der Etage, eine Küche und das Zimmer ist abschließbar und geräumig als auch sehr sauber. Das Internet funktioniert gut und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Die Lage ist kaum zu überbieten.

La habitación estába limpia y tenía bomba de calor, estaba dentro de la medina.

Leí vistas a la ciudad y da a un patio , el baño es compartido,ponía que bañera, me cobraron 40 MAD de taxas cuando eran 20 mad . La habitación por Booking eran 350 mad y pedí una segunda noche y me dijo que 400mad . Me imagino que no lo haría con mala fé.

Il riad si trova in una posizione eccellente per arrivare ovunque a piedi! La stanza si trova al terzo piano, è pulitissima (così come il bagno) e dotata di riscaldamento, perchè in inverno può essere un pò freddino. L'host è molto gentile e reattivo, assolutamente consigliato!

Safety , security and cleanliness

The sharing Bathroom and lack of TV in the bathroom. The side bedroom light hanging on the hanger and very bright. No change of bedding daily because I spent 3 nights there however I used the same bedding. Location not easy to find to be honest when you are coming from New country.

Struttura gestita localmente dalla famiglia, Riad semplice, pulito e accogliente.

Essendo una Guesthouse, non aspettatevi chissà cosa… Niente colazione e niente servizi extra, ma se vi serve passare una notte in un luogo semplice e accogliente, farà il caso vostro. Unica cosa: il riscaldamento funziona molto male.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dar Al Hajja Fatima. The place has an authentic Moroccan charm with beautiful traditional decor and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is great, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable

I have traveled to Morocco 12 times and this is my 4th time in Rabat. One thing I know for sure: I will definitely be coming back here! What a warm welcome…. The moment I entered the house, the family of the house invited me to join their dinner (which was delicious). They are friendly and kind. The room and bathroom were very clean and I had a peaceful night of sleep without sounds from outside. Also they have air conditioning and provided me with enough towels. Could definitely recommend! It was a bit hard to find at first but I asked the barbershop in the street and it was all alright.

Het is groot, authentiek Marokaans huis. Ik verbleef bij een Marokaans gezin, maar had volledig mijn eigen privacy. De WiFi wordt gedeeld, waardoor ik onbeperkt internet had.

部屋はとてもシンプルで、寝るだけという感じ。 シャワールームは共用だが他の客がいなかったので好きに使えました。 屋上に出れるが椅子とかないのでくつろげないし、ドアの前は物置になってました。 スタッフは親切で、チェックアウト後、荷物預かってくれました。 常時スタンバイしている訳ではないようで、やりとりは基本的にWhatsAppだが、なかなか返事が来ない時はありました。

Easy to find and nice room on 3rd floor for double bed. Shared bathroom with another room only.  With kitchen, gas stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and fridge, etc. with AV. You need it for ventilation as you won't open the window next to the common area.   15 mins walk from train station. In the center of Madina.

Need regular clean blanket though clean bed sheet change for every guest n

Very chill house and people, you'll staying in a family home so don't expect it to be a hotel who caters to your every needs. But they are very sweet people, in a great location and comfortable room and amenities.

Staff reception and communication, behavior is average, not easy to find the location, I don't think it worth the value anyway, could not sleep comfortably as the room has an open window to the hall , well .. an open window .. weird isn't it

Súper bien ubicado, en una calle céntrica de la Medina pero a la vez tranquila. La cama cómoda y grande. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Es una casa muy grande y tradicional. Las habitaciones se encuentran en la planta superior.

El baño podría estar más limpio y darle una renovación en general a las habitaciones.

This is a good option in the center of the Rabat medina, and I like the fact that it's more like a homestay than a hotel or even a typical riad; the hosts live on the lower floors of the building. The facility checked my three major boxes: air conditioning (room only), hot water, and WIFI. They also have some incredibly cute (but shy) cats.

I wish they had a sign outside, but I say this about virtually all Moroccan riads! I wonder if locals think signs take away from the natural beauty of a door/facade?

Amazing hosts and it’s a real old house inside the souk, you can feel the atmosphere.

It was a great stay with a host family that was extremely nice and accommodating. They alway offers brekfast and smacks while I was staying there. It was great stay everyone were very helpful and answer all the questions you would have about the area. They offer recmandtions as well and are generally very helpful. It was a pleasant stay if you are looking to get to know Moroccan style of living more and get to know the culture more. Location is absolutely great nice and quite but in very center of Medina. Lots of great spots nearby and very close to both train station and airport.
