we were disappointed as it shows private beach access which was not there

elderley parents stayed at bottom was difficult as mom had a knee op recently could not get into the bath to shower

Everything about this place was amazing - quite, clean and ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!!

Very spacious house with 4 bedrooms and a heated pool that is actually heated! (water approx 40 degrees), which was very comfortable even in autumn and was favourite spot for our kids, who could relax in the pool after a long day of hiking. It has all the comforts of modern life, good water pressure, 5 mins drive to the kingfisher trail, very close to the city center, very safe and quiet location. Highly recommended!

The layout of the house and the heated pool was the best.

House was lovely, clean, dishwasher tablets provided, ample toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner were great touches. Bedding was really nice. Fans in the bedrooms also great. Ample space.

Everything of our stay was amazing. Comms were good. Facility Managers just top notch. Home was immaculate. Wish we booked for a longer time

Everything was well organised. Clean, efficient staff, great to have a heated pool. All essentials present leaving one with a good feeling of mutual benefit and value.

Can’t leave doors open after sunset, mosquitoes, maybe a non chemical laser / electrical solution. House gets fairly warm and although a AC would be best, the provided fans brought relief.

Fantastic host, nice location, lots of little unexpected extras in the kitchen, great outdoor facilities, very comfortable beds, awesome shower pressure, very nice pool, very neat and clean.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful home in a great location. Special mention to Maria for being an amazing host. 5min drive to the main beach, and walkable distance to a beautiful lookout spot. A small “hike” down the wooden path gets you onto a beach with very cool caves. Worth the effort to check it out!

There is a lock up garage. Washing machine and dryer on site helps alot. The pool is a bonus. You dont always want to go to the beach, which is a 5 minute drive to get to.

The house is fully equipped and very comfortable to stay in, served the purpose for our stay, would def recommend to friends and family.

We liked the cleanliness, pool, and coziness.

The host was very friendly and accomodating. The house exceeded our expectations as it had everything we needed, like a home away from home.

neighbours complaining about noise levels the whole weekend, the Friday they complained round about 7 the Saturday they complained at 11am the morning! And i must say although we had children with us the noise level was probably like 4/10.

House has of everything. Literally just have to pack your clothes in. The host was so welcoming and friendly. Definitely will come back again.

Pool was very cold. It was switched on only when we arrived, and unfortunately appears to have a broken pump as it did not warm up at all. We primarily booked the accommodation for the heated pool, so we were disappointed with this.

Even though Mary tried hard, there were many challenges to comfort: on arrival we had no Internet (got fixed the next day), the second day fresh water supply broke down (got fixed eight hours later but water was polluted until we left) and it took a lot of effort to get the house warm. Although the pool is heated, in winter team the heat pump is not powerful enough to arrive at a decent temperature to enjoy it.

This house is truly an example of the saying home away from home. The host Maria was super friendly and helpful. Also checked in to ensure we're comfortable. It was clean and had coffee,tea and sugar. Bathrooms fully equipped with shower gel and shampoo. Beds were very comfortable and the location of the house is just perfect . Quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed the heated pool. We will definitely be back. Checked in by the host and checkout was easy.

Beautiful stylish home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and clean. All furniture modern and in top condition. Owner very friendly and kept in touch to make sure all are in order. I highly recommend this property. It is good value for money.

The house is very spacious and very well equipped. Maria, the manager, is very friendly, courteous and competent. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The highlight is the heated pool.

There are know sun loungers by the pool. No view and the nearby road can be heard. The bathroom upstairs has no window.

Awsome family holiday home Lovely pool and great living space

This place was perfect our hostess Maria was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with all necessary information about the area including restaurants, shop locations and fun activities to do. Arriving at the place Maria provided us with a tour of the house, and even kept the pool heated up. The home itself was perfect, spacious and cosy, which even came with spices for food as well as wood for fire, and even board games for fun times at the table. I will definitely be returning again as the place is perfect for a getaway.

It was clean and finished nicely. The host was lovely and very helpful giving us some tips on what to do in the area. The home had everything you needed.

Really enjoyed our stay and the property was lovely.

Maria was so warm and welcoming to our family of 4. She recommended some activities and eateries which we found very helpful. An absolute pleasure to communicate with. We travel regularly and can confidently say that Maria is a gem.. She gets 5 stars !! Frederik Ave and area was peaceful, felt safe and secure. Road running in the area and along this part of N2 was safe. Many other friendly runners and cyclists too. The house is beautifully furnished, airy, spacious and had everything one would need and more. Didnt feel cramped, everyone had their own space. Comfy sofa for movie night, fresh bedding, luxurious towels, Netflix,reliable internet,dishwasher, washer and dryer (much appreciated). Detergents, dishwasher, laundry pods, family sized shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, so no unnecessary trips to the Spar. Clean pool, large well kept garden and abundant birdlife was the cherry on top.

The beds were slighty on the "too firm" side for us but others may prefer that. A memory foam mattress topper may resolve that for those who need a softer slumber.

The property was spacious and clean and considerations was put into what guest might require. Toiletries, spices ect.

Luckily it wasn’t to hot if it was it would have become a bit uncomfortable without aircon.

The house itself was beautifully designed and exuded a sense of modern luxury. It was evident that great care had been taken in decorating the interior, creating a stylish and comfortable environment. There was also a heated pool. The heated pool was a game-changer. Even though we were there on a rather cold weekend, I could relax in the warm water. The pool area was well-maintained and offered lovely garden views. Regarding the amenities, the property was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, a spacious patio, and a terrace with pool views. The host, Maria, made the stay especially comfortable.
