Cozy and modern apartment near Tromso centre

It was my first visit to Tromso, and it was an amazing trip! I stayed at Kai's property, and the place was exceptionally beautiful! It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property is in a calm neighbourhood, very close to the Solbaken bus stop, and it is either a 10-minute bus ride or a 30-minute walk to the city centre. The property was also close to several grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone who needs a comfy, spacious property close to the heart of Tromso.

The room was very warm and comfortable, and it had everything I needed. Kai was always quick to reply to messages, which made the stay very smooth. The location is also quite convenient, there’s a bus stop less than 200 meters from the place, and it takes under 10 minutes to get to the city center. Overall, I would definitely recommend it

The apartment was perfect for our week in Tromsø. It is very spacious for two people and really conveniently located. The nearest bus (Solbakken) gets you into central Tromsø in about 6 minutes. Excellent value for money, cute and cozy, and we saw the aurora from the front door. The perfect spot for a couples winter getaway.

The location are close to the city , nearby got big supermarket and easy to get to airport . Outside of the apartment can see the Aurora

Wonderful stay! The accommodation was cozy, bright, and spotlessly clean. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the owner was excellent, we received clear and helpful information about everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ηταν πολύ βοηθητικός και εξυπηρετικος σε ό,τι και αν χρειάστηκαμε. Το μέρος ειναι πολύ καλό κοντά στο κέντρο και διπλα σε μεγαλο σουπερ μαρκετ. Το σπίτι υπέροχο, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανεσεις όπως κουζίνα, ψυγείο κτλ το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Tromsø! Great location, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to bus to city centre, has all essential amenities and looks exactly as shown in pictures. Eurospar within walking distance for shopping as well. Kai is super helpful and responsive and is a great host!

The apartment was perfect ,clean and near to public transport , spar (grocery store).

We loved how light, bright and cosy the apartment was. When the weather was a bit too miserable to go outside - it was a comfortable space to relax in. Kai, our host, was fabulous. And the close proximity to a large supermarket, a big advantage.

There was nothing we didn't like! For the information of others - the apartment is a little ways out of central Tromsø but we never had long to wait for a bus. Access to the main road (to catch the bus) at times became difficult to negotiate due to the ice, but that is all part of life in northern Norway.

It was great. Quiet location but also a nice walk/easy bus ride to the city center and other places. Very quaint well maintained apartment, Kai made sure check-in and checkout were easy

Cleanliness is not the best. It feels like they are cleaning very superficially Also, be mindful that you will be asked to take out the trash, remove the sheets, and shovel if it snows.

A very homey house. Everything is clean and looks good. The heating very strong that’s very good for us.

The bed a little bit small even it’s double bed

The location was OK, it was in a beautiful neighborhood that was quiet. It was 3 mins walk to the bus stop, and 3 stops away to the city. We liked that there was a washer / dryer in the bathroom.

There was no heating in the bedroom, or at least not that we could locate or see. There was one heater in the living room which sort of heated up the unit.

This apartment in Tromso is very cozy, tidy and perfect for a short visit! The location is great, just about 3-4 bus stops away from the city center, short walking distance to Eurospar and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Everything was as expected, the rooms are just like in the photos and the organization was great!

Everything was great and smooth from check in till check out. The Host, Kai will response to us promptly before our arrival and during our stay. The amenities in the apartment is up to my expectation and the room and bed are comfortable for us. The plus point is the location which close to bus stop and also 1 supermarket down the street for buying some groceries. Enjoy our stay in this apartment and shall recommend to other who visit Tromso.

Great location, we did not have to use the car at all to make our way through Tromso. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short stay to visit Tromso.

There is no parking possibility at the apartment. Payed parking is available close by, but it is rather expensive and the app needed to book parking is not straight-forward to non-Norwegians.

Located in a quiet residential area and near to the city center, about 5-7 minutes by taxi. The apartment is clean and well equipped with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and hot water shower, washing machine and dryer all work well. A big supermarket is just across the road outside the house. The host is meticulous in providing comprehensive instructions on the house.

We like the apartment,lovely cosy place,it got everything we needed,comfortable,lovely shower,hairdryer,toaster,enough room for us..super recommend, Kai is lovely,very helpful,wish we can come another time.

The host is very informative, the apartment is quite clean. I would like to stay here again if I come back. Nothing to complain about the apartment but I did not see any northern light in a super clear night, extremely disappointed.

Cosy and great location. Easy check in and simple to follow.

Bed was pretty small for two people and host didn’t check there were two people, so only one towel etc. they did apologize for it. Other than that was great.
