Bath tub penthouse in the city

Sajnos a szállással kapcsolatban nem tudunk pozitívumot kiemelni. A szállás elhelyezkedése megfelelő lett volna, de a tapasztalt körülmények miatt ezt sem tudtuk érdemben élvezni.

A szállás a valóságban egyáltalán nem felelt meg annak, amit a Bookingon található képek és leírás alapján vártunk. Éjfél körül érkeztünk, a parkolás nem volt egyértelműen megoldva, a szállás tisztasága és állapota pedig elfogadhatatlan volt. Kevesebb mint 15 perc után elhagytuk a szállást, és nem töltöttük ott az éjszakát. A szállásadóval próbáltuk felvenni a kapcsolatot, de nem kaptunk megfelelő segítséget. Különösen felháborító, hogy annak ellenére, hogy gyakorlatilag nem vettük igénybe a szállást, a teljes kifizetett összeget nem térítették vissza.

ADVARSEL: Lej ikke denne lejlighed (SØNDERBRO 2) og overvej i det hele taget at bruge STAY AALBORG ! (TEAM STAY) Vi mødte en lejlighed, der var møgbeskidt og ulækker! Der var fejl og mangler overalt og der var så beskidt, at vi forlod lejligheden efter en halv time. Vi kontaktede straks Booking.com og forlangte vores penge tilbage. De ville kontakte udlejer, som dog ikke svarer retur. Det samme har vi gjort - med samme resultat. De lever på ingen måde op til egne løfter, jf. deres hjemmeside: www.stayaalborg.dk. Deres markedsføring og fotos er meget misvisende, så hold jer langt væk fra STAY AALBORG / TEAM STAY!

Looks nice picture and nice Penthouse but if u go inside very terrible ,smell bad ,dirty,didnt vhange the Bed case and blanket also ,door not good it was broken around side ,not safe,if ur neigbor make food u can smell also ,so funny .No Ovenwave ,Water cook was so old,Stuffs so lier ,they will not helo u ,,i didnt like everything ...i didnt sleep there ,i just stay there ,2-3 hours didnt get assist ,thats why i left check out ,book other Hotel we are bery sad.....pls dont book there really terrible place,,also no car parking there ,beside Road was closed ,really funny place.,when i want assist and comlplain about airbnb they was block me ,thank you.

Det kunne være en lækker lejlighed....

Der var ikke som lovet parkeringsplads. Der var møgbeskidt og lejligheden trænger generelt til en opgradering. Vinduerne virker ikke Ovn er møgbeskidt, Det hele var klistret og ikke noget rengøribgsgrej, så man lige kunne tage det værste. Badeværelse var ulækkert og hele lejligheden trænger til at blive malet, da der er sorte mærker overalt.

Die Lage ist central.

Die Unterkunft sieht nicht mehr aus wie auf den Fotos, alle wertigen Möbel und Lampen wurden entfernt. Einige Fenster schliessen gar nicht und sind marode, andere lassen sich gar nicht öffenen. Eine nachträgliche Wand wurde eingezogen, die Baumaßnahmen nicht ganz beendet. Wir haben uns beschwert und eine andere Wohnung angeboten bekommen. Diese war in einem besseren Zustand- diese war allerdings auch in einem verwahrlosten Haus und war dreckig. Der Ansprechpartner war freundlich und bemüht, aber nicht professionel und organisiert wie man es von einem gewerblichen Anbieter erwarten würde. Auch die zweite Wohnung haben wir vorzeitig verlassen, da die Küche zu dreckig war, die Bettwäsche sehr unangenehm roch und alles so abgwohnt war, das an wohlfühlen und Urlaub nicht zu denken war. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung für uns!

Det meste,utrolig skittent,vi brukte 2 timer på å gjøre rent før vi tok inn våres egne ting.Matfett over alt,skitne stekeplater, urent bestikk og gryter, vi kjøpte alt nytt selv.

-lo peor que no había ninguna ventana que se abriera en el dormitorio ni en el baño y otras dos que no se abrían arriba , las televisiones y wi fi no funcionaban. Para poner el código en la puerta tienes que medir dos metros!!!!!

The location was great, just minutes walking distance from the centre. The space itself was a cool layout and spacious for our family of 5.

In person the place was more tired looking than in the photos. The sheets & towels could be replaced and the place could use some more attention to cleaning, particularly the floors & the bathroom Also the bathtub, which is a beautiful feature, did not have a stopper so we couldn't enjoy it. Overall it was good value compared to other properties in the area.

In general it is a nice appartment with sufficient space for up to 4-5 people.

No microwave is available. Was not a big deal, could use an oven to warm stuff up, but with microwave would be more convenient. WiFi is relatively slow and unstable. Maybe it can be improved in the feature.

The apartment was clean, wifi worked nicely, its an old house sure but the apartment exceeded our expectations based on older reviews. Just Ask for wifi info if you get into trouble with wifi

Since its an old mainly wooden frame house, the top floor would benefit greatly by updating fire escape solutions.

Large apartment and a good location.

WARNING the text of the house is a scam/Misleading!! There was no Internet and no HOTTUB!! Its was a very unhygienic apartment, fingerprints, greasy spots everywhere, old leftover food, caked soap and lime in tha bathroom and what else. Garbage of last people in drawers and hairs in the bed. Building was old and badly maintained same as the appartment itself *mainly the windows* There is also a lot of noise from outside because of that.! Shower has a broken head, bathtube cheap plastics looks sketchy avoided it because of that. hair and musty smelling old bed and linnings, bed with sagging (pits in it) mattress (maybe just slept 1 hour all night) that was enough for massive backpain. AND THE CONFETTI BANGER THE toilet had a turd stuck in it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Complete waste of money, acctually feel scammed / misleaded.

Walking distance to city centre, easy to find.

The bath is broken! He responded immediately and promised that he would come by to fix it during our stay, but has not been heard from again. Now we read that he also promised this to other guests in January so his story that the last guests broke it is questionable to say the least! We have a very disappointed daughter who was looking forward to the bath. The kitchen is missing a lot of things. It is noisy from the street traffic, windows have not yet been repaired.
