Frukosten var bra, kunde dock fyllas på mer frekvent

La colazione era buona e il personale addetto alla preparazione disponibile. La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro città.

Not ok for the price.The rooms are very small and have five or corners very small bathroom and hand shower was out of order.

Trevligt litet hotell som hade allt jag behövde. Allt kändes väl omhändertaget. Helt ok frukost. Det enda jag saknade var granola och mer frukt. Fick hjälp med att låsa in bagaget före incheckning. Det gick smidigt att få kontakt med personal även om receptionen var obemannad.

Hittade inte fjärrkontrollen till tvn så kunde inte se på den, men det var ingen stor grej för mig just den kvällen.

It was really a great experience. Bus stop is close to the place and you can move anywhere in Uppsala you want. this place is close to the Uppsala central station as well. and staffs are friendly and co operative. I loved it.

Smidig sömlös incheckning utan personal. Men med portkod som var en ngt liten stil för åldrande ögon. Möjlighet att äta take-away på rummet erbjöds har jag aldrig hört om förut. Vi gjorde det inte men bara att få lov1

En liten frukost? Nöjd ändå då jag inte är en frukostmänniska.

Bra säng och lätt med parkering

Saknades vatten och kaffe på rummet som såldes som svit. Inte någon fantastisk nivå på rummet

It was clean and the check in worked flawlessly. Good breakfast.

A little bit off from the beaten track and considering self check-in etc I had expected a slightly lower price. (I did book quite late, I’ll admit.)

Nice tiny hotel in the vicinity of the old town (the cathedral is less than 10 minutes by foot...) and the University (less than 5 minutes by foot from the Ekonomikum). The authomatic check-in was easy and unproblematic. The room was confortable. The host kind and available when I had some requests. I was a few days there on a business trip, and the hothel charlotte/stella was the perfect solution

Väldigt trångt boende och vi ville ha allergivänliga rum men det luktade parfym när vi kom och det luktade mögel på toaletten. Låg vaken då sängarna var hårda. Jag hade bokat ett annat rum än det vi fick

Amazing breakfast. Strategic position, close to city centre and university. Smart system to check in and access the room, only using codes communicated via email.

Toilet is quite old, needs a little renovation.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were super clean, quiet and overlooked a garden. The beds were comfortable. The location was great! There's a bus stop right outside for buses into the city - we opted to walk as it was a very pleasant 6 minute walk to the old University buildings, with the Observatory gardens on one side - and about 12 minutes to the centre. The breakfast was delicious and really exceptional: pancakes, warm croissants, range of breads, cheeses, cold meats, vegetables, fruit etc and wonderful cereals, nuts, seeds etc. On top of this, small things made a big difference to feeling at home and one's flexibility while on holiday. Along with each room's fridge, there's a larger one for people to use if they wish. The dining room has a microwave, kettle and fruit, coffee and tea available 24 hours (along with plates, cups, cutlery etc). There's a good food shop opposite too. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We rather liked the quirky shape of the building as well.

I couldn't fault it!

Nice style - room and entrance. despite no lobby. Breakfast was nice and varied, though available for a relatively short time. Location - a bit far from center / more close to university Quiet - slept very well.

The hairdryer is shorting out and seems like a safety hazard. The laundry service is available - though I got it back not well dried at all. Owner is kind but seemed a little cheap.

Ontbijt is goed.

Ruhig, ICA in der Nähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut erreichbar. Ganz liebes Personal.

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein.

Easy walk into the centre. Clean and comfortable. Healthy breakfast.

Rooms were a bit stuffy. No cooked food at breakfast.

there was a flagpole outside our room which rattled in the wind and was annoying in the night. Mentioned to the staff on site and they said they'd have a look at fixing or removing it.

Frukosten var bra och ingick i priset, men det hade kunnat vara lite mer variation, dock är det inget stort minus.

Die Lage war super. Man war nicht ganz abseits, aber auch nicht voll im Zentrum drinnen, sodass es nicht zu laut war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Frühstück. Man hatte auch mehrere Laktosefreie oder Glutenfreie Möglichkeiten.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was included and was amazing with a large selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and fresh bread with meats, cheeses, vegetables and more. The dining room was lovely, bright, airy and a nice view. We paid a bit extra for late checkout at 1pm and it was perfect for our plans.

Spokój, cisza. Śniadanie rewelacyjne. Właściciel Phil bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Polecam szczerze to miejsce. Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Spędziłem tam 4 doby i jestem pod wrażeniem.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Easy to check in with the code. My bicycle (bike) was safe locked in the downstairs corrider though it could have fitted in the lift and in my room. Lovely breakfast.

Speziell, weil rund gebaut. Man kann im kreis laufen und das Zimmer war auch in die Rundung eingepasst. Ist was Besonderes! Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man die Uni und die Innenstadt bequem mit einem Spaziergang erreichen. 24/7 Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber!

Ein kleines bisschen sauberer könnte es an ein paar Ecken sein, aber insgesamt war es mehr als in Ordnung!

Att det inte finns en reception med ett personligt mottagande tycker jag stör min upplevelse även om jag förstår den ekonomiska aspekten. Ett minus var också att det var ett steg in till badrummet. På natten i mörkret var det lätt att bli överraskad…

Its the location which is very good as it is not too far from the city center, across the road is the ICA store so you can buy groceries and stuff . Overall value for the money is good. The bed was comfy. The breakfast is moderate but you can get almost every option. Cleanliness was also above average. I consider this place pretty much decent option if someone is considering a few days of layover under a good price.

Cozy little hotel in a reasonable spot – not exactly in the city centre but everything absolutely in walking distance. Nice check-in experience. Modest yet nice breakfast (appreciate the lactose-free and gluten-free options). Little fridges in the rooms, kettles and other stuff available in the common room. An ICA (grocery shop) across the street.

Tiny little bathrooms. Awfully tasting water (probably not something that the hotel can influence but be aware).

Enkelt hotell som funkar helt okej. Väldigt bra läge för mig som skulle till en plats i området. Inget att klaga på över frukosten.

Location on the #6 bus route was great. The room was exactly what we needed: very clean, good breakfast included. Great staff taking care of the place, though the onlyone we saw was the very quick efficient man putting out breakfast. Lovely quiet location. We'd definitely stay here again.

Keep in mind we always qualify for senior fares, and our phones are smarter than we will be. (Old dogs/new tricks) The only trouble we had was having everything done by codes. It was nicewhen we'd done it a couple of times, and the couple going out as we were struggling to get in was very helpful. READ ALL THE EMAILS AND MESSAGES!! You should have no problem.
