Piscine et jacuzzi en travaux, climatisation à fond à l’accueil, autant vous dire que quand vous rentrez de la plage, il faut prévoir un pull.

Me encantó la ubicación, el paisaje precioso.

Pusieran mejorar la limpieza en las sábanas tenían olor a húmedo igual que las almohadas, el sillón no es cómodo para dormir.

Las instalaciones y la localización. El edificio está controlado siempre por seguridad, tiene piscina, gimnasio e incluso Jacuzzi. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado y una terraza bastante amplia con vistas. El apartamento además tiene cerca la playa y muchos centros comerciales y lugares de restaurante.

Lo único el problema de las cucarachas. Aunque tiene solicitado el servicio para limpiarlas, todas las noches nos encontrábamos varias por ducha y cocina. No es agradable comer/cocinar sabiendo que hay cucarachas por la zona de comida. Creeo que debería solucionar el problema y una vez solucionado, abrir agenda de alquiler.

The apartment is in great location, security staff 24 hours, 3 short blocks from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment around the area. Very confortable apartment with a “plus”………. Washer and dryer….. thanks Andres …. We will be back.

Dobra komunikacja z zarządcą budynku, bardzo kompletne i rzetelne info. Bardzo duży plus za udostępnienie apartamentu o 13:00 a był chyba od 14:00. W apartamencie jest dosłownie wszystko co ktoś potrzebuje. Od sprzęty po naczynia. Wszystko na plus, ale za brud , niestety punkty ujemne

Karaluchy które biegały po kuchni, zlewie, podłodze i w łazience pod prysznicem. Brud, apartament jest zapuszczony, brudny, widać że od lat nie był porządnie sprzątany. Śmierdząca pościel, przepocone poduszki, mało tego pościel była chyba nieświeża. W łóżku były długie czarne włosy, i to nie jeden czy dwa. Było ich sporo. Wszędzie. Na podłodze, ogólnie nie było posprzątane. Ręczniki były wilgotne i nieprzyjemnie pachniały, szafki w kuchni klejące, jak i wszystko w apartamencie. To był pierwszy raz kiedy wynajmowałam apartament, i ostatni. Zraziłam się. Hotel, to hotel przynajmniej jest pachnąca i świeża pościel. Zachęcona bardzo dobrymi opiniami na booking zdecydowałam się na ten właśnie apartament. Ale jak dla mnie opinie nie są rzetelne. Apartament wymaga remontu, farba odpada od ściany. I gruntownego, ale to bardzo gruntownego sprzątania z dezynfekcją. W łazience pod prysznicem, włosy w odpływie , i resztki saszetek po poprzednich gościach, widać że prysznic nie był wcale sprzątany.

Everything was very clean and the view was lovely, building is on a great location, very comfortable flat, lovely place.

Sauna not working and pool closing at 6:45pm Would be helpful to have a wine (cork) opener in the kitchen lol Towels smelling a bit weird Not sure if it’s mandatory or not but a little first aid kit would be good to have, for little wounds after the beach and so on. The lighting was too harsh and white, a few lamps could make it a lot cossy, Led strips hard to use.

The apartment was awesome, very spacious. I could live there all the time. The sunsets on the balcony were unreal!

The apartment had almost everything that we needed (no toiletries because of an issue with a former client we were told). It is conveniently located in the Bocagrande district. It is close to the beach and many restaurants. If you like shopping, there are quite a few shops to choose from. The swimming pool and gym are well-kept. The front staff is very professional and quite friendly. Communication with the owner of the place is effective.

UPDATE (Sunday, Aug 17): The Owner of the place sent us a not-so-nice personal message. Obviously, he doesn't like negative comments. Furthermore, he will publicly insult you if you write a negative review (see his response after the comments we made. Instead of seeing the comments as constructive criticism, he preferred to insult us publicly with nonsense. That is concerning and quite petty and childish! We have traveled extensively and have always been honest with our comments to help other travelers using this platform. Consumer beware! We were shocked to see 3 t-shirts hanging in the closet. We prefer rooms that are void of other people's personal belongings. Additionally, we found bug spray in a cabinet, and we quickly found out why. It's not pleasant finding a cockroach on the kitchen counter (we took a video of the criter or criters cause who knows if it was the same one we each day of our say). This was quite disappointing and disgusting. It was an unfortunate end to our last leg of our Colombian trip. Lastly, we didn't like paying the vendor directly using BOLD. Maybe it is an easy way for the vendor to receive payment, but it's a pain for tourists sometimes.

De usar pulseira que incomoda e machuca! Deu um problema com minha reserva, errei e fiz individual, porém ao conversar com o responsável foi solícito em me ajudar a resolver a questão da reserva! E adicionar meu esposo! E de uma baratinha que achei na cozinha! Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia! Falta de panos de chão, tapete no banheiro e pano de louça!

I just have to say that the pictures do not make justice to how perfect this apartment is. It is modern and equipped with everything you need. That view, the pool, everything is perfect. That shower!

The appartment is on the 16th floor with a nice view over Bocagrande. The pool area in floor 6 is very beautiful with a nice big pool. The best about the appartment is probably its location in the center of Bocagrande, close to bars, restaurants, and beaches. The host is really supportive and responding quickly.

The appartment itself is a bit decrepit. Towels and bedsheets from the preveous guests were drying in the balcony. The bed for the 3rd guest wasn't made. The light installation is corny.

A fully automated procedure, no keys needed!

Beautiful, safe, secure, clean, attractive. View was stunning. Proximity to both beaches and Seawalk was perfect! Easy welcoming arrival and simple departure.

Bed was very good if you love a firm mattress.

We loved everything about this gorgeous apartment! The views were breathtaking, especially the sunsets over the Caribbean sea. The building has a pool and jacuzzis. The apartment has modern appliances and a safe too plus two bathrooms. Impecable cleanliness! Our host Andrés was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He spoke excellent English. Great communication through and after the booking process. Will definitely book again!

Great apartment and location. It has everything you could need, the building and the location are just perfect. I’ll stay here every time I come back to Cartagena
