Amazing location very close to the city center, and shop nearby, in a very quiet neighborhood and building

Appartement confortable, spacieux et bien équipé aussi bien pour les courts que les longs séjours. Indications claires du propriétaire.

La salle de bain est petite mais elle reste fonctionnelle. Ce n'est qu'un tout petit point de détail.

Sijainti ja asunnossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Kaikki toimi moitteetomasti. Majoittuja oli tehnyt ennakkovalmistelut hyvin. Ei liiemmin valittamista löydy. Asunto täytti (pe-su) tehtävänsä (yöpyminen). Se mitä asunnon esittelyssä mainittiin, piti paikkansa.

Ehkä neljän aikuisen miehen majoittumispaikaksi hiukan pieni, mutta oikein hyvin pärjättiin sen aikaa mitä asunnossa olimme. Asunto oli lähinnä yöpymistä varten. Ehkä asunnon pois luovutus (klo 11.00 mennässä), voisi tapahtua hiukan myöhemmin. Kodinkoneiden käyttöohjeet voisivat olla helpommin löydettävissä. Kaikesta huolimatta, suosittelemme tätä asuntoa vuokrattavaksi.

The location and environment were outstanding. Having a walk in the morning, going for a jog around the lake, being so close to the city center - I couldn't ask for more!

Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant 9 jours. L'appartement est très propre, moderne, bien refait dans un immeuble calme et très propre également. Nous y avons séjourné à 3 adultes. Deux adultes dans la chambre avec un lit très confortable et un adulte sur un canapé lit dans le salon. L'espace est suffisant pour 3 personnes. Attention, salle de bain petite mais très opérationnelle. L'équipement de l'appartement est très correct. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, 5 minutes du lac, 15 minutes du centre ville, proche de restaurants, théâtre, bars...Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, il faut envoyer votre numéro de plaque au propriétaire pour qu'il vous enregistre... Bref, un très bon rapport qualité/prix!

Quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner, nous l’avons signaler au propriétaire sinon RAS.

The apartment is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and is located on a great region of Tampere, where you can walk or easily take the tram or busses. You can park on the street without costs letting Joel know in advance that you will need a parking spot!

Sängyt oli valmiiksi pedattu, ja saimme majoittajalta todella hyvät ohjeistukset ennen matkan alkamista! Lisämajoittujasta saimme myös nopean vastauksen ja kuittauksen, joten asiointi oli kaikin puolin erittäin joustavaa ja nopeaa.

Asunto oli pääasiassa siisti, mutta joissain asioissa oli toivomisen varaa. Kylpyhuoneen lasta oli erittäin epäsiistissä kunnossa, kuten myös puhdistussienet. Vessassa ei ollut käsipyyhettä käytössä, ja keittiöstä puuttui liina/luutu.

L'appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est calme et sécure, tout près du lac, et vraiment pas loin du centre. Très cosy, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et il y a de la place...Joël est un hôte discret et disponible.

Well equipped apartment in good location. Even basic items for cooking (salt, oil, etc.) and coffee (including sugar) were provided.

Generally clean even though some spots are easily missed when in a hurry (e.g. coffee machine, fridge).

Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu, siisti ja viihtyisä. Mitään tärkeitä tarvikkeita tai välineitä ei puuttunut. Sijainti oli loistava, ja talo rauhallinen. Majoitus on lähellä ydinkeskustaa muttei suoraan hälinässä. Suosittelen tätä majoitusta.

Vähän oli turhan lämmintä yöllä, sillä viilennyslaitetta ei voinut sademyräkällä pitää putkineen ikkunan välissä, mutta minkäs helteelle kesällä mahtaa 😊

Location

We arrived very early and for that reason booked and paid for an extra night. Only after booking we realized that the key pickup was at the nearby grocery store that opened at 7am. We asked for a lockbox and the host agreed but for an additional 30€. In other places the hosts have given a small refund for booking an extra night rather than charged more.

The room was nice design & clean. There are enough goods stocl to live for long days with comfortable . The location is good ...near Excellent Park, lake, forest, library..
