Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Everything. We had a crawling baby with us and everything was perfect. All the cords hidden away, bottom shelves empty, floors beautiful and clean. Was truly one of the only places that let me relax. So much so I extended my stay (which the staff made super easy for me to do) beautiful little home, close to everything in Taupō, if I have it my way I’ll stay there every time I visit.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Excellent location right next to lake, shops and cafes. View of the lake was nice from balcony. It’s a busy spot so if you’re looking for that type of vibe is a good option. Good faculties and sofa bed was good for one person. Parking space was handy with town being so busy at the new years period.

Code for the lock box was confusing—Bookings.com sent a code and the property management company sent a code. We talked to the next door neighbors who called the property management company who told us the code so we were able to get in. Stressful for a minute but resolved and we loved our stay!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Fantastic location with a terrific view of the #taupo sign. So close to everything, which makes eating out and shopping so easy. Older style unit with spacious rooms, windows on 3 sides and 2 balconies. Great for lake views and tourist watching. Despite its central location we didn't find noise a problem. Large ,light filled, open plan living area with great seating options. Well equiped kitchen so meal preparation was easy. We were very happy staying here and certainly recommend it.

Because of its close proximity to the town, some cars stereos were so loud at night the windows shook, which I understand is totally out of the control of the apartment holder, but I do think it’s worth keeping in mind

Reviewed Apr 18, 2024Lovely flat with everything you need in the centre of town. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It even had a view of the I love Taupo sign.
