The location was conveniently close to the city-centre (a short 15-minute walk) and yet without the problems in being actually at the city centre. The room was basic but enough to sleep in for two nights.

The accommodation is a set of flats next to a snack bar. The parking on arrival was simply chaotic with no clear parking slots and it was basically free for all, everyone parking haphazardly. Luckily I found a place and didn't have to move the car for the whole duration of my stay. Breakfast is somewhat basic.

There was no fan in the room in this terribly hot weather. I asked for a fan but they couldn't provide one. Besides, the bed mattresses need to be replaced as they are old and uncomfortable.

Just a little point as a female guest No mirror in the room this would be a great addition. Bed was a bit uncomfortable maybe a mattress topper might help.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It is located a short distance from the train station and fulfilled all my requirements for a night's stay in town that revolved around meeting friends. The price I paid was more than reasonable for what I received. The facilities were fantastic—be it the tea and coffee station in the room, the fast wifi, or the great pressure in the shower. Remarkably, my room rate also included a tasty, freshly cooked breakfast.

Neighbour above played violin very loudly at 3am. En suite was tired and the washing products were just half used bottles that felt more like they had just been left by previous occupant.

Absolutely lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you, allowed early check in even on a busy concert day, clean room, and the food from the attached cafe is absolutely outstanding, 💯 recommend the kofte for food.

Friendly Staff and Clean rooms

Room was lacking, bed was very uncomfy with springs poking your back and sides all the time. There wasn't even a bin in the room. Room was also very noisy with one night even hearing doors slamming at 2:30 am.

Staff were friendly, and the location is good

It's a bedroom (with a lock) in a series of terraced houses - no staff actually in the building so as a woman traveling on my own I didn't feel very safe. I expected basic facilities for the price, but just a bare light bulb was a bit too basic! The walls are very thin, so I heard neighbours coughing, and the windows rattled when buses and lorries went by, and a bedside light would make a big difference.

Het ontbijt is uitstekend, er is genoeg keuze en het wordt vers gemaakt. Alle medewerkers zijn heel erg vriendelijk. De douche is goed.

Het bed is aan vervanging toe. Er is geen nachttafeltje, er hangt een kaal peertje aan het plafond, dat is niet prettig lezen. Op zaterdagavond ging de tv spontaan aan, geen idee hoe en waarom. Er is een keuken voor algemeen gebruik, zonder borden of wat dan ook. Het is heel gehorig. Zondagavond heb ik de andere gast gevraagd tot hoe laat hij muziek ging afspelen.

Easy to park, it was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. I started on my own and bed was comfortable. Might be tight for a couple. Bedding comfortable with a very nice smell. Loved the breakfast.

Bed was by the window could feel the cold coming in. The blinder let the outside bright light coming into the bedroom.

Mi ha permesso di portare i bagagli già al mattino al bar, ma siccome la camera era già pronta, mi ha dato subito le chiavi della stanza. Bella camera pulita con bagno in camera, vicino al centro e alle fermate dei bus. Nonostante non sia riuscito a far colazione perché era dalle 8 in poi (e io sono andato via alle 7), mi hanno preparato un cappuccino.

On the website they stated they provide free parking which was not the case I had to pay 10 pounds extra for parking. If this was stated before booking I could not have booked with them because there were other hotels with competitive prices with free parking. Room given had some dent and scratch on the wall and I mentioned to the host.

The staff, location and food were great. The shower was good.

The rooms were very tired with damp patch's across the celling and holes in the wall. The duvet cover was ripped in three places, one TV did not work, cups were dirty and cleanliness overall was disappointing.

Toilet cistern dripped all night, TV didn’t work, someone banging on the door at 3am. Scalding hot shower with no way of turning it colder.

The bed was so uncomfortable and considering it was supposed to be a double bed, it was tiny! There was things left in the bathroom, I can only assume they're items that other people have left and haven't been moved. The toilet seat/lid was broken on arrival and fell off completely during our one night stay. Getting in and out of the carpark was tricky as it's on a main road.

The staff were nice and helpful, the hotel was clean. The room had a regulated temperature which was good because it was very cold outside.

this may sound like an unfair comment but I do understand the reasoning, but the extra £10 for parking at the cafe, to some it is excessive but it beats having to leave it on the street between the hours of 6pm-8am unless you are planning on checking out early

Everything was clean and tidy, plenty of tea and coffee supplied and there were shower gels and shampoo. Didn't have an issue with the mattress, quite comfortable for the price in my opinion. Staff were lovely and breakfast was perfect. Considering this was on a convention weekend, the price was great value.
