I liked the room and what the room had meaning fridge microwave basically a studio it was nice for people who just wanted somewhere to stay and how laid back we are. If you’re expecting something fancy or luxury or something like the MGM in Vegas I wouldn’t recommend but if u expect having just somewhere to sleep and shower and do ur own thing and just a roof over ur head I wouldn’t recommend recommend this place !

The location was great. There was lots of restaurants and other things super close. The room was clean. When we asked for extra towels it was not a problem. We were able to get a hairdryer from the front desk.

The room was not really set up for an extended stay. Even though it had a kitchen it did not have any pans use use the cook top. It did not have dish soap, can opener, or even paper towels. We had a room for four people and there were only two plates, cups, and silverware.

Sheets on beds fall off very easy & housekeeping knocked on my door at 930am asking when I was leaving when posted checkout time is 11am. After being out until 1am & wanting a slow morning, that was unpleasant.

My room was not clean the garbage was not emptied the bath tub had dust and hair on the corner of the tub we had to go ask for towels to shower and I told the guy at front desk about how it was dirty and they did nothing about it

The bed was really short to the ground. Never been a big IKEA style bed person. It wasn't the worst Ive slept in but did sleep well.

They DEMANDED that everyone coming into the property allowed them to download copies of our ID. That is a security breach. If one of us travels without ID, we would have been in trouble.

The place is so barebones it is hard to use the facility. Towels were inadequate. Kitchen utensils were inadequate. Construction is so cheap it is NOiSY

I didn’t really like a whole lot about it. The staff was kinda unfriendly and very unhelpful. The room wasn’t very clean. And they only gave us one towel for our stay.

Very disappointed the Refrigerator in the room wasn’t working and I need it. The freezer worked, but what I had couldn’t be frozen. After settling and finding out the refrigerator didn’t work I went to the front desk, but the metal screen was pulled down and closed.

I didn't like thT the doors were ridiculous to get through I spent a portion of my time trying to get in the doors

The customer representatives were friendly and accommodating. The area was well maintained and safe.

You could hear people talking and moving furniture the entire night. Woke up almost every hour to the noise both nights I was there. The first night there disturbing hairs in my bed so I had to sleep on top of the sheets and requested clean bedding in the morning which they did.

The staff there was clueless. They overbooked several guests and had to send us to another hotel 20 min away. They looked like they had never worked at the hotel before and had no idea what they were doing.

Everything else, the walls are paper thin, extremely loud people, beds are awful, you can feel your headboard shake from people in the room behind you. The coffee machine in lobby is terrible. No coffee machines in room, etc

My coworkers and I stayed at this hotel while on a work assignment, and we were working night shifts. Housekeeping here starts at 11:00 AM — exactly when we are already asleep. According to their schedule, any kind of room cleaning (even basic) is done only once a week. Around 9:30 AM, I spoke with a housekeeping staff member and asked if she could change the bed linens and towels within the next 30 minutes. She said she would check with the front desk. I waited for more than two and a half hours, but no one ever came. The trash situation was also strange: I left a bag outside the room, but when I returned, it was back inside my room. Packages were another issue. One was delivered without problems. The second one took a while to locate. My coworker’s package “could not be found” for three days — until we started going to the front desk twice a day. On the fourth day, it suddenly appeared. Housekeeping service felt very superficial. One day, I specifically left the hotel for a couple of hours and asked them to clean the room. When I returned, the bed linens were changed, towels replaced, and trash removed. However, the floor was still dirty (there were small pieces of onion skin), and the table was sticky with food stains. For $900 per week, this is, to put it mildly, questionable. For comparison, at another hotel I once asked them not to clean my room too often, and they told me: “You’re paying for the service — you should receive it.” That’s what good customer care looks like. Here, it’s the opposite. On the positive side, the rooms look nice and nothing was broken. However, for example, there was no cold water in the kitchen. This hotel might be fine for 1–2 nights, but definitely not for a longer stay. And finally, the issue that completely destroyed any trust: After we checked out, one of our coworkers was charged for an additional full week of stay — without any authorization. This happened later the same day.

I got there and the staff who checked me in were kind of rude, and then we got to our room quite late and the floor was a little icky and we noticed when we were about to make dinner they had no pots or pans or any other appliances other than a single butter knife, two plates and bowls and cups. We noticed appliances could be purchased which I hadn't previously seen and when we tried to ask about it there were no employees found anywhere so we had to doordash foil metal pans to use to make our dinner and use spoons I kept in my car. We also noticed that our room only had one towel for two people and no hand soap nor conditioner.

Clean very nice and very nice staff.

The staff is friendly. Check-in is fast and easy. The rooms are clean. The value is there.

I did not appreciate the coffee machine not working and when it was finally working, it was only open to everyone during specific hours. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we made it work.

The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities if you want to cook (except for the lack of pots and pans, but I brought my air fryer, which helped a lot). Thin blanket. However, everything can be resolved.

The only surprise was after my stay, when I saw a charge on my card for one night, even though I paid online for both nights.
