Easy to find, good welcoming, clean place, include bathroom towels, body wash and shampoo. 5 min walk to Basdaku White Beach. Reasonable price.

Next to a road, and there are a fews noisy motorbikes passing by per night.

Great value for money. 24/h staff, which allowed us to do a late check inn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location close to White Beach, the bed was comfy, 2 toothbrushes were provided with toothpaste, the clothes hanger to dry the clothes outside, the little outdor table with 2 chairs, good aircon.

Some technical problems in the bathroom that were quickly fixed.

This was a one night extension to our existing booking. The staff were good, and the place is clean and some fridge space and cooking is available.

Все отлично. Мы были на машине, но при планировании путешествия учитывайте удаленность от центра и необходимость в транспорте чтоб добраться до магазинов/рынка/кафе.

Fil's rooms are near the road, but it is not a busy road and the parking space is separate from rooms, so no smoke comes in. The beach is within walking distance, and a lot of 3 wheelers are nearby for taking rides to town or nearby places. The staff are responsive to requests and helpful with directions and finding guide or getting a ride, etc. When we needed to boil eggs or needed to cut something, they were ready to help.

Postele byly pohodlné a k dispozici byla sada na přípravu kávy/čaje (bohužel jen jeden sáček kafe na celý pobyt)

Ubytování bylo trochu dál od centra. Doufali jsme, že zde bude klid, bohužel ve dne v noci kokrhali kohouti. Při větrnějším počasí dělaly hluk plechy na střeše. Naštěstí jsme byli tak vyčerpaní, že jsme se i přes všechen ten hluk dobře vyspali. V pokoji jsme měli jednou švába a podruhé obrovského černého pavouka. Největší minus byl personál. Za celou dobu pobytu (4 dny / 3 noci) nám nikdo pokoj neuklidil ani nevyměnil ručníky. Při checkoutu jsme dokonce museli sami vynášet odpadky. Už bych se zde neubytovala.

Le personnel et les propriétaires sont adorables, aux petits soins en étant discrets. La chambre et salle d'eau (ave eau chaude)/wc très propre. La location de scooter sur place est un plus pour les visites et la plage est à 2 minutes à pieds. Propriété entretenue. Merci aux jeunes (employés) pour leur gentillesse !!!

Fantastic place, nice clean rooms and plenty of space to hang your wash. Only 5min walk to the beach. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower but I wouldn’t mark the place down just because of a little cold shower.

Since we arrived, the staff made us to feel at home. They are very friendly and want us to enjoy every moment there. The resort is very close to the White Beach, that is fantastic.

The guards were very friendly. Nice appartement. I felt a little bit like at home The garden was nice too.

The Resort itself was chilled. Only the motorcycles at the road you hear from 8 am to 6 pm. That's a bit noisy. But at night it is quiet I would come again

So well equipped and comfortable. Only 7 rooms so its homely. The rooms are stripped and cleaned every 3 days if you are staying longer. Lovely linens. Excellent Aircon and WiFi. Super quiet at night, slept like a baby, even when it rained! Staff on site all day and night, very secure.

There are limited food outlets in the area. We bought some simple groceries for breakfasts so we could lie-in in the mornings rather than go out looking for breakfast.

Very near to white beach which is great. Room was spacious. Staff helped to arrange rental of motorbike when we arrived.

We were there for 4 nights yet the room not serviced once. Bottles of water provided upon arrival but no more for the rest of the stay. Would be nice to just have some fresh towels/water throughout stay, and room does get lots of sand in after spending time at the beach!!

The property is not too far to white beach.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, Rodel helped us with our every need. The aircon was good quality and the location was close to the beach. I would recommend hiring a motorcycle to access the town centre, the staff can help you do this onsite.

Its been expectacular!!!!!the place is so awesome close to the most beautiful beach in moalboal.Also the bathroom,the bed,and the garden!!!!the staff and the owner is wonderful all them.we spend such a great time we hope we come back soon for a longer stay

Fridge shelf bar slipped and a glass bottle shattered on the tiles cutting my leg badly ( needed stitches at the hospital) so glass not a great idea when it can slide out of the refrigerator . Either change bar on fridge door or use cans instead ?

5km from the highway so everytime you want to have food or go somewhere only way is the highway

Staff was super helpful and polite, location is convenient, not so far from the restaurants and beaches (by bike). Resort provided a bike for rent at a very reasonable price, cheaper than in the center.

Very near basdaku white beach. The place was clean. If I could nitpick, the filter of the aircon was quite dirty, but all in all good place.

Very remote location. Noisy because of roosters and scooters during the night. Also bright at night due to several spotlights (safety reasons?). Not sure why it is called Resort as well - there was just a casual room and that's it.

Ants in the room (a lot over 100) Toilet flushing handle broke half way through stay. (Owner said it was a recurring issue) Mattress was uncomfortable and was too hard(maybe personal preference)

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location if far away from services, there are only a couple of restaurants near by. It works if you have a scooter or are ready to travel with tricycle. Close to the beach.

Cute small house with a great location! Just a few minutes down the road to the beach. They also plan to build a pool and a small restaurant on the property. Can't wait to visit again

The bed is a bit hard for my personal comfort. But it's not a big problem.

The place was very clean and the location is perfect. Very very near the basdako beach, just a minute or two away via motor.

The beds are just fine. Not the most comfortable. The aircon is a bit noisy.

Lillian and Ray were lovely hosts and their staff were excellent. They were there to help with anything we needed. Lillian also saw that we were taking laundry to be done and offered to do that for us. We came back from our day to find it all done and wrapped. Lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend it. Ray even gave us a ride to the main road to pick up our bus back to Cebu. Thankyou to everyone.

Good location for white beach and only a 15 minute drive to swim with the turtles/sardines & all the restaurants! The resort also rented mopeds on site which was so helpful for when you arrive and want to go get food etc! Staff were friendly & helpful! The owners were super friendly! The bed & pillows were comfy & the room very clean throughout

Only bad thing is the location if you can’t drive a moped- didn’t effect us but keep in mind if you’re not comfortable driving one!

The neighborhood setup but the place is very quiet yet beaches nearby are very accessible (within walking distance).

Very friendly and accommodating staffs and very hands on owner 🙌 Their rooms can be occupied by 6-8 people max maybe 'cause we were 6 in 1 room and it is still spacious. You can ask for an extra mattress for 400 pesos each. The place is so peaceful and quiet, and very accessible to foods, stores and beach. Kid friendly also, they can play in their garden.

The room is big, very clean, it has a modern ambiance and you can be assured about privacy. It is convenient for it is just 2mins walk to the white sand beach of baskadu Moalboal.
