Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La ubicación es excelente. La zona es tranquila y esta cerca del subte, de otros transportes y hay variedad de negocios cerca, y atracciones populares de la zona.
Los artefactos extremadamente sucios: Pava eléctrica con sarro y amarillenta por dentro, microhondas grasoso de años, utensillos aún más sucios. Calefacción deficiente, tanto estufas electricas defectuosas como aire acondicionado en pesimas condiciones. Las almohadas sucias al igual que la ropa de cama. En las casas abandonadas de las peliculas de terror se ve menos mugre.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026La ubicación es excelente, nos esperó Vale una anfitriona encantadora que nos dio algunos tips para movernos. El dpto esta a una cuadra de la estación de subte que lo aprovechamos un montón para ir a todos los atractivos turísticos. Si te gusta caminar, tranquilamente podes hacerlo y visitar Jardín Japones, Rosedal, Planetario y todos los pulmones verdes que se encuentran en la zona!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025La ubicación es excelente. Zona super segura, a 1 cuadra de Av Santa Fe, estación de subte Scalabrini Ortiz. También a una cuadra del Jardín Botánico. Mejor imposible. El departamento es super cómodo. Una habitación y en el living una camita extra que tiene carrito abajo por lo cual hasta 4 personas estarían cómodas.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025The apartment is in a good area close to shops, restaurants, and cafes, and although the metro station next to us was under construction, there were 2 metro stations within a 10-minute walk. The apartment is bright with nice decor. It had everything we needed and more. I really appreciated the kit with cotton pads and alcohol. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, the mattress was firm which we liked. The water pressure in the shower was very good, and toiletries were provided, which was helpful. The wifi is great, the building is very secure, and the doorman is on duty 24 hours. We had a nice time here.
There were no big issues during our stay. As an improvement, kitchen appliances and some dishes can be cleaned, most of them we didn't have to use, but some were sticky or dirty. The hairdryer could have been changed; it was not working properly.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2024Perfectly situated in the city center. The host was very helpful and kind. It is a 45 meters one bedroom apartment in a 1970s building. Clean and quite comfortable. Appliances are functional. The shower has stable hot water and good pressure (which is rare in Argentina). Overall it is very good value for money.
While the furniture and equipment are quite dated, considering the location and price, the apartment offers very good value for money.
