Taiping City View 3BR Condo near Lake Garden with Sunset View & Swimming Pool, Free Netflix WiFi

This is hands down one of the best homestays I've ever stayed in! The house is HUGE, super comfortable, impeccably clean and very hygienic. There was more than enough space for everyone and the interior decoration was absolutely beautiful. The moment we stepped in, we immediately felt relaxed and at home. What really sets this place apart is the thoughtful effort from the owner. They prepared an informative file with recommendations on the best food spots and attractions in Taiping, including halal status for restaurants. That level of care is truly rare and greatly appreciated. There were also lots of games and toys available, making it perfect for families with children. On top of that, the location is very convenient and close to attractions like Zoo Taiping. Everything about this homestay exceeded our expectations. It felt like staying in a home that was designed with guests' comfort in mind. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought and will be recommending it to all my friends and family visiting Taiping!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich geräumig und bietet mit ihren mehreren Schlafzimmern extrem viel Platz. Von der Wohnung aus genießt man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über Taiping und der große Pool lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Zudem ist die Lage wunderbar ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief absolut reibungslos.

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen, alles war perfekt.

It's clean, cozy, on top of that many toys for kids too. Will not boring if stay in the house.

The bedroom no attached light night. Though the fan if switch on, there is light automatic attached to the fan, but it's too bright.... So I switch off the fan when sleep at night.

Bersih, kemudahan lengkap, view yang menarik. Nak cari tempat makan pun senang. Owner banyak memudahkan urusan.

Guardhouse problem. Argue banyak kali pasal parking walaupun owner dah inform ada 2 carpark.

The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has three large rooms, big enough to accommodate 8 pax comfortably with a total of 3 double beds and one bunk bed. It is well equipped and everything worked well. We enjoyed our 3-night stay very much. My child enjoyed playing with the toys and my parents were very happy with the kitchen utensils, clean stainless steel kettle, fridge, and washing machine. Seeing my family happy is the best feeling. My child called it our 'pretty pretty house' and always looked forward to going back to it every evening. He still mentions it even after checking out and it has been a few days since then. The check in process was also very smooth and the property manager was very responsive. A big thank you for the enjoyable stay. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. P/s: The view was awesome too!

There is no padlock for the iron gate at the unit. Feel it is insecure though only residents/ registered visitors are allowed to enter via token key at the main lobby

The house is spacious, clean and complete with facilities you need. It also has nice view, you can see Taiping city from the balcony. We had a very pleasant stay there.

Swimming pool rules are very2 bad cause everytime to enter the pool need to take the excess from guard,lock back and release back to guard.never experience like this

The parking is narrow. For saloon car is ok. If go with 7 Seaters car must very very careful.

Bedsheet, Pillows, sofas are all comfort and new. Security guards are friendly & helpful. Sufficient & understandable information provided by Owner for parking, check in, Wifi, etc.

No padlock/lock for the front grill door. Only rely on the main door lock. Check in time time allowed at 4pm, even though I requested for 3pm = However I arrived at 3.30 and still can check in.

Very easy and clear instructions before arriving how to enter the apartment. Once you enter you get a real wow moment. The place is huge, beautifully decorated and has some real added bonuses including a table football! The balcony has a stunning view and the beds are so comfortable.

Nothing to fault just a suggestion there could be some adult chairs on the balcony so you can really enjoy it out there.

Apart from the view of Taiping which was amazing, the apartment itself completes with everything we needed, very clean, and it was so much bigger than we expected! Our host Miss Cheng was very helpful with all the questions we have. We spent every morning in the swimming pool and played table football after that. Lovely daily routine! Grew up in taiping, I could only have this view from Maxwell Hill, but we did not need to go there, as the apartment provided it already!

As my in laws love their teas and coffees, more cups would definitely add into the million stars we gave to this lovely airbnb!

The place was clean. It had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. There were toys for the little ones too.

The visitor parking was a bit secluded.

Lighting and furnishing in excellent condition 4) Kitchen All amenities in good working condition, utensils are clean and arranged in orderly fashion. 5) Washrooms In the toilet - all fixtures, taps & lighting working in good condition. No stains. No drips. Bath mat is available & spotless. No sign of stains or dust 6) Cleanliness General cleanliness of the whole apartment is at military grade. No complaints, no dust, no drips, no stains. No mat out of place, everything clean and well presented. 7) Detail The tastefully designed furnishings and decor . Childrens furniture, childrens play things and games for adults eg UNO, monopoly & puzzles. LED lights behind TV console. Table football games. All of which are well appreciated. Ashtray at the balcony is noted. Documentation on password for WiFi & tips on Taiping; exhibit care & concern for guests.

This unit is besides a beautiful hill and has a magnificent view of taiping city The bedrooms are organised well and the most of the fixtures are modern and new Host also provides a guide and were very responsive.

The operator was fast in response and very helpful. The unit was very clean and as per photos shown and the sunset view was amazing.

The water heater is a little confusing so may be the operator should provide a simple instruction on how to turn on the water heater for all the shower rooms.

Sangat selesa... convenience for my whole family...clean and tidy...but we have to bring our own 3 in 1 drinks such as coffee/tea and bring your own mug/cup..because there's only 3 mugs there (in case the whole family members eat together) other than that...very good for ur stay... Thanks! 🫶🙂

Clear instruction given for checking in. The cleanliness is good, the living room is spacious, the football game is fun, good view of the sunset, room with fan and air-cond, equip with all kitchen cooking utensils.

The sofa is quite old, should have cover with proper cover. Rooms without dustbin. Tissue box not available.

The facilities are great/complete. The football game was a nice thing to have for the kids to enjoy playing.

I recognized there would be some surcharge, but was suprised by the final cost (RM 415.78) versus advertised cost (RM310) which was about 34% higher).

Right off the bat, the host were very hospitable, they were so kind and accommodating. The check in process was super easy and the facilities were excellent. The price that they set for the homestay was fair considering the facilities they provided. Definitely recommended and would 100% book with them again if I ever go to Taiping in the future.

The apartment is huge with tons of in room games for kids. There is large balcony which give us a panoramic view of Taiping city. The location is also very close to the Taiping lake and eateries areas (few mins driving distance) so our stay is very memorable.
