FarawayHomes Studio Leoben #P71

Bad communication with the landlord. District of apartment doesn't inspire confidence.

Dobra jakość wifi. Dostępne ręczniki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (nawet ekspres do kawy wraz z kapsułkami).

Sofa niezbyt wygodna.

Very nice apartment with excellent services. Highly recommend and worth every cent.

Great value for money. Good for families, convenient location. Easy check in and autonomous obtaining of the keys to the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own meals.

Could be slightly cleaner 😊 Please change the coffee machine. Nespresso or Dolce Gusto capsules are not suitable, so basically you can't buy any capsules in the stores nearby.

The kitchen and bathroom were equipped very well, including a Nespresso coffee-machine too. Also there is a washing machine for use. The duvets were enough warm also in the very cold sleepeng room.

Be careful - only online check-in is possible, you need to upload an ID cards copy of all hosts - without this you cannot get key-code and there is nobody in the place to help you with! This is not mentioned anywhere in advance, you get the info only after you pay. How to do this if one of the hosts will come there later and has no mobile signal is a very big problem. BTW - the necessary of upload the ID copy by is forbidden by EU law in this case. The temperature in the appartement was 15,7 degree Celsius, in the sleeping room less. Even if we set the heaters to max, they start to work on the morning only because the heating is automatically stops during night. On the forth day when we left the appartement, there was 18.7 degrees in the living room, less in the sleeping room. It was the maximum during our stay. Do not expect a great view from the windows, you can see a stadium and wastewater treatment plant (but without any smell). In the dark, you are not able to see the numbers on the keylock even if you have good lamp. Unfortunately, this is a general problem with metal keylock boxes everywhere.

Apartament bez śniadania, Doskonały odpoczynek w podróży w drodze do Włoch lub Chorwacji.

Czysto i ładnie.

Brak miejsca parkingowego przydzielonego do obiektu.

Polecam serdecznie, czysto wyposażenie kompletne, fajne widoki i super miejsce.

Mooie inrichting

3e verdieping

Majoitus oli erinomainen ja sopi tarpeisiimme hyvin.

Blisko autostrady. Nie mam uwag.

Czystość, wygodne łóżka, komfort

Brak kuchenki mikrofalowej

Sehr gepflegte ruhige Unterkunft und sehr netter Vermieter

The accommodation looks like in the photos. Parking is under the windows next to the entrance door. Communication is mainly via messages, mostly instant.

Some dust on the bedside tables and the extractor hood, but otherwise the apartment is clean. It is on the third floor without an elevator.

Apartment is very clean, has everything what is needed. It is functionally planned, so it is conveniant to mobe around even for 4 people. Bedroom bed is very comfortable.

A környék elég gáz…

Apartamenti wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, czysty, wygodny.

Czwarte piętro beż windy

Dziwny, nieprzyjemny zapach.

Mindennel felszerelt, tiszta, modern apartman, egyszerű be és kijelentkezés, kedves szállásadó.

Elhelyezkedés, berendezés, felszereltség, parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt. A szállásadó nagyon készséges volt.

3. A zuhanyfejből mindenfelé folyt a víz.

Sehr große Auswahl an Handtücher.

Die Dusche könnte einen neuen Duschkopf gebrauchen. Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen. 3Stock ohne Aufzug.

Rami vieta ....

Szuper olcsó szálláshely, a közelben rengeteg szép látnivalóval, szépen felújított lakás.

Čisté a příjemné

Bez výtahu, vrchní patro, turecká čtvrť

Beautiful modern apartment. Very comfortable (and clean). Free parking close to the house.

The neighbourhood gave me weird feelings.
