excelente ubicacion y muy confortable el alojamiento. esta cerca de todo lo necesario para garantizar movilidad, diversion y gastronomia.

en la zona de ropas se concentra un olor fuerte que sale de las desagues y hay que mantener la puerta cerrada para evitar que pase el olor a las habitaciones y a la sala.

La calidad de todos los utensilios de cocina, el colchón el tv el aseo, todo genial

Todo la ubicación buena anfitriona todo perfecto

Un apartamento dotado con todo lo necesario en cocina y en habitaciones, muy limpio y con un olor agradable por todos los espacios

No hay parqueadero dentro del edificio

Nos encantó la ubicación por ser tan cerca a la estación la Estrella...para así uno poder movilizarse con tranquilidad y agilidad a toda Medellín sin necesidad de utilizar carro...El parque de Sabaneta queda muy cerca caminando y es seguro y allí encuentras de todo para comer,para tomarse algo rico mientras se tardea o discotecas y también cerca al apartamento queda el mall las Vegas y supermercado Genial...La vista del apartamento es Increíble apreciar las montañas y se ve gran parte de Medellin y el metro y las instalaciones del edificio super nuevas y muy bonito todo

Lo único es que es mejor en la otra habitación colocar otra cama doble no esas literas jejejeje de resto todo es muy cómodo

La distribucion y decoración, limpieza y comodidad

El apartamento es excelente, todo muy limpio y bien organizado. Me encantó el espacio, es muy cómodo y acogedor. La atención por parte de la arrendataria fue impecable, siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades y disponible para ayudarnos en todo momento, especialmente con el uso del jacuzzi, el sauna y el turco. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable. ¡Recomendado!

The view was amazing, the kitchen was completely equipped, i absolutely loved this, even with air fryer. The host was lovely and i would recommend this place and for sure i would stay here again

The only thing i didn’t like was that there was a neighbor who had a little girl that screamed all the time and you could hear her in the entire apt all the time, kind of annoying but at the end of the day its out of the owners hands.

The location is perfect, well situated, and close to a shopping mall. The place is neat with all the amenities and a nice view of the city. It is really cozy. I will definitely stay again and recommend it for long stays as well.

Great location if you want to live an immersive experience in the local culture of Medellin. Sabaneta is safe, familial and full of life day and night away from the touristic buzz. tons of “tiendas”, local restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance. The metro is also at 5 min walking. The apartment is excellent and fully equipped, supper neat and clean with everything renovated and new. The 17th floor gives a sublime view at the surrounding green mountains and hills. That is a 5/5 to the location and the apartment. For the host, I would give 10/5 if possible. Vanessa is not only a passive host you see on day one, but a passionate about what she does, always ready to respond, help and advise about the city, the food, the shopping or anything you may need if this is your first visit, or not. When I visit Medellin again, this is where I would stay.
