Todo! el servicio, el emplazamiento, las habitaciones, la comida, los servicios… todo digno de un hotel de super lujo. He visitado muchos hoteles del mundo como Four Seasons y Six Senses y este hotel no tiene nada que envidiar. Todo precioso, bien atendido y del maximo nivel.

Ein wunderschönes Stückchen Erde, unglaublich stilvoll eingerichtet und ein wahnsinnig höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, welches den perfekten Service bietet!

Das ist Meckern auf allerhöchstem Nivau: Es gibt zwei Restaurants für den Abend, davon hat eines leider nur zweimal pro Woche geöffnet. Das Strandlokal ist am Abend leider gar nicht auf, was aber sicher wunderschön wäre. Frühstück ist nur bis 10:30 Uhr möglich, das wäre - gerade weil man wunderbar zur Entspannung und zum Ausschlafen kommt - etwas länger sehr schön.

This is probably the most incredible place you’ll ever visit. It has everything from a stunning beach, lush green hillside, paddy fields, and incredible food. Also wonderful kids club.

Terminamos aquí nuestra luna de miel durante 4 noches en una de las villas con piscina y no tengo palabras para describir la atención al detalle en absolutamente todo. La decoración del hotel es increíble, le dan mucha importancia a la sostenibilidad, a la comida ecológica y se nota. No podía imaginar un hotel mejor! El mejor de los 8 en Vietnam que hemos estado con creces.

Por poner alguna pega: 1) la playa tiene algún plástico y basura 2) me ha faltado alguna actividad grupal tipo yoga, Pilates a diario!

The bay is amazing. The beach and the sea beautiful perfect for 2-3 days of relax.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the restaurant for the dinner. Just one option Vietnamese is limited if you stay more than 2-3 days.

Absolutely stunning location. The staff were so sweet and thoughtful. Loved the late-night herbal tea sent to the room. The breakfast was flawless. Definitely recommend.

Tucked away off the beaten track, this hotel is set on a stunning stretch of land. Our villa was right on a beautiful, clean beach—with breathtaking views straight from the bed or private pool. The villa itself was spacious, cozy, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight, featuring freshly prepared local dishes that changed daily. The staff were professional, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The property is quite spread out. While everything is technically walkable (5–10 minutes from our villa to breakfast, with some uphill sections), I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility—like bike access. That said, the buggy service was fast and reliable, and bikes may not be practical given the terrain.

Awesome beach (but there are some jellyfish - not dangerous though). Nice facilities and great views. Amazing breakfast and general atmosphere in the hotel.

Variety with respect to dinner was lacking. It is okay for 3 to 4 nights but after that one gets bored. Especially since there is no daily menu. The dinner is rather bland and uninspired, too (compared to Vietnamese food elsewhere). They have a beautiful beach restaurant which unfortunately is only open until 5pm. Would they open it up for dinner, it would be a great addition. The dinner problem is further elevated since there are no real other options around the hotel. Service was also lacking (in terms of buggy times and general attentiveness for details).

We stayed for our Honeymoon and upgraded our room to a pool villa which is a must do. While the standard rooms are great, the pool villas elevate the experience further. We absolutely loved the food during our stay, which focuses more on Vietnamese dishes than western (for us this was a positive) and has been something that stood out vs some of the other hotels we have experienced while in Vietnam.

It’s hard to find a negative - but one thing that could be improved is staff engagement with guests, all staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming but were fairly reserved. In other hotels of the Zannier’s calibre in south east Asia we have really enjoyed engaging more with the staff leading us to learn more about the resort, our meals and various activities which makes you feel more at home.

Beautiful property in amazing grounds and immersed in nature. Beautiful long beach and truly amazing sea. I enjoyed the Spa treatment as well.

I found food to be average. Service was correct if not exceptional. It missed the extra personal touch that a place like this should offer.

Incredible location, staff, food, rooms, .. everything

4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again!

Fantastic place. Everything is well designed and beautiful. Lovely staff. Breakfast is the best we have had anywhere, very generous and good. The room was spacious and luxurious.

Food and drinks were a bit too expensive. Especially when staying a full week.

Top Hotel and very friendly staff. The chef is perfect. Here you can relax.

If you want a private oasis all to yourself, this is the place. There are less than 75 villas. Only 1/3 were occupied when we were there due to the timing of it being rainy season. We only got rain on our departure date. We had a beachfront villa and it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. There is one restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and another on the beach for lunch. Both have lots of options. Everything we had was amazing. I got used to having soups for breakfast thanks to a bad cold I got the last couple of days. Despite my cold, this place was one of the best resorts we’ve ever enjoyed. Top quality and customer service all around. We’ve talked about going back already!

The attention to detail was beautiful in the design but also the service and with excellent facilities all maintained to a high standard.

This is an exceptional resort. The views from my villa took my breath away. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying the hotel. I loved my plunge pool, the roomy villa, the beach (and the beach restaurant and bar) and the spa. There is a divine coral reef just off the beach and lots of water sports. I can't wait to come back.

Prices for food and drink are high, compared with other 5* hotels in Vietnam. Sea and beach quite dirty with lots of rubbish washing up, staff are picking it up but did make swimming in the sea unpleasant. Charge for kayak use after 3pm (free before) felt arbitrary and unnecessary

The most beautiful, elegant, calm resort in Vietnam.

First thing that strikes us when we arrived is the beauty of the resort, every bungalow is nestled in the nature, when you enter the bungalow the decoration and the design are amazingly simply beautiful Food at both breakfast and diner were also delicious with a wide variety of choices and a caring staff we had an amazing time and I wish we could have stay few more days !

Stunning location - with its private beach - and beautiful design (from rooms to common facilities). The staff was extremely kind, thoughtful with great attention to detail, making our stay unforgettable! We also loved the spa, with sauna a and steam room, and treatment received (recommend the inspiration to Tam Coc massage). Finally, the padel and tennis courts were a highlight.

Nothing - simply keep in mind it is a 1h20 drive from Phu Cat airport but absolutely worth it
