Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room for the price. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. MTR and bus stations very close.

YLoft est situé à quelques minutes de la sortie du métro de Chai Wan. De plus de nombreuses lignes de bus sont à proximité. Idem pour les commerces et restaurants nombreux et à proximité. Les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées.

The location was perfect for us, and we loved the common spaces. We met many other travelers and enjoyed the community.

Even though Y-loft is located at the far east end of Hong Kong Island, it is accessible by MTR & bus. And it is located in residential area, many choices for restaurants and retail. Y-loft provides daily light breakfast with coffee & fruit, good for you to start a day. Good wifi speed.

Cleanliness of floor (expect mopping of floor once a week.) & bath (need to remove hair on drain mesh). A fridge with more space and stable temperature. Provide more than 1 chair for a triple room.

Close to MTR station. Very convenient as it is near big shopping centre. I booked a room for 3 adults and the room was spacious with 3 big single beds. This was the second d time I stayed in this place and it's worth the money.

Couldn't find the lights to toilet and bathroom initially. Needed staff to show us as the switch was way back in the room, far away from toilet and bathroom. The drainage in the shower was poor and water overflew into toilet area. The floor was pretty wet after shower.

Convenient communication by MTR and bus to Airport

My first stay was from Nov. 20-24. I returned on Dec. 12 and stay for another 4 days. I was disappointed I has to pay storage charge for my few articles left the hotel. I understand from my other friends their hotels do not charge storage for any period.

The room is bigger than some of the hotels in Hong Kong Island. But it is a bit pricey.

There is no shampoo in the room.

The location was perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the MTR Station to travel anywhere. Buses, and taxis are very easily accessible. Cafes, shopping malls and eating places are very close walking distances. Many things are very cheap in Chai Wan, including eating out and eating in. Y Loft staff members are extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and very polite. Customer service is excellent. The two bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has air conditioner. Very happy traveller and customer! Highly recommend Y Loft to everyone! I will be back again.

The room is in good size, the shower is good and the bed is comfortable.

There is no laundry bag provided even we need to pay HK$60, mentioned to the staff already. The towels were dirty, we found stains in it.

1. The bed mattress was hard and not very comfortable 2. The shampoo/body wash dispenser was not working and there was no shampoo or body wash liquid in dispenser. 3. The building is multi-functional with only the top 3 floors allocated for the hotel. The remaining floors are for business and social/youth activities

There was a balcony we could access so it was very spacious and comfortable in the evenings.

Close to Chai Wan MTR (Mass Transit Railway) station and well connected by buses. Rooms are spacious by HK standard. Coin operated laundromat in house.

When I checked in at the reception , they didn’t mention me that it was a Disabled room .When I was in the room , it made me a little be upset :(

I would say the location is very convenient. Easy to take the public transportation. Walk along covered footbridge around 5 mins to MTR station and within 25 mins arrive in Causewaybay..... Beside of that, there is a lot of local shops nearby and price is very cheap.The hostal network is super stable and with self service laundry room. Room is clean. And Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room also with balcony option which I may pick during next visit. Overall very satisfied.

The property is really run down. Climate is humid that water dropping from the ceiling along the corridor. This is really bad.

Room size is spacious good to park our luggage.

All rooms on courtyard echo the sound and people don't care to talk loud till deep in the night. So in all the rooms you can enjoy the conversations literally. Staff doesn't do anything about it.

Easy access to MTR train. Laundry service is handy and convenient. Simple breakfast is also a bonus.

The shower facilities can be upgraded.

Keep it up for providing us such a nice home!

The room (bathroom) needs a complete make over. Especially when paying that sort of money

Convenient sky bridge connections to MTR, nearby plazas, eateries and shops. Our 3 BR room on top floor, had a great balcony, good views, and large bathroom.

We checked out at 5:30am to catch our flight, and found the elevators not working. The service elevator was screened off. Had to call front desk and were told to use the service elevator. Guests should be informed when elevators are shut down and what to do if they need access after hours. The hallway also needs to be cleaned and repainted. Y-Loft is on the top 3 floors of Youth Square. Better wayfinding directions to rooms would be helpful.

The boss and staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and very close with Chaiwan station. I think we can’t find such good condition with this price. Good.

The only problem is drain not that smooth….
