Sometimes poor response, (number of caretaker is wrong mentioned in the welcome book).,..regarding the missing soap, and toiletries and no advice during the black out how to switch on the emergency lights. The separating slide wall is brocken, most cabinet doors are loose or brocken, blocked shower head, loose toilet seat, the unit needs to get a deep clean in the shower especially. Reviewed Mar 24, 2025We have a great time at the Studio K-9 Japandi-Inspired Condo Unit at The Palladium. Ma'am Keelyn, the owner, is so kind & always assist us during our stay, together with her assistant Ma'am Luz. The place is very accessible to the airport, malls & other tourist spots as well. I will highly recommend the place to my family & friends if they are going to visit the province of Iloilo.

Owing to our flight arrived early morning but no earlier check-in, little bit disappointed.

Reviewed May 6, 2024Very peaceful, relaxing, and clean. Love the interior and overall amenities of the place and the building itself. Room was exactly how it was in the photos.
Bidet of the bathroom was leaking, causing the bathroom floor to get wet all the time. However, it was still usable and didn't really affect the quality of our stay. But hopefully this gets fixed.
