Important Information
- Travelers are requested to sanitize their bags and any outside materials (parcels, shoes, etc.) while entering the hostel premises.
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In the case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
- You are advised to not follow any online maps for directions. Park the vehicle at BadaGram and trek for 4 KMs to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Ajay Bhaiya was super helpful, he followed up with me from the time I booked the property and until I reached, he was super helpful. The food was delicious, it was custom made as per preference.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2023Zostel Rajgundha is located at a beautiful place surrounded by snow capped mountain and a river. The hospitality was amazing, Kuldeep called us a day before made sure that we carry an extra jacket due to the dropping temperatures as we had booked the place for 2 days, The boys in the kitchen, Sham and Sunny cooked sumptuous meals and made sure we are well fed. There are lot of trails and treks on offer all around, overall my family loved the place and the hospitality was super amazing. I would definitely recommend it to the Travellers.
