Superb 1BR balcony on Sheinkin

The apartment was clean and in good location. Everything else was horrible.

Booked 7 nights at the property for my wife and I. On arrived we got the hard truth- this is not a reliable company. Few days before arrival we received welcome email stating to come at 15.00 to check in. The check in time has apparently moved to 16.00 - keeping us stranded on the road for 1 hour in the rain with our suitcases. The host surprisingly mentioned we still have a due bill of 18%- while it was clearly mentioned on booking price the VAT and city taxes are included. They threaten us to pay immediately - mentioning that if we don't pay now they will CANCEL our booking that been paid in full. They sent a link that wasn't working to make the payment and as we tried to ask them to pay in cash on spot - the host answered we have to come to their offices (which located on the other side of the city) in order to make the payment. They eventually took the details in the phone and charged another 18% from the mentioned booking price totaling up on few hundreds of euros from the original price. The building is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the property description. EVERYDAY starting 7.30 am the construction works began on the ground floor making very loud drilling noise - could not sit in the apartment during the whole day. There were about 10 construction workers - shouting in Arabic in the building- this is in times of ongoing war in the country. My wife was to scared to walk out of the apartment. As we tried to ask for resolution on this issues we spoke with Ms. Jessica- one of the customer service contacts given by the company. She was horrible - saying its our fault and she is busy doing shopping at the moment, and just hung up on us. Save yourself from this property and host if you're looking for a pleasant holiday.

The location is the best in Tel Aviv! The flat is silent. The bed is comfortable.

The chest drawer is better to be thrown. The code of the hall door is different to the code I received. Fortunately the door wasn’t lock in the middle of the night when I checked in.
