El baño lleno de humedades y desperfectos, agua saliendo en hilo y a ratos ardiendo y otros fria, el mando de TV no funcionaba, las camas suenan y se escuchan las de otras habitaciones haciendo sus cosas, en general todo estabamuy viejo, desgastado y nada cuidado y reformado. No me parece mal todo esto, sino tener que pagar 65€ por pasar una noche en un sitio así

Camere datate e vecchie. Colazione non compresa nel soggiorno. Posizione un po scomoda se non hai un tuo mezzo per spostarti.

La tv no funcionaba bien no cambiaba de canal ni subia el volumen con los botones de la tv ,el mando de la tv estaba desguazado y no funcionaba.el aa no funcionaba hacia bastante calor en la habitacion.le faltaba limpieza a la habitacion.

Lo mejor sin duda el restaurante

Tuve que subir escaleras cargado con la maleta y en la habitación hacia un calor infernal y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Además, el horario de recepción no es el que indican.

Las instalaciones del hotel comedor, bar, habitación amplia. Gran aparcamiento y gratuito.

No tiene aire acondicionado, y es extraño porque no sé ve antiguo. Abajo en el bar y hall, si que hay. Es verdad que además de indicarlo, nos escribieron para recordarnoslo pero en agosto hace ya mucho calor y no se puede dormir bien. Además las camas tenían edredón y manta puesto en agosto.

Ubicación cerca del centro con aparcamiento. El personal era muy agradable y la habitación estaba bastante limpia. El restaurante (tanto el de batalla como el asador) son de una calidad extrema.

La habitación. A dia 1 de agosto, la habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero no pasa nada, lo que no podia ser era que la cama tenia manta i edredon, pasamos mucha calor y dormimos con la ventana abierta.

Location and bar/ restaurant. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom needs updating but everything worked and was clean. Good for dog owners.

Lack of information when checking in I.e. how to get back into and out of hotel, for dog walking, when staff not available and Wi Fi code. Check out stated 7.00am so thought we could get breakfast from that time but restaurant was closed.

Receptionist not the most friendly! Handed us key and pointed to a door, lift not obvious - through another door - had to ask cleaner. Room although spacious was very warm, air con not working and it was 32° at 5pm. Bed comfortable, expect pillow - very flat.

Camas muy cómodas, personal muy amable y aprovechamos para desayunar en el restaurante y estaba todo muy bueno. La ubicación, para nosotros, muy buena. A 10 minutos en coche del centro de Burgos y perfecto para volver al día siguiente a la carretera.

Mucho calor en la habitación y no había ventilador ni aire acondicionado. La ducha sí que necesitaría un lavado de cara.

The public areas are excellent, the bar and restaurant are well staffed and the employees are always ready to serve customers. They also have great TVs for watching the World Cup, and great Aircon for the occasions when the temperatures get as high as they were when we stayed this time. We weren't happy with the accommodation on this occasion for the reasons given in the next section, however the employee on duty very kindly agreed to give us a refund for our second night. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and will return as it has many good points, just not in the summer!

Our visit coincided with unusually hot weather conditions and unfortunately the accommodation does not have air conditioning.

Mi habitación estaba en un segundo piso y no llega el ascensor. Hace mucho calor. La habitación regulera. Hace falta algo de inversión. La luz del techo del baño no funcionaba.

In de kamer hing een verschrikkelijke stank van ontsmettingsmiddel en bloemen parfum. Ik heb gedurende een half uur de deur en de raam opengezet, maar het was nog niet te harden. Dan heb ik de hele kamer en de badkamer met een natte handdoek ‘gedweild’ en douche en badkamer muren en meubels afgewassen met een natte handddoek en de hele nacht met het raam opengeslapen. En ik ben echt niet moeilijk in dit soort van dingen, maar het was echt niet te doen ! Spijtig want eigenlijk was het voor de rest allemaal wel prima, maar hier zien ze me nooit nog terug !!

Calor extrema en la habitación, el aire no funciona funcionaba y olía mucho a cerrado.

The hotel is actually really nice. It has a restaurant that looked really good, but we didn't use it. Undercover parking was nice. The decor inside hallways and surrounding was neat. The price was great and would have been great in low season.

Our room had no air-conditioning and due to the fact the daytime temperature was in the mid 30s the room did not cool overnight. If I had realised there was no air-conditioning I probably not have booked. I'm sure it would be fine in the winter season, but not summer. Perhaps a ceiling fan or even a portable fan could or should be provided. Read the small print when making a booking so that you get exactly what you need.

De kamers zijn gedateerd, echter de prijs is laag en het restaurant/bar/ontbijt en het vriendelijk personeel maakt alles weer goed.

Restaurant onsite and open late 11pm and early 7.30am. On way to bilbao for ferry leaves only 2 hours driving today. Better than staying in bilbao if you just want to eat and sleep

The rooms were a bit grim they need updating, garish covers on beds ,thin towels ,soap machine not working soft mattress Plastic tumblers,small shower gel which was not. Easy to open The shower was good , The room had a smell of a cheap air freshener which was uncomfortable for me to breath ,but l opened the window ,the smell is fixed somehow as soon as window is closed it’s back I don’t think hotels should use these as they are strong & overpowering The bar/reausturant was very good,nice selection of food and drinks and very lively which leads to a good atmosphere

Great location, on trip to Bilbao ferry terminal. Good parking for motorcycle, but was not secure !

La cama era cómoda

Demasiado calor en la habitación, la televisión sin configurar, se veían pocos canales y no los comunes. No funcionaban todas las luces no el secador del baño. No estaba en ningún sitio apuntado el wifi ni en recepción ni en la habitación. No había ascensor a la planta de la habitación. No había jabón en el dispensador de la ducha nos dejaron sobres en el baño pero solo de gel de champú no. La ubicación es complicada ya que es lioso el desvío para localizarlo menos mal que al estar a pie de carretera se veía. Los precios de la cafetería-restaurante desorbitados. El precio de la noche un poco caro para lo que ofrece. Detalles buenos: el parking con videovigilancia y muchos puntos de recarga eléctrica, que está muy cerca de burgos sin ser tan caro como la propia ciudad y la tranquilidad de no escuchar ruidos de la calle.

Je viens de le voir sur relevé de compte bancaire ce jour. Demande de faire suivre à l'établissement Mon nom M.BISSON Lionel, France. facture caissier: CARLOS. RES.n°75209. Factura: 12600311 payer 65.00 Euros. Je demande que l'hôtel EL ALAFOZ vérifie la compatibilité du jour de mon passage. Pour régulariser la situation de ce paiement. Ma prochaine nuit chez eux du 30/04 au 01/05. En attendant qu'il trouve la solution et la régler. Mes sincères salutations. ( JE NE PARLE PAS ESPAGNOL )

The room was in need of decorating, but a great size to accommodate travelling with a dog and cat. Comfortable bed but needed an extra pillow.
