JRLB PLACE - Accommodation in Concepcion, Tarlac

It inside a guarded subsivision, safe and good value for a transient house.

Main bedroom roof and window areas leaking when rain pours. Living room is so warm even with 2 electric fun on. Outside is cooler than inside the house..

Clean and Comfy

The gated parking is too elevated. A ramp should be installed. Add more electric fans in the first floor and the rooms.

Its near the waltermart. Good communication with the host and caretaker.

Could be improved. A lot of flies and insects entering the unit. The outside is still abit messy. All the rooms are upstairs and have abit high staircase so not recommended for elder guests.

This was a great place to stay – very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located. The caretaker was incredibly accommodating, helping us with local tips and being flexible with our check-out time, which made our experience very pleasant. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.

Our car broke amd we reached the apartment around 10pm. We're allowed late check out as we cjecked in very late, too. Alyssa was so accommodating and helpful. The owner as well. Alyssa even offered to help and bought food for us as it was already late. The subdivision is very safe, the security wouldn't let just anybody in. We walked 200 meters from the apartment to Walter mart where there's fast food, supermarket and everything we needed. The AC rooms uostairs are working well. The first room has 1 queen sized bed and there are 3 queen sized beds in the 2nd room, total 8 pax can sleep or 4 couples. We'll definitely book again given a chance.

The wifi signal upstairs is a little weak, the smart TV can't pick it up, as well as my phones. No microwave and electric kettle for quick hot water for coffee, bit the stove is working and kitchen utensils are complete. No complaints thou, as we just came to sleep and freshen up.

Clean and relaxing

The can goods is not free. They should provide complimentary for the guest

This place very safe and peaceful,

Easy to find and transport

All

No screen of the windows & doors. insects are coming inside the house.

nice and convenient place to stay in Concepcion.

spacious, comfy beds. has netflix to entertain the kids. kitchen is equipped.

cemetery is just at the back of the house. no heater in the shower.

The accommodation was excellent. This is a newly constructed community with security and a parking area for the car so it is off the street. This is a new house. The aircons the bedrooms work very good. There are two items I would recommend they need to add: 1-aircon on the first floor (too hot even with a fan) and mirrors in the bathrooms needed for her make-up and my shaving. The property is next door to shopping grocery store and other items like drug store. Very convenient. Overall, excellent value. My wife liked this very much.

Need an aircon on the first floor.
