És una habitació petita amb un bany privat en una casa d’una família local. Cuina i menjador compartit espectacular. Lavabo molt modern. Molt agradables. Tant ella com el seu marit van ser molt agradables i fins i tot ens van deixar carregar el nostre EV.

Прекрасное место, особенно снимая весь дом. Очень уютно, всё есть, большой зал на 1-м этаже, обилие интересных мелочей интерьера, создающих уютную обстановку, как в любимом семейном "гнёздышке", тишина вокруг, красиво, сосновый лес, озеро где-то ниже, за деревьями... Переночевать там - очень мало, хочется остаться на недельку, две.

Микроволновку не нашёл.

It is a beautiful and comfortable modern house in a gorgeous location. We had a lovely attic room with a private bathroom. It had a shower as well as a deep bathtub with a skylight overhead. The upstairs lounge for guests was very cosy and had an electric jug for making hot drinks. The downstairs area was shared with the friendly hosts (a charming family with two young children). The large kitchen and dining area were well designed to share with others. The downstairs living room had two story windows with views of forest and mountains. There was a large laundry, drying room that guests were welcome to use and came in handy after a day of wet hiking the Besseggen trail. The outdoor wood-fired, barrel-shaped sauna was absolutely splendid to use after a hike.

The upstairs has some low ceilings so it is easy to bump your head if you don't pay attention. You learn pretty quickly after one mistake.

Casa stupenda inserita in una meravigliosa foresta con anche accesso ad un bellissimo lago. I proprietari sono carini e disponibili. Possibilità di usare la cucina condivisa con loro molto rifornita.

La casa è meravigliosa, completamente in legno arredata con notevole buon gusto. I proprietari, che vivono nella casa e vi soggiornano anche quando ci sono ospiti, sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili e molto discreti. La cucina è stata messa a nostra disposizione per preparare la cena e, essendo la cucina dei proprietari, è ottimamente equipaggiata. Nel giardino dell'abitazione c'è una sauna a legna che i proprietari mettono a disposizione degli ospiti. Nel nostro caso ci hanno fatto trovare pronta anche la legna e gli accendi-fuoco, per una esperienza meravigliosa.

La casa non in centro a Beitostolen, ma a circa 5/10 minuti di auto. Questo in verità non rappresenta un problema, perché si trova ai bordi di un bosco con vista incantevole, ma è bene segnalarlo.

Nice location

It was difficult to find. Booking does not show proper location of this property. getting there by the car was not easy as you have first to pick up gate pilot to enter and from the gate to property is more than 500 m. Especially when naviagation is not leading you to the right place it took us some time to finally settle. Apartament is in the attic and there are multiple passages that require constant bending to not hit your head. It is not easy to properly ventilate room as there many mosquitos around and in the same time no screens in windows.

Like the sauna and nice decorated house. I guess the apartment outside the house is amazing. Loved the sauna and the view and having possibly to make tea.

We were in one of the rooms inside the house. First time traveling without our kids and we were surprised to hear kids playing and so on. We felt like we were in the family’s house and didn’t feel comfortable using the shared kitchen. The hosts were very nice, just us not feeling like we could just relax and enjoy.

Genoeg (gratis) parkeerruimte, gratis elektrische auto opladen. Hele aardige mensen.

Heel laag plafond en deurposten in het gastengedeelte. Vaak ons hoofd gestoten. De badkamer is voor de helft zo ontzettend laag dat een middelmatig tot lang persoon eigenlijk niet in het aanwezige bad kan komen en het dakraam kan openen. De andere helft van de badkamer is wel hoog genoeg om bij de wastafel en aparte douche te kunnen. Geen eigen ingang dus om in het gastengedeelte te komen moet je door de woonkamer van de bewoners. Tijdens de boeking waren deze zaken niet duidelijk.

Prachtige locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien, eigen badkamer. Erg leuk om in het huis met het gezin te zijn zonder dat het ongemakkelijk is. Veel schuine plafonds dus als je erg lang bent wordt je goed in limbo dansen.

De sauna was heerlijk en de bedden ook!

De kamer is erg klein, mijn vriend kon niet rechtop staan in het hele bovenste gedeelte van het huis.

Je had een kamer in het huis van de eigenaar en moest keuken met gasten en eigenaar delen. Ook de zitruimte moest je met gasten delen en was eigenlijk te klein voor 4 gasten

Dużo skosów na górze gdzie się mieszka, z 4 razy uderzyłem się w głowę. Trzeba chodzić w przestrzeni sypialnej zgarbionym. Jak komuś odpowiada rodzina z dziećmi na dole to jest ok. Brak nałożonej pościeli, niewyprasowana.

Die sehr freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Hausbewohner. Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus. Tolles Gästebad und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsbereich extra für die Gäste. FassSauna Nutzung wäre möglich

My sister and I had a lovely stay at the cabin. The private room was very clean, comfortable, and practical. We shared the kitchen and hallway with the owner, but still had enough privacy and felt at ease. The owner was really nice, friendly, but not too much, which made us feel comfortable. The sauna was also a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. It’s a peaceful spot, and having your own car is the best way to get around. Overall, a cozy, well-kept place with just the right balance of comfort, privacy, and hospitality.

De woning was schoon, we hadden een deel van de bovenverdieping, snel contact via booking.com

Misschien onze eigen fout, maar je deelt de woning met andere bewoners en de eigenaar met 2 kinderen. Je maakt gebruik van hun keuken en alle andere faciliteiten. Wij zijn geen kinderen gewend en vonden het net een crèche. Je hebt wel een gezamenlijk hoekje boven maar deze vide kijkt uit op de woonkamer. Privacy had je niet. De sauna buiten is leuk maar je kunt je nergens afkoelen. Naakt rondlopen is niet de bedoeling dus ook dat was een domper voor ons. Bij aankomt was er wat verwarring of we bij het juiste huis waren, misschien iets van een bordje zou prettig zijn. De woning boven is erg warm, voor ons was het bijna claustrofobisch en heb op het punt gestaan om de woning te verlaten.

A beautiful place to stay in Beitostølen. It is a 30-minute drive from the Gjende ferry and the main hiking area of Jotunheimen National Park. Tonje is an excellent host who will provide you with a quick tour at the check-in. You will share common areas of the house like kitchen and living room with the hosts and other guests. There is a barrel sauna that you could fire up using the provided firewood. Electric vehicle drivers would certainly appreciate a destination charger at the premises.

The place to stay is a bit outside of town in a rural area. The neighborhood has a car gate. You need to have Internet or phone coverage to contact the host and get the gate to open. While each room has a private bathroom, you need to go through a common area hallway to reach it from your room.

It’s surrendered by nature Very peaceful Near all the beautiful mountains and hikes like Bessegen. The house is in the middle of nature. The bedroom was very comfortable. We had the best sleep (and we travelled to many other properties during almost 3 weeks). In the bathroom you have a bathtub that is just under a window so you can take a bath while looking at the stars. And there is a sauna, a typical one with fire, which is also a plus. The kitchen is quite big and there is everything you need to cook for 6 people or more. The hosts are so kind and knowledgeable about Norway and the Norwegian culture.

It was clear that hosts have put in lot of thought and work to create a beautiful home and they were very friendly and accommodating. The room with private bathroom and option to have sauna was lovely and beds comfortable. However, this is still someone's home that you had to share with other guests and the owners, so, if you are more private person, this might not be for you.

Comfortable room with own bathroom in a beautiful private home. The house was new, cozy and very tastefully decorated. Wonderful hosts, that made us feel welcome. Possibility of storing food in the fridge and making your own food, as well as using the sitting area downstairs. Apart from the bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the house is shared, so be aware that there are likely other guests staying, as well as the family that lives there.

The rooms and bathrooms are upstairs and there is a pitched roof, so we had to watch out not to bump our heads.

The beautiful location, view over the mountains in a quiet environment. A really comfortable house and very nice hosts. We loved the fireplace (there were three of them, in the living room, kitchen and outside) and the sauna.The view from our bedroom window was really magnificent! We had a private bedroom and bathroom. The other spaces are shared. We live staying here and we definitely will come back.

Lovely room in a stunning setting - both the house and the surrounding landscapes! Tonje was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. She was also quick to answer any questions we had and offer suggestions. We enjoyed the privacy of our own room, but also the use of the many amenities on offer in the communal spaces. The sauna was a nice treat at the end of a long cold day's hike in the snow!

Be aware that the kitchen is the owners kitchen. But it is large, modern and spacious,and the owners will withdraw from both there and the living-room when you use it.

The place is beautiful and stylish. The home is decorated very nice. Everything is new.

Bathroom is outside the room (next door), but this it was not a big issue for us.
