スタッフは、親切でよく声をかけてくれました。そして、犬と猫に癒やされました。 朝食は、トーストと卵、バター、ジャムとシンプルでしたが、おいしくいただきました。 ベランダで、川を見ながらゆっくり過ごせました。 共用のトイレは清潔さが保たれていました。

8月前半に利用しましたが、蚊が多かったです。

By beside the river or lake was so nice and away from the torrent of tourists it was nice and quiet.

I didn’t have a motorbike so had to walk a long way to find food. The toilets didn’t seem to flush even though I filled the cistern full of water. The floor in the room needs maintenance.

Un lloc ben especial i tranquil, super ben cuidat i amb molta delicadesa en els petits detalls. Possibilitat de cuinar-te si ho desitges i d'utilitzar la nevera, s'agraeix amb la calor per poder-hi posar fruita. No hi ha bullidor d'aigua a l'habitació però hi ha un dispensador d'aigua freda i calenta a la zona comuna. Les instal.lacions estan molt bé, els llits i coixins són còmodes i hi ha mosquitera a l'habitació. El lloc és molt bonic i tens accés directe per banyar-te al riu de mar ☺️ (no és mar obert). Ens ha fet molta gràcia trobar-nos un allotjament amb el nom en català enmig de les Filipines.

Hostel bien situé au milieu des 2 îles. Chambre confortable avec 2 ventilateurs. Petit dej bon avec des œufs et des toasts. Une belle vue sur la rivière de couleur émeraude.

La qualité de wifi n’est pas top. Douche avec eau froide.

Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the river. It was nice to unwind and enjoy an escape from the busy cities.

Location of the hostel makes it somewhat difficult and expensive to get around without a private scooter rental.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und ist uns bei einer spontanen Planänderung entgegen gekommen. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig.

Die Zimmer werden am Tag sehr warm, und diese Temperatur bringt man auch in der Nacht nur schwer runter, da es nur einen Ventilator hat. Da es viel Natur rundherum hat muss man beim lüften aufpassen, dass man keine Insekten oder andere Tiere ins Zimmer lässt.

So so peaceful! The accommodation was perfect for spending a few days with a clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Mel was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Possibly the most peaceful accommodation we’ve stayed in for a while. The river was a really nice spot to swim in (careful of the urchins!) and we weren’t really bothered by mosquitos despite being next to the water.

The only things would be without a scooter/car you will need a tricycle to get everywhere and the rooms are hot during from 11am-3pm. Just a general note is that Panglao is far from most attractions so if you aren’t just wanting to do beach things maybe staying more north for some of your stay would be better

Das Hostel liegt irgendwie in der Mitte und nicht da wo die Strände sind, jedoch auch nicht da, wo die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind

Todo perfecto, el lugar hermoso, las instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas, limpio y cómodo. La habitación super bien equipada, con espacio para tus cosas y privacidad. Amé este backpacker. Y me encantó poder usar el kayak y pasear. También es la primera vez que no me despierto con ruido de la carretera.

Établissement, calme et très typique. La personne qui accueille les gens le soir est adorable et sanitaires sont propres et les chambres aussi.

Un peu excentré. Il faut un scooter pour pouvoir se déplacer.

Geweldige plek om even volledig tot rust te komen! Heel vriendelijke mensen die er werken, lekker ontbijt! Geen airco, enkel ventilator ('s nachts koelt het voldoende af) en koude douche maar is helemaal oke en net verrissend! We mochten ook gebruik maken van de kajak en hebben meerdere malen de keuken mogen gebruiken om te koken. Dankjewel!

Die Anlage mit den Hütten ist schön idyllisch. Jeder hat seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftsbad und einen Essbereich, indem morgens frühstück (Brot mit Omelette, Butter und Marmelade) serviert wird. Das Wasser steht kostenlos heiß und kalt zur Verfügung. Die Räume sind geräumig, die Mückennetze in gutem Schuss. Es gab Ventilatoren, keine Klimaanlage, aber das hat gereicht. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir haben uns vor Ort einen Roller für 450 Pesos geliehen. Ohne kommt man leider kaum von A nach B. Zur Abreise hat man uns ein günstiges uns sehr pünktliches Tricycle zum Hafen bestellt. Abends haben wir drei verstoßene Babykatzen mitten auf der Straße gefunden. Als wir im Hostel nach einer Anlaufstelle oder Tierarzt fragten, nahm eine nette Mitarbeiterin die Katzen entgegen um sie zuhause aufzupeppen.

Die Anreise war relativ teuer, da kann natürlich das Hostel nichts für. Wir konnten von 1000 Pesos für 10 min Fahrt auf 600 runterhandeln. Das Hostel hat uns zur Abreise dann ein günstigeres bestellt! Essen in der Umgebung ist schwer zu finden. Ohne Roller kommt man da nicht weit.

Awesome hostel with super relaxed/chill vibes! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay! Free breakfast was a nice touch (Eggs, Toast, Jam/Butter, and a Fruit Plate), and you can use their kitchen facilities to cook meals as well. They also, have coffee/green tea available 24/7 for free in the common area. Everything was always super clean and the communal bathrooms never ran out of soap or toilet paper. There is even a kayak to use and the river is really nice for a dip! We even saw a small handful of Fireflies in a tree outside one of the dorm rooms! It was really neat! The common area was really nice for hanging out and meeting other travellers. They had some board games you could play. The hostel is close to the main port and marine sanctuary. They will also, hire out motorcycles making it easy to get around locally or travel further to see more sights!

What a hidden gem away from the crowds! Really loved our bungalow huts and it was an amazing surprise to be lucky to spot fireflies at night from our balcony 🤩! Super friendly and accommodating staff with a delicious complimentary breakfast, and a Kayak you can borrow to paddle around to lagoon or to the sea. Bonus that they had just gotten 5 small puppies too! Would recommend everyone to stay as it is incredible value and quality for your money!

Nothing to complain about, but just need to be aware that you might need to get a 20 min Tuk Tuk or Grab if you are going to alona beach

Gorgeous place right on the river with a balcony attached to the room. They let us take out the kayaks included in the price and we had the best time. It was so peaceful. The family that run it are really lovely and super helpful!

Super team! A big thank you to Mel, who was absolutely lovely. She’s full of great advice and really helps make your stay amazing. The place is very well located, close to local restaurants, near the beaches, and above all very safe. A big plus is the paddleboards and kayaks available for guests. At night, there is a gentleman at reception who stays all night. He’s very kind and always available if you need anything. Thanks to the whole team! I highly recommend it for women traveling alone. They always booked my tuk-tuks with a smile, and thanks to their recommendations I was able to discover even more places. 😊

Mel, la jeune femme présente le jour est adorable. Cabane simple mais avec le nécessaire, ventilo, prises de courant, petite terrasse avec vue sur l'eau. Facilité de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. Cuisine commune.

Pas de restaurant à proximité, ni de commerce à proprement parler. Il faut le prévoir si on n' est pas véhiculé, ce qui est mon cas, mais je suis allée faire des courses et puis voilà.. Un peu de bruit à partir de 6 h du matin..

It was short but amazing stay !!! First of all it’s a beautiful beautiful property hidden in a river side. All staff is very helpful and friendly! They help me in all my needs. Booked a tour around the island for me, transfer to ferry, help me with kayak when I decided to kayaking along the river. Next time I definitely going to stay here❤️

衛浴沒有熱水,白天洗澡的話還可以,但如果下大雨後或是晚上洗還是會有點冷 進來的小路底下是咾咕石比較顛簸,騎車要小心 湖對面的住戶唱歌很難聽然後還每天唱

Really really nice host - the day and night time manager both were very kind and helpful. The room was large and had a comfy bed with a good fan. There are kyacks you can borrow and going out on the water for sunset was awesome - lots of cool birds! They also helped us rent scooters from nearby. The breakfast was very yummy too!!

The room was a little bit worn out but not really an issue! There was only cold water but that was fine. The location is really nice but a bit far from things - with a scooter is definitely ideal!

Mel, Ate Judette, Kuya Aurel und ihre beiden Kinder machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderen! Danke für diese lustige Zeit mit euch an diesem sehr sehr schönen Ort. Ich wäre so gerne länger geblieben… Des Weiteren: kostenloser Kajakverleih, günstige Scootermiete, saubere und komfortable Hütten direkt am Baum mit Glühwürmchen, Fischmarkt um die Ecke. Super Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Scooter die ganze Insel zu erkunden!

Very peaceful little hostel along the river, no rooster to wake you up or any traffic noises! It was very easy to meet up with the costumers and owner in the resting area looking over the river which bring a special touch to the place! also a good little breakfast served always with a smile! Cold shower to cool you down.

A bit far away from the shops/resto so a scooter is very handy which they provide.

직원들이 가족적이고 자기일처럼 친절하게 대해줬어요. 밥을 좋아한다고 하니 두댓이 아침 저녁으로 제것까지 밥과 생선을 챙겨주어 맛있게 먹었어요. 싱글룸 문이 안 열려 문제가 생기자 더블룸으로 업그레이드를 해줬어요. 친절한 응대에 감사합니다. 정말 편한 숙박이었고 바이크로 쉽게 다닐 수 있는 위치에요. 카약을 타고 바다까지 나간 것도 잊지 못할 추억입니다. 다시 가고 싶은 곳입니다.

싱글룸 오두막 바닥이 기울어져 매트리스가 기울어져있어요. 자꾸 흘러내려서 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요. 다행히 더블룸으로 업그레이드 해줘서 둘째날은 편안히 잤지만 건물 보수가 꼭 필요합니다.

Hermoso lugar para desconectarte, relajar y disfrutar de la naturaleza! yo sin querer cometi un error al reservar y reserve un cuarto privado pero individual en vez de a dos con mi pareja, y al llegar ellos me lo solucionaron, solo adicionando extra. Las comodidas son buenas, siempre todo esta limpio, mel te hace un desayuno increible!!! y ademas es una persona increible que hizo que hoy le quiera dar mas puntos a este lugar, gracias a todo lo que ella es y nos brindo con su energia!

lo unico malo es que el internet es pesimo, yo trabajo con youtube y fueron 3 dias que NO pude directamente trabajar, porque no carga nada desde ningun punto del hostel, pero ok.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful lush property and access to swim and kayak in the river. Good showers. Clean facilities. Yummy breakfast.

Mattress needs replacing in private bungalow. Very old and big dip in middle. Hips hit the wood boards. Horrible sleep! Lock/ door knobs kept sticking and having to ask staff to open door all the time is frustrating. In need of some yard/ property maintenance.

Hostel tres sympathique, les cabanes traditionnelles sont mignonnes dans un cadre naturel. Peu d'occupant quand j'y etais, conformable. Le petit dejeuner est tres bon et l'acceuil sympatique. Bon rapport qualité prix et non loin de la ville.

Breakfast was amazing, the huts are so great. The toilet and shower always super clean. The staff is so friendly. They organized a scooter for me and they brought it to the hotel so I didnot have to go anywhere. its not a social hostel so its really more relaxing. Location is good if you want to do all the sightseeing you are close by. Amazing showers, a rain shower and a normal shower.

I wish they provided some soaps in the bathroom.

A lovely place, quiet and confortable. A fantastic breakfast and very kind people. From the balcony you can even see fireflies! Grab is going to pick you up there and its nice an close to the main island. If you don't have a scooter, there is not much around exept fornsome local stores. I had food delivered which worked perfectly.

The dorm was a bit sticky and hot. Manageable with doors open / ventilators.
