We loved everything about Mary’s Place. The view is amazing! The apartment was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. I made an error in the booking and Mary could not have been kinder. It has been our favourite stay in Ireland. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Mary’s Place

Everything was perfect.

The stay was a home away from home. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Also Tess the cat was a welcome delight we also give her 5 stars

It was absolutely lovely and so nice to stay in. It was set in a lovely idyllic location with beautiful views of the countryside. It was absolutely fabulous.

A casa e muito confortável, tem uma vista linda da sala e está equipada com tudo o que poderíamos precisar em nossa estadia. Tanto a Mary quanto seu marido foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos conosco. A localização próxima a Limerick foi bem estratégica tambem.

Everything about our stay at Mary's was fantastic. Host was lovely, very friendly. Accommodation was perfect - spotless, cosy and had everything we needed, down to bread, butter, shampoo and conditioner! I would highly recommend this host and accommodation and we hope to return in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mary's Place in Cratloe. The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the living area was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the Irish countryside. Having private parking was an added bonus, and the property felt like a real home away from home. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and immaculately maintained place to stay, Mary's Place is an easy 10/10. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🇮🇪🍀🏡✨

Lovely accommodation, perfect for 3 adults staying. Comfortable with plenty of space. Very quiet & peaceful. Mary was friendly and helpful in recommending places to visit & restaurants for dinner nearby.

Mary greeted us, showed us around. Apartment very comfortable, lots of room. Easy check-in process. I woukd recommend this place to everyone. About 10 minutes from the Bunratty Castle.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need. Mary is a wonderful host — warm, friendly and very welcoming. She even provided bread, butter and milk for us, which was such a considerate gesture. We enjoyed our chats with her during check‑in and check‑out, and she went above and beyond by allowing us both an early check‑in and a late check‑out. Communication was outstanding; she replied quickly to every message and was always happy to help. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again.

A nossa estadia foi absolutamente perfeita e excedeu todas as nossas expectativas. A Mary foi incansável na comunicação antes da nossa chegada, o que nos deixou muito tranquilos, especialmente tendo em conta os nossos planos e roteiro, e horários de chegada. Recebeu-nos pessoalmente com muita simpatia, mostrou-nos a casa e deu-nos excelentes recomendações locais. O gesto de nos deixar pão, leite e manteiga foi uma atenção deliciosa e muito prática, já que ainda não tínhamos tido tempo de ir às compras! A casa é maravilhosa: impecavelmente limpa, renovada e extremamente confortável — sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. O sistema de aquecimento é excelente e as camas são fantásticas, garantindo um descanso absoluto. Além disso, a localização e a envolvência são maravilhosas. A Mary foi uma anfitriã exemplar! Já estamos com vontade de voltar e recomendamos vivamente a quem procura uma estadia especial!"

Mary was very communicative with us prior to arriving as we were coming from a distance and through some bad weather. She met us upon arrival with the keys, gave us a tour of the home and some suggestions for dinner and pubs. She had gotten us bread, butter and milk to start, which was great because we had not been to the store yet! We stayed three nights and we were so comfortable here, it was like staying at our own home. It was so clean, updated and the beds were fantastic. We were visiting our daughter who attends UL and she even offered her assistance to my daughter if she ever needed anything since we are from the US. Everything about this stay, this location and Mary exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again!

Mary’s Place is in a beautiful setting, with a lovely view. It’s only a short drive from traditional Irish pubs and restaurants. It is really peaceful and felt very private. It is very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had an en suite bathroom, with plenty of room. It is exceptionally clean and the property is maintained to a high standard. Mary greeted us with a warm Irish welcome. She had brought us fresh bread, butter and milk, which was a lovely touch. She was always helpful and kind, a lovely friendly lady. We were able to contact her if we needed any advice.

Absolutely amazing! 🙏 The property had everything we needed for a wonderful festive family holiday. Mary provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The location was perfect for day trips in the area, and the apartment was fully equipped for our 5-day family road trip. The kitchen had all essentials (cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, microwave), and both bedrooms featured comfortable beds, fresh towels, and private bathrooms with shampoo and hot water. The cozy living/ dining area offered stunning views—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. Mary even kindly provided bread, butter, and milk, which was a lovely touch! ❤️ If we ever return to Ireland, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 👍

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso, pulito, cucina dotata di tutto, lavatrice e stenditoio. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare pane, latte e burro per la colazione e il lettino da viaggio per nostra figlia. Posizione tranquilla ma ottima per Bunratty e Cliffs of Moher raggiungibili in un'ora.

Il gatto ci è entrato in casa da una finestra leggermente aperta.

Nice place, appartment was clean. We slept well in the beds. Fully equipped kitchen. We got bread and butter from Mary as we arrived, which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We honestly couldn’t rate this property as well as Mary more highly. From the communication prior to the stay as well as throughout Mary has been so attentive and helpful. The property is beyond stunning with the most exceptional views and in such a lovely area also. Mary went above and beyond throughout the stay and made us so welcome we felt like family by the end of the stay. We would highly recommend this place as well as Mary to anyone visiting the area. So reasonably priced also!

We had a fantastic stay at Mary's Place! Mary & Willie were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the house itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The accommodation is stunning and well placed to provide a calm place to rest after sightseeing in every which direction. Our host was very kind and courteous, and offered valuable insight to some of the stops we wanted to make. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect location, plenty of privacy, spotless, supply of all essentials needed including washing liquid, fresh milk, fresh homemade wheaten bread etc…. P.s no cheap coffee here ☺️ Mary and her husband were so welcoming, taking the time to go through all the landmarks in the area. Most of which were visible from cottage 😍

Mary’s place is cozy and super clean. The beds are super comfortable, with beautiful linen. It is all new, with blue and sage green furniture. The Kitchen is well equipped to cook a complete meal. The Garden has beautiful flowers, and surrounded by the irish green countryside. No rumors can be hears during the night for perfect sleep! Mary has a friendly attitude. She left us delicious home made brown irish bread for breakfast, which we enjoied a lot. I would definitely recommed this place and his nice landlord

Exceeded our expectations. This is in a beautiful country setting. Quiet with great views and just a short trip to anything you need. The pictures can't do it justice. Hosts were warm and went out of their way to help us have an extraordinary time. I would highly recommend this stay!
