O apartamento é central, perto do centro histórico, mas existe um bairro muito perto (Albergheria), pelo que não aconselho andar de noite perto desta zona, sensação de perigo constante!!!! Ruas muito sujas, lixo por todo o lado, barulho até às 3 da manhã, crianças a andar de mota, etc. Staff simpático, o quarto é ok tendo em conta o preço por dia, mas não vale o susto. Em suma, se quiserem ter uma noite descansada, não escolham esta zona para a vossa estadia.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ein sehr familiär geführtes Haus mit nur 5 Zimmern, welche sehr geräumig ausfallen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hell und alles war schön sauber. Die Anleitung zum Betreten der Räumlichkeiten ist sehr gut verfasst und leicht verständlich. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach dem Check Out ist es möglich, den Koffer dort aufzubewahren, auch wenn man erst am Abend abreisen wird. Das Frühstück bietet eine eher kleine Auswahl, ist aber sehr lecker, der Kaffee oder Tee wird auf individuellen Wunsch hin zubereitet. Die Lage ist super zentral und man kann viele Dinge fußläufig gut erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ich würde jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen!
Die große Straße, die quasi parallel verläuft, ist leider etwas laut, aber auch daran wurde vorsorglich gedacht und es lagen Ohropax auf dem Nachtschrank. Ein Wechsel der Handtücher hätte einen zusätzlichen Betrag von ein paar Euro gekostet, was ich persönlich aber okay finde.

En l'absence de rideau, le vis à vis oblige à fermer les volets et donc manque de lumière naturelle malgré les claires-voies

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Dimora. The room was beautiful, with so much Italian charm, incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Even when the streets outside became busy, we couldn’t hear a thing once the balcony doors were closed. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and such a lovely way to start the day. Our host was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. We genuinely loved our time here and would definitely come back again!
Honestly, nothing! I can’t complain about a single thing. It was one of the most beautiful, comfortable and welcoming stays I’ve had. I loved every moment and would happily stay again.

Destacar a Tiziana, que preparó un desayuno estupendo y me explicó un montón de cosas interesantes sobre la ciudad y el transporte al aeropuerto. Repetiría sin duda.

Check out was so early (10:00 a.m), we didn´t even have 10 minutes courtesy. If you are lucky enought to find a parking spot in the streets around (like us) it´s more comfortable than parking outside, otherwise coming here with your own car can be problematic, but it´s not their fault

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026We were welcomed upon arrival. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable as well. The room was well equipped, and the location was convenient.
Unfortunately, communication was disappointing. I contacted the property through both Booking.com and WhatsApp to ask whether an earlier check-in would be possible, but I didn't receive any response. About one hour before our planned check-in, there was still no reply. We then went to the property anyway, and the reception staff informed us that the room would be ready in about 10 minutes. Only after we had already checked in and received this information in person did we finally receive a reply to our earlier message, which simply repeated what the staff had already told us. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. It did not work during our stay. I reported the problem and, after another long delay, I was simply told to try a different Wi-Fi network, which also didn't work. I reported this again, but after that I never received any further response. I was glad we were only staying for one night. Looking at other reviews, it seems that guests have been reporting Wi-Fi problems for quite some time, yet the issue still hasn't been resolved. If I had been staying longer or needed a reliable internet connection for work, planning, or other important tasks, this would have been a major problem. I would therefore not recommend this accommodation to anyone who depends on stable Wi-Fi during their stay.

Die Einrichtung war sehr freundlich, hell und modern, es hat alles gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, alles konnte fußläufig erreicht werden!
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern, aber wenn überhaupt, dann ist der in der Beschreibung angegebene Balkon keiner in unserem Sinne, denn es gab weder den Platz, um darauf zu sitzen und natürlich dementsprechend auch kein Mobiliar. Die Straße selbst ist völlig unansehnlich, so dass der Ausblick auch nicht reizvoll gewesen wäre. Im Ergebnis war es für uns aber nicht schlimm.

Reviewed May 21, 2026A wonderfull Hotel with just a view rooms. So very private & comfy. The rooms and everythings is clean and well looking. The room looks exactly like on the photos. :) If you read everything in the instructions (you will geht shortly before your arrival day) you find the doors and the entrances very easily (Check-In at anytime is possible due to digital or code based entrances). The breakfast was good, nothing too special but absolutely ok. If I will visit Palermo again, I will definetly check the availablity of this rooms. ;)

Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuné simple mais sympa et suffisant. Un peu (très peu) bruyant mais pas gênant du tout au final, c'est Palerme !
Compliqué d'accès la première fois (plusieurs portes, clés, codes..), un peu stressant au début mais cela fonctionne.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the railway station and close to the historic center. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of the owners, who made us feel welcome during our stay. Overall, this is a great option for anyone planning to stay in Palermo, and we would happily recommend it.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Check-in Info und der Kontakt vorab haben sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage ist super zentral und somit alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück war sehr einfach, aber ok.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es sehr, sehr laut. Wir waren dankbar, dass die Unterkunft Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung stellte ;-)

Reviewed May 11, 2026Vi hade en så bra vistelse! Personalen var fantastisk! Rummet var stor och rymligt med en jättetrevlig balkong. Toaletten var också stor och städningen var utan anmärkningar. Vi var två kompisar som reste tillsammans och det kändes rymligt och fräscht och det överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi är ledsna över att vi inte stannade flera nätter.
