(1) A few hours after we checked out, a staff called and in an accusatory voice inquired about the towels, saying that all 3 towels were missing. I told them that I have hanged them behind the door. Only then did they checked and without apologising, hanged up the phone. I was upset with her tone as if I was going to steal the towels. (2) The toilet bowl was dirty.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025The only positive aspect was the peaceful Quran recitation played before each azan, as there’s a mosque within the building.
Unfortunately i had a very unpleasant experience. The room was infested with cockroaches and had a noticeable smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here based on the condition of the room.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Hanya bersih sbb hotel masih baru.
Saya sampai 7hb Ogos 2025 jam 11 malam. Receptionist lelaki melayan saya dgn cara kurang menyenangkan.
