Paling penting bersihhhh, selesa dan ada netflix 🫶🏻

Tiada water dispenser dan tiada tempat sidaian kain yg basah.

Rumah bersih dan kemas. Katil sangat selesa. Lokasi memang strategik, berdekatan dengan kemudahan awam (Stesen minyak, tempat makan, Alamanda mall dll). Recommended untuk stay sini.

Mohon letak tempat penyangkut (untuk sangkut tuala, baju) di dalam bilik tidur dan bilik air.

Good location, walking distance to a mall, which makes dining and shopping easy. The host clearly cares about cleanliness as he asked us to remove our shoes before entering, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were bugs everywhere: kitchen, living room and even the bedrooms. We noticed insect repellents around the house but they didn't seem to help as there were too many! We even found bugs on the bed at night which made it very hard to sleep.

Tidak menyediaka tempat gantung tuala baik dalam toilet mahupun di bilik yang ada cuma di dalam almari tetapi hanya untuk master bedroom shj 2 bilik lagi tiada .Peti ais tak sejuk. Parking agak menyusahkan jika dtg dengan 2 kereta.

Bathrooms quite run down. Needs at least a mirror and a proper bidet pipe. Otherwise very comfortable.

Homestay sgt selesa dan bersih. Kemudahan juga banyak disediakan dan host sgt membantu. Will repeat 😁

Rumah sangat selesa & cukup luas untuk 4 dewasa 2 kanak-kanak, semua tilam empuk. Wi-fi laju. Cara check in juga mudah. Blok parking berbeza daripada blok residen tapi tak jauh mana. Ada playground & juga tasik. Alamanda shopping mall juga boleh jalan kaki sahaja.

Boleh improve bab kebersihan seperti kitchen hood & bidai di bilik air. Kalau boleh tambah water heater di bilik air lagi bagus.

Lokasi strategic... Ade kmudahan skeliling.. Host sngt membantu..

Love the friendliness and hospitality provided by the host. Host is very responsive and helpful. Comfy and spacious house for family. Basic necessities and facilities are provided. Even a set of comforter is provided. Alamanda mall is only a walking distance away which is good for family who wishes to shop for groceries.

There's no mirror installed in the bathrooms. And need hooks to hand clothes and towels in the bathroom.

The property is average

Our greatest mistake we did not checked thoroughly every piece of items in the unit. After using the master bathroom we saw water leaking from the shower pipe. We ignored it initially until the pipe came out. Being thoughful we text and informed the owner who immediately sent the plumber to do the repair. Upon checking out we were told that our deposit has been fofeited being payment for the broken pipe. We argued with the owner but he insisted that we have to pay for the repair. When we raised our voice he labelled us as rude and without manners.

The house was spacious, with a big room, comfortable for my kids. The front apartment has a laundry and Mamak restaurant below. It has parking even though it is is quiet far.

The bathroom doesn't have a water heater. Did not provide drinking water.

The house was clean and spotless, super cozy beds. The host was responsive and considerate, we don't have to wait till 14.00 and allowed to check in bit earlier.

The distance between the house and the parking lot a bit too far for me. But overall we enjoyed our stay from start to the end.

It was near to shopping malls and nearby attraction places.

No heater in the shower, and only one room was furnished with aircond. should have mentioned in the description so that people would be aware of the facilities provided, we went for a family trip with elderly, no heater was provided in the bathroom. and the bathroom was not as clean as shown in the pictures.
