الباب مافيه عازل نسمع اصوات كل الي يمرون في الممر وهذا شي مزعج وغير كذا مافي دولاب نحط فيه الملابس ع قل حط دولاب صغير معلاق وش يسوي وغير ريحة الدخان مره قويه

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025حجزت شقة عبر موقع بوكينج بمواصفات وصور معينة، لكن عند الوصول تبيّن أن الشقة ليست بنفس المواصفات التي تم عرضها في الموقع. تواصلت مع المضيف قبل الوصول للاستفسار عن إمكانية الدخول المبكر، وكان التواصل سريعًا ومهذبًا، لكن عند الوصول تم توجيهي إلى شقة مختلفة تمامًا عن التي حجزتها. المضيف حاول المساعدة واقترح شقة بديلة، لكنها لم تطابق ما تم حجزه مسبقًا من حيث الموقع أو التجهيزات. أشكر سرعة الرد والتعامل اللطيف، لكنني أتمنى من الجهة المسؤولة في “ملفا العقارية” أن تلتزم بالشفافية في عرض الصور والمواصفات الحقيقية للوحدات على المنصة، حتى لا يتفاجأ العميل بوحدة مختلفة عن الحجز كنت مضطر للدخول لوجود مناسبة
