Lovely spacious, warm home. I had asked our host if we should take extra blankets but there was no need as there are spare blankets plus the duvets on the beds were lovely and warm. Excellent communication with our host who was always just a message away!

There wasn't any thing "we didn't like" just some cosmetic things that we noticed and let the host know who is aware of them like holes in the walls of one of the bedrooms and lounge and a broken window latch in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Minor things that had no bearing on the wonderful weekend had by all.

Just not enough parking if you had more than 1 car.

Five bedrooms multiple toilet and bathroom, great for 6+ guests. Secure and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home. Close to family and perfect for our family that came to stay. Clean with everything we needed. Host was amazing and helped with anything I needed.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Very tidy, comfortable and convenient. The property had everything we needed. It was great that each room had a fan because it was warm. Location was good for what we were in Auckland for. It was a great stay and I’d highly recommend if you are travelling with a large family.

The microwave was a bit tricky to use but we eventually worked out. The back gate is tough to open.

Easy arrival - well organised and great communication

There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge only, however the host provided floor standing fans in each bedroom to circulate air and the windows have stays on them so you can keep them open securely throughout hot nights.

There is nothing I didn't like about it. It was just a basic tidy townhouse.

Perfect wee home away from home. Had everything we needed and made it a breeze to stay thank you for having us.

Ease of access, location, modern house that felt like a home away from home. Loved that there were toiletries available, milk and tea & coffee - great bonus, thanks!

The ease of using a passcode. We didn't have to worry about who or where the keys were. Especially with a large group going in different directions

Previous tenants rubbish and suitcases stored on the property . Deck chairs and table to sit outside and soak up the sun would be a bonus as we were taking dining chairs in and out of the property for that purpose.

We have stayed here twice now for convenience tonpullman park. Great location as it’s so close.

Tidy, clean. 3 bathrooms, which was great for the size of our group. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Our exchanges with the property manager was professional and clear. They were willing to extend our stay at such short notice. The place is such a beautiful space. Perfect for what we needed it for.

It’s a great little big home, more than enough space for the group we had. Loved that we had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was needed lol. The location was perfect for our stay as we were at a bball comp at Bruce Pulman for the weekend. Clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, enjoyed the amount of towels there was available which was handy with a group full of girls. Also handy location to great shops only a 5 min drive down the road, and also a lot of food places as well!

Location suited family for a wedding in Takanini

Kitchen facilities below par. Chipped china, muddled cutlery, filthy dirty with oil splashed all up the walls, sticky floors & only 3 wine glasses. Dishwasher tablets delivered promptly on request. No dishwashing liquid, we left what we bought. Bathrooms all uncleaned. Basins had toothpaste splatters on mirrors & taps. Bedroom wardrobes all filled with dirty linen. Not good to put a wedding dress into. Bed linen, although looked good was nasty polyester/nylon. Duvets were winter weight, so with no top sheets it was too hot. Rubbish bin on the property was overflowing and uncleared for many weeks. Attracting flies. Lawns scruffy & unkept.

Clean and comfortable

The house was well equipped for our two family’s. It was great having the three bathrooms. The location was great for our sporting event and the neighbours were kind. We felt safe staying there.

It’s advertised with one room having two single beds. this wasn’t the case as the single room only had one bed which meant our kids had to share a bed. Disappointed that the lawns were completely overgrown .. and I mean knee high, weeds everywhere so our kids couldn’t utilise that area. House was clean but not perfect. Towels were left in the washing machine, not sure if they were clean or not.

Could be cleaner - window sills and skirting boards need a good clean. A dryer would be handy for sports uniforms to dry

A great place for a big group. Amazing with three bathrooms.

Only thing I would say was there was no recycling bin. Other than that it was a great place.

Felt like unlimited towels 🥰 we have been places that didn’t have enough. Practically this place had everything to make our stay that extra homely and comfortable . Home away from home! Fit our whanau in perfectly.

Comfortable beds and lots of toilet facilities for a large party

It was a five bedroom house but down stairs living was quite small.

We felt a warm and cozy welcome as soon as we stepped into the house. It was like being enveloped in a big hug, making us feel instantly at home.

We arrived quite late, so we didn't have much opportunity to experience the hustle and bustle of the house during the day. However, we were still able to appreciate its warm and welcoming atmosphere.
