It wet nice and quiet. Small number of rooms and access of bathroom and kitchen was not busy. Horses out back enjoyed a few apples.

Clean, tidy, comfortable. All you could ask for based on price. Needed somewhere cheap to stay for work and this place did the job.

Small room but very clean, quiet and comfortable single bed. 20 minutes drive to Limerick. Shared sitting room with tv and kitchen use but couldn’t get stove to work but cafe and small store in town and can order takeaway meal to house if needed. Lovely friendly older couple live in 1 room. Happy with my short stay here.

Quiet location with basic facilities. Price paid reflects what you get. Room and bathroom were very clean.

La propriétaire ne vit pas sur le site donc je n'ai vu personne. La maison n'est pas en très bon état. La cuisine et la salle de bain était sales (possiblement à cause des autres locataires). La chambre était plutôt propre mais le chauffage était à fond sans possibilité de le baisser et la fenêtre laissait passer l'air. Je ne suis pas restée pour passer la nuit là bas.

Stand alone property with no owner occupier in situ although extremely responsive landlord via text so no complaints about their communication. 3 bedrooms available to rent and a communal bathroom/kitchen/living room. 1 room unoccupied for my stay & the other room occupied by a couple. They told me they were staying there for a month now and that anothersingle male was in the 3rd room but no sign of him. That explains the fridge full of food. The couple were lovely people but not the accommodation arrangement i had expected.

The place was great. Nice people staying there as well. Liked the open fire. Kitchen had everything I needed. Great location for walks by the river.

Cogimos este alojamiento de ultima hora,el mismo día y nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. Aunque esté alejada del centro de Limerick,las vistas al río son preciosas y se respira tranquilidad. Cómo puntos fuertes,el patio exterior es enorme para un buen desayuno y la cocina compartida tiene todo lo necesario,además de ser espaciosa. Es cierto que la habitación es muy pequeña,pero la cama es cómoda.

Lo único que podría remarcar es mejorar la limpieza del baño.

__ Chambre minuscule (environ 7 m²) difficile de circuler d'autant que l'armoire ne sert à rien, des étagères seraient plus fonctionnelles vu la dimension de la chambre. __ Isolation inexistante. Entre la chambre 1 et 2, tout s'entendait.

L'unica cosa positiva è stata la gentilezza della proprietaria, ma per il resto la casa era in un pessimo stato di manutenzione, il bagno angusto e non molto pulito,, la camera piccola e fredda. Nessun problema invece per trovare la casa seguendo le indicazioni ricevute né per parcheggiare proprio davanti.

The quiet stay away from the traffic of the city.

I did not like the empty house on arrival and not knowing who you would be sharing the house with, or if any other person would be there for the night. Also it was impossible to see the closet for the key.

No tv available but i never expected it cos it didn’t state it had one. It would have been good to see one though in bedroom.

Urządzenie do podgrzewania wody pod prysznicem wieczorem nie działało natomiast rano przy takiej samej konfiguracji pokręteł woda była ciepła.

Zelo mala soba za 2, iz hladilnika je zaudarjalo, nič pravega stika z lastnico, slab wc kotliček, tanke stene, ter premalo odlagalnih površin v sobi in v kopalnici.

The house was fine, as expected, the bathroom could use some repair work. Very nice surrounding area of O'briensbridge, many walkable canal paths and a nice coffee kiosk near the bridge.

Situé à plus ou moins mi-chemin entre Clifden et Cork, ce logement permet de faire une halte. Draps et linge de bain propres.

Je n'ai pas aimé devoir faire la vaisselle avant de manger. La vaisselle rangée dans le placard était sale. Dépôt blanc au fond des casseroles, couverts mal lavés, etc. Louche et ustensiles gras à côté des plaques de cuisson. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, tâches sur les murs. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'un homme, qui vit visiblement à l'arrière de la maison dans une cabane en tôle, laisse traîné ses canettes de bière vides tard dans la soirée. (4 sur le sol, à côté d'un sac qui en contenait plusieurs autres vides). Chacun fait ce qu'il veut mais ça n'inspire pas confiance.

The place is like a derelict house ,shouldn't be up as guest house ,is absolutely filthy the smell of must in it...gardens are disgraceful and there's also somebody living there ,,so I'll be going further about this property, was also refused my payment back ,

Na chvíli jsme se cítili být součástí místní komunity, nebylo to neosobní ubytování hotelového typu. Jakkoli je pokoj malý, připadal nám velmi útulný. Kuchyň i obyvací pokoj se nám také moc líbily. Byli jsme tu jen na jednu noc a spalo se nám moc dobře.

The simplicity of the operation. It has potential but needs even a modest investment. A partner to take a stake in the enterprise could undertake the development necessary.

The outside front space needs improvement to the surface. The splendid 2+acre space at the back could be easily improved by simply mowing the meadow and improving the ground towards the river. The pillows were quite thin.

Living room was booked for "maintenance" for about a day, while no visible maintenance was actually going on. Backyard is huge but polluted. Some stange fellow used kitchen when I walked downstairs one day - definitely not another guest. Ok-ish for me, but would not recommend the place to others.

Super easy to find. Was exactly as described on booking.com I would certainly stay again if I am in the area as the bed was so comfy and the accommodation was clean.

The house had plenty of parking. The internet worked well. The room was not big. The double bed was up against the wall. The bed was comfortable. The shared kitchen was big. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet took forever to fill up after you flushed it,

We had trouble finding the place on google maps. I phoned the owner, and she guided us to the house.

I was met at the property by a odd acting, shirtless man, looking for tools from my van to fix the property. I didn't want to let him into the van but after he persisted, I agreed to lend him a hammer. I checked into the room with my 10 year old daughter and we left for the evening, returning around 10pm. At 11 the owner turned up at my bedroom, ranting, with a tin off beer and what appeared to be a paint scraper! He said he could see people in the back garden and Ask me to come out of the room to look. I reluctantly did but there was no one there! At this stage my daughter was extremely scared. I told him I was going to bed and locked the door. The rest of the night was spent by myself sitting on the bed watching over my daughter to make sure he didn't come back. Terrifying night altogether.

The location is fine, easy to find. Good parking.

Immediately met with handwritten "No parties/loud music" signs the second we opened the door was off-putting, and gave us a bad vibe. Immediately thought.. what kind of people stay here?! The "budget double" room was tiny, barely room to put a bag down, no hooks for wet towels. The bathroom didn't feel clean.

You wouldn’t expect much for 50/60 euros but I would always expect cleanliness and I’m not fussy! The only thing that was clean were the bed sheets. The bathroom was dirty and the room was dusty unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend. No welcome when arriving

I called the house and they told me they don’t handle the financial aspects. 24 hours later still no response and even after an email we had no response. We would appreciate our full refund as we did not even have the place booked for up to 10 minutes it was almost an immediate cancellation.
