EVEN Hotel Bozeman Yellowstone Intl Arpt by IHG

Pulizia comodità

only downside -- breakfast was quite expensive with few simple options

breakfast as above. Everything else great

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Very comfortable beds. Loved the spacious room and the yoga mat and block provided with a large mirror to work out in front of. Staff was excellent and friendly! The fitness center was excellent! Free airport shuttle. Would stay here again.

There wasn't a hot tub.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The restaurant was wonderful. I am returning in a week!!

Nothing

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

There is supposed to be a complimentary airport shuttle available to guests. The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service were the reasons we chose this hotel. We arranged for a 4:45 AM shuttle pickup to the airport, but when we arrived downstairs, we found that not only was there no shuttle driver, but the other guests had already booked the Uber and taxi drivers in the area. We had to walk the almost 2 miles in the dark to avoid missing our flight. The biggest annoyance is that no attempt was made to notify us of the situation, despite having the room numbers of the guests who signed up for the shuttle. We had to discover this when we arrived downstairs at the time of our departure.

Near the airport, friendly. Free transport to airport.

The location was excellent for our needs. Access to the airport was exceptional. Parking was more than adequate. It is a very clean and well-managed facility.

We would have appreciated having complimentary coffee available in the lobby, at least in the morning. The in-room Keurig coffee arrangement was awkward. There was very little seating available in our room (which was a double). Just one chair.

Friendly staff. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and spacious lobby, Centrally located for our visit and to get to town and the places we needed to go.

Aesthetic was nice, food was very good, location to airport

The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the amount of people who’s flights got cancelled that day and it took about two hours to get food

Perfect location. Nice staff. Great large room.

Nothing.

Well located close to the airport. Modern, spacious room

Very comfortable and clean

Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries and yoga mat was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The proximity to the airport was great. Parking was easy.

Unfortunately there was no coffee available in the lobby so we had breakfast somewhere else. Maybe there was confusion but there was no coffee machine or staff around to ask.

Was close to the airport and offered the shuttle. The pool was nice and room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay!

close to the airport

the rooms are not insulated well. I could hear every step from the room above mine. the a/c was really loud/hummimg that kept me awake.

Great access to the airport.

Nothing

New hotel, very clean, close to the airport. The lady at the reception was very helpful and considerate.

Given the price that I paid, Breakfast should have been included.

The property and the room were very nice. The location was excellent.

We were quite disappointed that the ice machines on floors 2, 3, and 4 all ran out of ice.

It was new

The staff were not friendly or good at their jobs and hours of restaurant operations made no sense.

Everything was clean and new

Shuttle from and to airport was a real plus.

The facility is pretty new and the staff is professional and kind

They need to improve a little bit the cleaning, I found some deadly bugs in the room and the bath gel bottle was empty

Very close to the airport. The beds were super cozy, and everything was clean and new. Friendly staff.

Clean n staff friendly

Noise music playing all night

HVAC system was noisiest I have ever encountered.

Airport location & warm wonderful staff

The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and was provided what we needed.

The rooms did not have an ironing board and iron. After traveling clothes in suitcase are very wrinkled. There was no microwave in the room that could be found. Also the closet did not have a bar in it to hang your clothes

It was a beautiful hotel. Well maintained and just a wonderful place to stay. Staff was awesome and the place smelled so good. Loved all the plants in the lobby and the fireplace was a great touch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I couldn't get the fire pit outside to work. That was it. And that was probably my fault.

Location is ideal and easy to find.

Only 5 minutes to the airport, cleaned and modern.

All good.

Proximity to airport, room size and comfort, and on site dining option. All staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing

The staff went out of their way to help us with getting to and from the airport. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.

The cost was a little high.

New, clean, and close to the airport with easy access to Bozeman. Their theme is wellness so don’t forget your workout clothes for in room or in the fitness center. There is a nice little cafe / bar so no need to go out.

Nothing

Clean friendly staff

conveniently located, clean and comfortable, noce size rooms friendly & helpful staff @ reception desk

grumpy breakfast attendant: couldn’t order as he was too busy cleaning his cash register and doing some paperwork

Near the airport

Great location close to the airport with a bar, restaurant and airport shuttle

Loved it. Beautiful hotel great stay

Breakfast was good Location was great. It was clean and welcoming

Great stay if you need to be close by the airport. Very easy to get to. We had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and it was great and so was the friendly service!

We arrived at Bozeman Airport at 10pm approximately and the hotel picked us up in their shuttle. The staff were exceptional. Professional, friendly and most helpful. We were then shuttled back to the airport to pick up our rental car the next morning after a great breakfast.

Nothing comes to mind

Great location for flying in and out of Bozeman. The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly. Food was good.

There's a charge for coffee in the lobby. Many hotels have free coffee available to guests. Maybe I missed something, but this just seems like basic hospitality.

convenient location to the airport

The property was clean, modern, and up-to-date furnishings. There was a restaurant on-property and a bar to grab a drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the airport (5 minutes) with shuttle provided. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Nothing - liked everything.

Really a great value. For such a reasonable rate, the hotel was new, very clean, and had a lot of nice extra touches (filtered water machine, snacks, free breakfast, free airport shuttle). Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Comfy bed, nice staff, great food and drink options

Clean, modern and close to airport.

The location was great being so close to airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. The available of a yoga mat was great!

Found the rooms very clean and every staff member that I interacted with were super nice and very close to airport which made it easy

No ice machine on first floor

The EVEN Bozeman Hotel has the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant even at midnight!

Can’t think of anything

Close to the airport with a shuttle

Excellent hotel, great facilities and staff
