Nieuw en mooi ingericht

Dat er geen airco was en dat er in de keuken geen raam open kon

Mooi centraal en dicht bij gelderdome.

Het was een mooi en uitgerust appartement, verschillende apparaten in de keuken: grote koelkast, combi microgolfoven, koffieapparaat, kookgerief,… De slaapkamer was uitmuntend en en een mooie propere badkamer. Er waren handdoeken voorzien wat wel een meerwaarde gaf.

Het enige minpuntje was dat de slaapkamer geen overgordijnen had waardoor het ‘s morgens wel snel licht was.

It was a very central yet calm apartment. Very well kept, and run by Tifa who's a very sweet and helpful lady.

De locatie is super. Midden in het centrum.

Er waren 2 fauteuils die niet comfortabel zaten. Eén comfortabele bank zou zeer prettig zijn. De dekbedden zijn synthetisch waardoor het erg warm werd.

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Gestgeberin empfangen. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr entspannt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet.

Alles was perfect. We komen zeker nog terug

Gute Lage, eigentlich schöne Wohnung

Die Vermieterin geht gar nicht. Permanent liegt sie auf der Lauer und passt auf, ob alle Regeln eingehalten werden. Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht abschließend. Nur innerhalb der Wohnung kann man das Bad und das Schlafzimmer abschließend. Jeder im Haus kann in die Küche/Wohnzimmer dieser Wohnung. Die Hausordnung erhält man erst nach dem der Vertrag abgeschickt und bezahlt ist. Dann ist es plötzlich untersagt einen Freund mit in die Wohnung auf einen Kaffee einzuladen. Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht, oder muss vor Vertragsabschluss bekannt sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist nahezu unmöglich, da sie bei Konflikten gar nicht ans Telefon geht. Auf WhatsApp reagiert sie gar nicht. Auf Nachrichten hier sehr spät und dann gar nicht mehr. Wer also entspannt und unkontrolliert Urlaub machen will, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Ich kann diese Unkunft absolut nicht empfehlen! Und rate allen davon ab hier Gast zu sein.

Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum van Arnhem.

Super locatie! Erg mooie B&B, midden in de stad. De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk. Bij aankomst waren we de B&B aan het zoeken en toen belde ze op of we al geariveerd waren, want ze dacht ons te hebben zien lopen. Echt mega lief.

Clean and spacious, good facilities

De ligging van de accommodatie, midden in de stad. Winkels op loop afstand. Is een mooie bovenverdieping. Met een keuken, slaapkamer, huiskamer en een douche/wc Goede bedden, goede kussens. In de keuken kan je thee en koffie pakken. In de douche is er douche gel en er zijn handdoeken

Eigenlijk helemaal niks. Het ontbijtje moet jezelf regelen. Maar de winkels liggen op loopafstand. En de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Dus alleen even een paar boodschappen doen.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangen. Mooie en schone B&B.

Appartement was super mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte locatie midden in de stad. We werden welkom geheten door de super aardige eigenaresse.

in der Küche war es sehr warm, da sich das große Fenster nicht öffnen lässt

It was near the city centre and the station. The apartment is very clean and safe. It feels like a home.

Lovely B&B with complete kitchen, a comfortable double bed, large bathroom and a dedicated living room. All rooms are nice and bright and were super clean. The owner was very friendly.

The bedroom and especially kitchen can get very hot (28°C in May) due to the sun hitting the large windows.

The owner is super helpful and friendly, the apartment is spotless and tastefully decorated. The bed is really comfortable and the duvet was super fluffy and warm. I really appreciated the location - central but very peaceful, everything is around the corner. If I come back to Arnheim, I am definitely staying here again.

Clean

There was no lock on the apartment front door, only on the bedroom door. I always feel anxious because who knows who will enter randomly. Guest cannot come to the apartment. Host doesn’t speak English well. The soap bottle in the shower also gave out some rusty gunk.

The apartment is nicer than it appears from the photographs, especially the bathroom, which is bigger than it looks. Kitchen is well-appointed and lounge is comfortable. Location is great - the small square opposite has a very nice cafe and it's an easy stroll to the river. It's excellent value for money.

We liked everything - the only downside was that we were there in a mini-heatwave and the apartment was hot, though there were two strong fans to help us cool down.

The host met us at the agreed time and was very welcoming. Everything about the apartment was explained to us and if we needed any assistance the host would provide that assistance to us. I would certainly recommend this property.

No breakfast included. Location was perfect, overlooking the square and an easy walk to Arnhem Centraal station, supermarket and eateries. Host was friendly, helpful, accommodating. Apartment was clean, light, well appointed. Bed incredibly comfortable.

The stairs, but that’s to be expected in The Netherlands.

It was in the City Center so close to everything we needed, inclined busses and the train station. But it was quiet at night.

A spotless apartment - really great location and a lovely host!

Location is perfect. Inside the city centre, close to the train station and bus stop.

Location was 10/10, the accommodation was So much more than we expected it even included board games such as chess, draughts a deck of cards. Really went above and beyond couldn’t recommend more

Nothing it was tops

The location was great. The place was very clean.

Very steep winding stairs- Could only lock the bedroom and lounge door, entry door was not lockable so anyone could access the bathroom and kitchen. Had to pay to use washing machine in kitchen. very small cloths horse. Host would not allow our guest to come in the front door , so she had to stay out side in the pouring rain several times.

It's was a good location

I chose a one double bed but was 2 singles.
