Lo staff sembrava quasi infastidito dal mio arrivo, sarebbe utile un vero e proprio posto dove lasciare i bagagli e non sotto il tavolino della reception.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Perfect location for exploring Loch Ness, this hostel environment provides value for money for traveling family. The restaurant was fine, great with own bathroom, and the shared kitchen had what needed to cook and prepare meals. The adjacent pub gives a lively atmosphere and we did not hear too much from our room, which was facing the stream. There were lots of people based there exploring the regions nature.
The beds could be more comfortable, but it is a hostel like so just need to know.

L’isolation phonique à refaire. La nuit a été horrible, à cause des passages au dessus de notre chambre qui nous ont obligés à nous lever plus tôt que prévu.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Les infrastructures, les extérieurs, la très grande cuisine bien équipée. L ambiance sympa entre les voyageurs. Le calme à l arrière avec un petit ruisseau et à l avant un musicien voyageur nous fait qq notes merci à lui. Le petit pub typiquement écossais avec l ambiance qui va avec rire.. pas eu le temps de faire le restaurant, mais cela sentait très donc donc...pas loin un petit centre commercial avec choix pour faire qq courses pour cuisiner ou plus loin dans le centre du choix pour manger restaurants ou snacks. Mention spécial petit chat de la maison qui est venu me saluer chaleureusement merci. Je recommande autant pour les familles, qu'aux voyageurs singles. J y retournerais volonté et avec plaisir.

隔音非常差 尤其是樓上任何走路聲都會被影響到；入住期間wifi都連不上，幸好住宿地點訊號還算ok可以用自己的網路

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in der Nähe des Ortskerns, nah am Loch Ness. Perfekt für eine Reise mit Kindern. Gut ausgestattete und moderne Familienzimmer im Bunk Bed Inn. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant/Hotel ist hervorragend! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das WiFi war ausgefallen, aber Roaming Empfang war ausreichend.

The staff in the restaurant were nice and the food was good. The cleaning staff were very rude the next morning. The ground floor room was subject to constant loud/heavy pounding footsteps overhead until long after midnight, so hardly any sleep. I had to knock on the door of the people on the floor above as there is no reception staff to help you sort any issues. There were midgies in the room biting. You have to make and strip your own bed, which it pretty cheeky considering the cost. I unfortunately wouldnt recommend this place.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Todo fue perfecto ! El alojamiento es muy cómodo, limpio y cuenta con un entorno natural muy bonito sobre el río en la parte de atrás. Usamos la cocina compartida y estaba muy bien equipada. La ubicación cerca del Lago Ness estaba excelente. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo !

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Le chambre était grande et vraiment très propre, toilette et douche comprises. Les serviettes de bain étaient fournies. Nous avions vue sur la rivière, l'endroit est très calme et agréable. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée.
Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout. L'alarme incendie a retenti très tôt au matin, nous sommes donc sortis. Mais aucun membre du personnel ne nous a expliqué ce qu'il s'était passé (apparemment quelqu'un qui aurait cuisiné sans ouvrir les fenêtres, d'après les autres visiteurs), nous ne savions pas si nous pouvions retourner à l'intérieur ou pas, moment de flou.

L’absence d’isolation. Nous étions au rdc et les personnes qui sont arrivées au dessus à 22h étaient très bruyant ( bruit de plancher ++) et proximité avec cuisine immédiate donc très bruyant (passage, portes) bref prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Hôtel très bien situé, proche Loch Ness et proche d'un supermarché. Chambre de bonne taille et propre. Jolie vue. Bonne literie. Cuisine commune disponible. Le restaurant sur place est très bon.
Pas de décoration spécifique, la chambre fait un peu dortoir. L'insonorisation est moyenne, nous entendions beaucoup nos voisins du dessus. Le rapport qualité prix est moyen: faire les lits et les défaire ne me dérange pas, sauf quand je paie 250€ la nuit en chambre familiale. Pour ce prix, il n'y a pas non plus de TV dans la chambre.

The mattresses were little uncomfortable I would have happily paid a little more for an upgrade on the mattresses but that is personal choice

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Zona muito tranquila. Quarto muito confortável e limpo, com bastante espaço. Zonas comuns (cozinha) acolhedora e com o essencial para fazer refeições.
Pouco espaço para estacionamento, principalmente se chegar pela hora de jantar. Quando chegámos não tivemos água quente para tomar banho (talvez por termos chegado pelas 19h, porque na manhã seguinte já havia água quente), o que foi decepcionante depois de um dia de caminhadas com alguma chuva.

Opravdu krásná společenská místnost, kde je možnost si uvařit, dát jídlo do lednice. Nasnídat se, nebo večeřet. Krásné místo a moc milý personál. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Super freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden ebenfalls täglich gewechselt. Die Küche im Hostel war sauber und gut ausgestattet
Die Betten haben geknarzt und der Boden bei jedem Schritt auch. Es war einem fast schon unangenehm sich in dem Zimmer zu bewegen. Zudem haben die oberen Betten kein Regal an der Wand, während die unteren Betten einen Nachttisch neben dem Bett haben. Ich habe oben geschlafen und musste deshalb meine Wertsachen im Bett haben, weil es auch keine Schließfächer im Zimmer gab. Unabhängig von den Schließfächern wäre ein kleines Regal auch einfach praktisch, um was abstellen zu können

Krakende houten stapelbedden die wel voor wat lawaai zorgden bij beweging. Een tabletje om bril/gsm op te leggen bij het bovenste bed in een stapelbed zou nuttig en handig zijn.
