Tutto ! L'appartamento è accogliente e spazioso, con due belle camere ampie ed un salone con un bel balcone per prendere un rilassante thé con vista montagna. La cucina è ben equipaggiata, con tutto ciò che serve per preparare pasti veloci: cucina ad induzione, forno tradizionale ed a microonde, macchina Nespresso; qualche casseruola ed un paio di padelle, grattugia, scolapasta etc... La struttura fornisce qualche base (caffè, zucchero, olio e sale).

La posizione ha un'ottima vista ma è direttamente sulla strada principale, quindi un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di bus ed auto, specialmente al mattino presto.

Very good location for a driving vacation near the lakes. Nice large apartment, but would benefit from screens on windows to keep insects out at night and some more cups and utensils.

Fabulous outlook. Spacious clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop out front and a supermarket across the road.

No one tells you that Switzerland is the last country left in which everything closes on Sunday. There is no taxi at Spiez on Sundays. We were worried but it turned out to be easy on the train and bus. There is a lovely restaurant open on Sunday a short walk away with tables on the lake front. There’s a little supermarket across the road.

Location was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed.

Nice location. I loved the bathtub/ shower. Washing machine was great! (We couldn't figure out how to run the dryer though)

I was sent emails with links that wouldn't open, and when I tried to reply, the emails wouldn't go through.

Wonderful position and extremely comfortable flat, with excellent facilities. A little bit pricey (from the UK at least) but the chalet and everything in it were exceptional. Highly recommend it.

Good location. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable rooms and fantastic views .

Not much.. however, instructions on disposal of rubbish and sorting recycling would help.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders der tolle Blick auf den Hausberg hat uns begeistert. Auch die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Chose this place specifically for how close it was to Spiez, as we took the train from Frankfurt (Germany) airport, and we spent a couple of days in Interlaken. Communication with staff (Stefan) was great. The loft apartment was perfect for us (2 couples), and was very clean.

The only negative, which kind of comes with the territory when visiting Europe, was the last night we were there the neighbors smoked a lot on the shared balcony (separated physically) and it was blowing into our room so we had to close the window on a very warm night.

Great view from the stay. Complete kitchenette which make us feel like home. Provide slippers and toiletries. Comfortable stay.

It's 20-30mins from the stay to Interlaken town. But it's very near to Spiez. Staying at level 3 which make us a little bit difficult if you are travelling with elderly and carrying heavy luggage. However, overall it was a superb stay.

Very good communication prior to arrival, easy key pickup and payment of tourist tax. Rooms are very clean, and kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and drier, which is very handy. Bus stops (to Spiez/Interlaken) just minutes away (walking) and a small supermarket right across the road. The balcony has great view over Niessen.

There're some noises at night in the balcony bedroom from cars driving uphill, until about midnight.

Beds and pillows were super comfy! We took the train to Spiez and were going to take the bus to Faulensee but glad we decided to walk as the walk along the lake was stunning and didn’t take long.

Magnificent views from all the rooms. Spaceous. Extremely clean. You have really all you need in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and bedsheets. Cozy sofa for the whole family. A grocery shop just across the street. 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. We spent our time in the Loft 2 bedroom apartment. There are 2 or 3 more apartments for rent in the house. The house is in a small village, surrounded by Alpine meadows and stunning views. Free parking available. Silent. You can hear only birds singing in the morning. Very friendly housekeeper. 200% recommended. Do not miss!!!

The environment is really nice especially the mountain view. The kitchen is well equipped.

The dryer isn't that efficient, take quite a while to dry the clothes.

We need a break from travel and a place to get all our laundry done. The view was outstanding, and the apartment was very large and well equipped.

Great location. The room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub was huge! The key was really easy to located and retrieve. The lake was only a two minute walk away.

we came to the apartment by night after a long drive from Italy. overall we had a nice experience in staying there. the apartment was equipped with a full kitchen, laundry machine , living room .

we thought the there is a lake view from the house, and only when we get there we understand that is 2 minutes walk to the lake and you don't see the view as the picture describe here.

A cozy and spacious loft, with everything one could think to be useful, with a „seat in the first row” at the spectacle of The Swiss Pyramid, Niesen and the bus and boat stations just around the corner. A splendid retreat after a day of wandering between the countless attractions of the Heaven of Europe, Switzerland...

Everything was perfect.
