Reviewed May 3, 2026Nice location near Korea Univ (Kodae) Station. Just walk away to see beauty of Korea University. House very nice to have a comfort sleep. Not at noisy area during weekend. Amenities provided well provided. Suitable for 2-3 pax adult. 😄

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Bed big and comfortable. Love that there are washer and dryer there that we can easily do laundry. Not too far from metro station. Host really responsive and helpful.
Location is a little out of the way from places tourists might want to frequent but manageable considering the price/value.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026清潔で一通りの設備が整っている。観光地から少し離れているが、地下鉄駅からとても近い(エスカレーターあり)のでどこにでもアクセスしやすい。周辺の環境もよい。すごく寒い日でしたが暖房がよくきいていて快適でした。
洗面台・シャワー・トイレ・洗濯機が同じスペースにあり仕切りがないので、シャワーの時に洗濯機とトイレが水浸しにならないよう水量や向きに気を使った。

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025El lugar es EXCELENTE! Tiene todo lo que necesitas, es amplio, cómodo, está cerca del metro, estación Universidad de Korea que te conecta muy fácil con otras líneas. Tenés cerca combinis, muy tranquila la zona. La verdad, un lujo!!

The responsive owner was always available and kindly answered all our questions. If we ever need another apartment in Seoul, we'll choose this one!

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Schönes kleines Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer und zwei Betten. Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Aufenthaltsraum in einem. Dann noch ein kleines Zimmer mit Trockner und Schrank. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren zu zweit und der Platz war ausreichend. Ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse gelegen. Self-Checkin problemlos. Seife, Waschmittel, Händtücher (wie immer klein in Korea), Geschirr, alles da. Sehr nahe an der KU und Stadtteil Aman.
Alles in Ordnung.
