Small space not helped by overlarge TV. Glassed in balcony seemed tatty and neglected. Could not open it's windows. Whilst location is great for the station it's a 20 minute walk to the town centre

Sengene var for smale og gikk dessverre ut over liggekomforten. Stolene på balkongen kunne også vært mer komfortable.

Ужасно узкие кровати. Плохая уборка: пыль под кроватями, пыльный шкаф, грязные окна балкона, да и сам балкон можно было хотя бы пропылесосить. Сама квартира какая-то не очень уютная и супер маленькая. До заселения было не возможно дозвониться до хозяина квартиры. Вообще не уверена, что он отвечает на звонки.

Todella hyvä sijainti. Mahtavat sängyt. Vastaanotto oli mutkaton.

Monolocale davvero carino e pulitissimo. Stanza piccola, ma super accogliente e ben riscaldata. Letti singoli molto comodi. Ampio bagno dotato di doccia e lavatrice, veramente pulito. Personale molto cordiale e gentile!

Jag väntade i två timmar tills fick nycklarna, ägaren varken svarade mig eller booking.com för att veta när hen skulle komma. Därefter behövde boka en natt till ringde på kvällen fick inget svar heller trist att vi kom överens att jag ringer om det blir ändringar kring min vistelse i lägenheten. Svarade inte på morgonen. Sen skrev ett meddelande och frågade om jag boka en natt till och skrev han att den är tyvärr fullbokad och jag kan stanna till kl. 14:00.

Nycklar, tog evigheter tills jag fick nycklarna. Han får inte göra sånt mot andra människor.

The room is very close to trains station, I had an early train basically I could see my train from the window :). The room was very nice with all the things you you might need during your stay. Host was very helpful. The location is very close to city center too.

Very cozy studio in a new residence near the central station and close to the center. The location is very clean and tidy with all needed facilities and comfort and the owner very polite. I will definitely return with the next occasion.

Sijainti erinomainen, rautatieaseman vieressä. Siisti ja viihtyisä asunto. Monipuolinen keittiö tarvittaessa oman ruuan valmistukseen. Sisäänkirjautuminen kävi helposti va:n pojan ollessa ovella vastassa. Uloskirjautuminen helppoa, vain avaimet pöydälle.

Jätehuonetta jouduin etsimään. Oli autohallin yhteydessä. Voisi olla ohje asunnossa roskien viemiseksi. Tai itse en sellaista ainakaan havainnut.

Sijainti oli hyvä, lyhyt matka kaikkialle. Majoituspaikassa oli kaikki tarvittava.

Rautatieasema lähellä. Parveke sisäpihan puolella.

Ankea ratapihan lähellä. Puistot kaukana. Julkinen bussiliikenne kaukana tai vuorot ajavat nopeasti ohi. Taxit ja Ruokakaupat kaukana.

Accommodation was clean and provided for all my needs over a 5 day stay. Host was exceptionally easy to communicate with. Check in and Check out was easy. Location was superb for multiple purposes and, although near the railway station, soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear a thing from outside or from other areas of the building. Bed was comfortable, towels were large and of good quality. All appliances worked. Room maintained a consistently warm temperature which was a wonderful after a day out in chilly Finland.

Nothing to dislike, would definitely stay here again.

Estuve solo 1 noche pero fue un alojamiento ideal, ya que viajé a Turku desde Helsinki en tren (la estación está frente al alojamiento) y fui a un show en Logomo (1 cuadra). El centro es muy cerca a pie también. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, completo, bien equipado. La cama fue confortable. El edificio también era lindo y la zona muy tranquila. Hasta lamento no haber pasado algún día más. Me recibieron en la puerta para entregarme las llaves apenas bajé del tren, e incluso me permitieron el check-in un poco más temprano. Gracias!

Solo fue un poco complicada la coordinación con el propietario para coordinar el check in pero fue resuelto a tiempo.

Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti, siisti ja moderni asunto, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen.

TV ei ollut normaali, täynnä linkkejä suoratoistokanaviin, en löytänyt esim YLEn kanavia. Suljin laitteen hyvin pian.

Ei aamiaista mutta oman aamiaisen valmistaminen keittiössä sujuu hienosti. Oma rauha ja kaikki kuin uutta. Myös kodikkututeen oli kiinnitetty huomiota.

Чистая и уютная квартира, которая находиться близко от центра, жд и авто вокзалов,. В ней есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться. В душе есть шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа и мыло. Замечательные, большие и чистые полотенца. Средства для стиральной и посудомоечной машины. Номер чистый, кровати узковатые, но очень удобные и комфортные. Много посуды, на кухне есть соль, масло, приправы.

Kaikki tarvittava löytyi

Erittäin siisti, uusi ja hyvin varusteltu asunto ihan Logomon pihassa. Todella rauhallinen talo ja keikan jälkeen sai nukkuakin hyvin kun uloskirjautuminen oli vasta klo 12. Asunnon omistajan kanssa kommunikaatio toimi ja hän tuli itse asunnolle päästämään sisään ja kertomaan tärkeimmät yksityiskohdat.

Ei mitään valitettavaa.

Siisti pieni yksiö ei liikaa tilaa mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi

asunnossa pöytä ja 2 kovaa ikean muovituolia olisi ollut edes pieni sohva tai nojatuoli olisi tuonut viihtyvyyttä 3 päivän oleskeluun kun katsoo televisiota senkin olisi voinut laittaa seinälle niin olisi saanut siihen pienen sohvan koska televisio oli iso...ei sovellu mielestäni kahdelle hengelle yhdelle juuri...

Amazing location, 2 min walk from the train station, 10 min walk to the centre of town. Was very clean and cosy apartment, Friendly host with good knowledge and perfect English.

Just what the traveller needs. A high bed, big tv, clean apartment with all amenities. There's a patio outside, like a glass terrace but on ground floor. Big toilet with washing machine makes life easy.

It was unclear where and when the keys would be given. My fault, I should have told exact arrival time. Host not yet into this getting rid of plastic bottles in shower.

The host was very welcoming when handing over the keys and giving instructions - warm thanks to her. The room itself is tiny but cozy enough with all the essentials for a one night stay. Due to the building regulations in Finland, the bathroom is almost the same size as the room itself. The beds could be wider. We didn't use the balcony.

The Logomo area is industrial-like and still very much a construction site - not comfortable. The construction site also causes a challenge to find the entrance to the accommodation, at least when arriving by car. It is mentioned in the Booking introduction that 'Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge'. I did ask about a parking in advance and if there was a 'private parking', it wasn't offered to us. There is a large PUBLIC parking area in front of the building due to the next door railway station and the big event venue Logomo. This parking cost us 18€ - for 1 night!!! Outrageous! We would have definitely chosen otherwise had we known. In the Booking introduction it also says 'The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom.' A fan on the floor is not 'an air-conditioning'. Due to the warm weather, we had to leave the small window open and so the announcements in 3 languages from the railway station were very well heard - almost through out the night. Not pleasant at all.

A small but well appointed room reasonably close to the town centre. The kitchen, bathroom, with washing machine, and living area were all very clean and most convenient. We would stay again.

Nothing bar the walk into town is over a steep hill, although you can walk further and avoid this.

The room was miles away from the centre, you had to cross a huge railway line and walk even to reach a bus station to get to the cenre

The place has a supermarket nearby so it was easy to just buy stuff and cook there. I really liked that there was coffee already. The host was very polite. He shared his ideas about touristic places with me, for which I also thank him.

We had a great experience at this place. The hosts were welcoming, and the property was cozy with all the essentials for a short stay. Plus, it's conveniently located close to the city centre.

Reasonable walk from apartment to the central attractions and services of Turku. Shorter walk to supermarket. Host Hans gave some useful tourist tips, which was appreciated. Bathroom was a good size and good for drying washing overnight. Very convenient location for visiting the city art museum. A manageable walk with backpacks from the bus station.

We did not use the balcony much due to the smell of cigarettes out there. The area feels industrial, so do not expect parks right here, but they are not so far away.
