The fire alarm went off in several occasions which frightened us and no staff ever informed the guests of such false alarm until i inquired in the morning. False alarm disturbed our sleep at 2am and the awful sound lasted for long minutes. It would be necessary for the owner to at least patch up the cracks on it's walls and ceilings to avoid fright especially after experiencing 7.8 magnitude earthquake. The parking would have been an issue but the fee was waived off by the owner. I was sent a message telling free parking with limited slots but upon arrival i was charged at the reception of 700 pesos for two nights..nil other issues

Love everything about this place! It’s even better in person - the aesthetic is beautiful, everything feels brand new, and it’s very clean and comfortable. The host is easy to reach, always responsive, and quick to provide assistance. The location is superb - very safe, with a mall just a short walking distance away, even at night.

Nothing in particular - I just wish I had booked more days. One area for improvement would be the communication with the security. Check-in can take some time, as they asked for the full name of the unit owner and whether a form had already been provided, which I had no information about. In the end, they told me to disregard it, but clearer coordination beforehand would make the process smoother.

The location, cleanliness and modernity

Every property should have a lock/safe box and this didn’t. However, this is a common problem throughout the industry.

The location is very accessible and it’s a walking distance from Abreeza mall.

They said parking area is free but it is not. We paid 350 pesos to have one.

The Room was very clean and smelled refreshing, very nice. Location to the mall was great as well, was within walking distance. Soap and shampoo was available and Wi-Fi.

Do to no fault of the owner. The walls seemed very thin, we could hear the room next to ours TV and even there conversations. Made it hard to sleep well. Traffic getting into the Ivory Residence was terrible, and signage was hard to see from the road so we didn’t know where to turn in.

Location was good

The keypad lock breaking a being struck outside the room for 4 hours. Ivory Residences won't provide the key to Bleuspace as they aren't the owner of the apartment. The owner wasn't contactable so they got someone to jump from the next door apartment balcony, 10 story up.

Das Gebäude ist eine Baustelle. Die meisten Appartements stehen lehr oder werden umgebaut. Vor und hinter dem Gebäude sind auch Baustellen. Abends und nachts ist es ruhig, aber wenn man Im Apartment arbeiten muss ist der Lärm, der Staub und der Gestank von Lösungsmittels kaum zu ertragen. Das Management schickt ständig nervige Standart Mails um sich zu erkundigen, wie man zufrieden ist. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, gibt es nur Entschuldigungen und nichts passiert. Für den Check-in muss man persönliche Daten und eine Passkopie über eine Webseite hochladen. Bei Weigerung ist ein Check- in nicht möglich. Das Appartement ist nicht sicher abschließbar. Alle Vormieter kennen den Türcode. ( siehe Screenshot) W-Lahn funktionierte nur am ersten Tag gut. Dann kaum noch. Den ekeligen Teppich kann man nur mit Mühe unters Bett schieben.

I really appreciated how clean and cozy the place was, and everything was just as described.

Just wanted to share a couple of things that could be improved: the front door was quite hard to open and required a lot of strength, and the balcony door seemed broken as we couldn’t lock it.

Before 12Pm staff of property came into the room directly with password without calling or knocking the door..

I couldn’t actually get into my room. This was a total scam.

The host (Prince) is very helpful and prefessional. He was always available and super polite. I loved staying at the property. Would definitely come back.

Close to Abreeza and NCCC malls. Easy access to Taxi's. Internet was super fast and reliable, great hot water and pool was great (only people in it). Great to have washing machine. Apartment finish is to a high standard - very comfortable .

Seems to be a few process issues between apartment owner/s and building management. Importantly these issues were sorted very quickly by our contact Prince. Examples included water was cut off twice and security people requested payment for entry to pool area as we were not owners (did not pay as pool was part of rental offer accepted via Booking.com) On balance the cost was at the upper end of what can reasonably expect to pay for premium apartment of this size in Davao City

It lookes exactly like the photos! It has luxurious interior, very modern and classy. It is super clean, and spacious. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
