Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The building is well maintained, and the apartments come with all essentials such as kitchen utensils, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, RO, and AC. The staff is very cooperative and responds quickly to requests. There is a gym in the basement, though the loud music can sometimes be heard up to the first floor. The location is about a kilometer from the main road and requires taking multiple turns, which might feel a bit inconvenient. I stayed in a back room with a spacious balcony, but the view was blocked by an unattractive building next door. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities. Would love to stay again.

They have all the facilities needed except the location doesnt have nearby grocery shop but Blinket , Zomato , Swiggy deliver there easily so not a barrier.

Situated on Golf Course Road, it offered easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants in Gurgaon. Additionally, the proximity to transportation hubs made it convenient for me to travel around the city. Reviewed Nov 23, 2023Quiet, the balcony door can be opened for fresh air, no any ligth from outside in the room at night, very comfortable bed and suitable blanket, wich is not too hot. Very helpfull staff. close the Indira Gandi International airport , about 20 min by taxi. Recommended
The beds size is about 180 cm , which is not enough for tall people. but it was enough for me. No any electric kettle and a small pot could be provided in the kitchen. There is served any no breakfast and no any supermaked nearby. Photos : from the balcony, but no any noise at the night. There is a mobile tower ( 5G?) is very close to this building and is visible for the balcony.

The staff is available 24/7 because they actually sleep on mattresses in the parking lot (is this normal for India?) The street is quiet and relatively safe. I guess, compared to most of Delhi/Gurgaon, it's a good location, even though it would count as sketchy in most other countries. Not much is at a walking distance (but Delhi isn't made for walking anyway), but there are a few high-quality 24/7 coffee shops a short Uber ride away.
The price on Booking.com, even with the taxes, is incorrect, because there's an additional minor tax on top of it.
