Getting in through the front gate the first time requires opening by the host (by phone), so they have to be available.

Had to request drying maiden for clothes and ironing board. Although these were quickly supplied, they should have been in a s/c property like this

However for the price you pay I would suggest a bigger bed in the main bedroom, a double bed is just not comfortable for 2 people especially in the summer. The portable fan was broken and many of the power sockets were also not functional. Still a great place and a perfect location.

We are generally out an about and therefore we loved the fact that there is a gate in the garden that leads onto the boardwalk and that the home is within walking distance to the Point with all the Restaurants, Ice Cream Shops and Zipline.

There were no cleaning services included the price which was surprising. Even though there is a Dishwasher there isn't sufficient crockery and cutlery provided

Our kids played on the lawn in front while we were having a braai. Loved everything about the unit, the location and the staff. Can not wait to go again.
