エルニドでの滞在でこちらのホテルを利用しました。市街地の端にありますが、主要な通りやお店へ歩いて行ける距離なので便利です。建物はシンプルでモダンな雰囲気でした。何より印象に残っているのはスタッフの皆さんです。チェックインのときからとても丁寧に対応してくれて、安心して過ごすことができました。フロントは24時間対応とのことだったので、何かあったときでも聞きやすくて助かりました。毎日の部屋の掃除もきちんとしていて清潔感があります。ただ、Wi-Fiのつながりが少し不安定な時間帯があったのが惜しいところですが、全体的にはスタッフの温かいサービスのおかげで快適な時間を過ごせました。またエルニドに来る機会があれば利用したいです。

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wirklich praktisch. Es liegt etwas abseits der lauten Straßen, aber man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von El Nido. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, super sauber und sehr hell, was für ein gemütliches Gefühl sorgt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage.

The style of J Boutique Hotel is very modern and clean, which we really liked. Our room was bright and tidy, equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, making it easy for us to plan our daily itinerary. The front desk staff were always happy to help us arrange island-hopping tours and give directions to nearby places. In terms of location, having a three-story massage shop and a large supermarket right next door is very convenient. Overall, these facilities well met our needs for a relaxing vacation in El Nido.

We stayed in a double room here and it felt really nice. The room space was very clean and bright, with a modern minimalist style. After running around outside all day, the air conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The room was also equipped with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, making it very convenient to make tea in the morning. The private bathroom was very tidy and came with basic toiletries. The only small drawback was that after putting our luggage down, the room space felt a little tight, but it did not affect us much. Overall, it is a comfortable and restful place to stay in El Nido.

Pour être honnête, avant de réserver, j’avais déjà imaginé cinq scénarios de ce qui pourrait mal tourner. C'est inévitable quand on voyage avec deux enfants. Dès que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre familiale, la première chose que les enfants ont faite a été d'allumer la télévision. Elle était connectée à Internet, ils ont trouvé quelque chose à regarder, et la tranquillité pour le reste de la soirée était assurée. La climatisation était assez puissante pour qu'ils ne se réveillent pas à cause de la chaleur pendant la nuit, ce qui est notre critère principal. La salle de bain était un peu petite pour quatre personnes à tour de rôle, mais l’eau était chaude et il y avait une bonne pression. Personne n'a pleuré après la douche. Objectif atteint. Deux grandes valises, de l'équipement pour les enfants, un sac à dos et une poussette, et pas d'ascenseur. À notre arrivée, nous sommes restés un instant sur le trottoir, et le personnel est immédiatement sorti pour nous aider à tout porter sans que nous ayons à dire un mot. C'est bon à savoir si vous voyagez très chargé. Trois choses qui m'ont fait plaisir : les fontaines à eau à chaque étage, car les enfants qui disent qu'ils ont soif au pire moment est un grand classique, et ici, le problème était réglé. Le café gratuit dans le hall, une chose que les enfants ne comprennent pas mais qui m’a aidé à tenir le coup pendant les dix premières minutes chaque matin. Et le personnel qui a modifié notre transfert après un changement de programme : tout était réglé en vingt minutes, sans que j'aie à passer un seul coup de fil. Ce genre d'efficacité vaut de l'or en voyage. Les enfants veulent déjà retourner à El Nido.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the town center, basically at the end of the main strip, so you get a nice peaceful vibe away from the noise while still being able to get everywhere easily. There is a cute little terrace on the rooftop, and going up there at night to catch the breeze and look out at the town lights gives you that perfect slow-paced holiday feel. The soundproofing in the room is just okay, but the bed is super thick and comfortable to sleep on.

Il mio criterio principale per scegliere un hotel: il WiFi regge le videochiamate di lavoro? Al J Boutique sì. Google Meet non ha mai perso la connessione, i file si caricavano in tempi ragionevoli. La scrivania ha lo spazio per un laptop, la sedia è all’altezza giusta. Questi dettagli contano su una giornata intera di lavoro. Ho letto molte recensioni che parlavano di stanze senza finestre, ma la mia ce l’aveva, quindi almeno sapevo se fuori era giorno o notte. Il caffè gratuito in lobby era il mio segnale per alzarmi ogni ora o due, fare due passi, tornare. Ne ho bevuto molte tazze. Il personale mi ha suggerito alcuni bar con prese di corrente e WiFi veloce, ottimi come alternativa per lavorare. Si fermavano spesso a chiacchierare, e per chi viaggia da solo fa piacere. Le fontane dell’acqua ad ogni piano eliminano un pensiero in meno quando si è concentrati.

"Most important thing first: the bed is good. This place passes. I’ve backpacked through several countries in Africa and Asia and I’ve slept on too many mattresses that look fine but wage war on your spine by morning. J Boutique’s double room is not that. The mattress has real support. Nothing hurt when I woke up. Something you won’t find on their website: there are water dispensers on every floor. Bring a reusable bottle and you won’t spend a single peso on water the entire stay. In El Nido’s heat, this is genuinely useful. The free coffee in the lobby kept me functional before early morning island hopping departures. Without it I’d probably have fallen asleep at the dock. One honest downside: no breakfast. At this price point, you kind of expect it. It’s not a dealbreaker, just an extra step. There’s a local place across the street the front desk recommended, cheap and filling, and finding it was its own small adventure. Location sits at the quieter end of the main street. Five-minute walk to the beach. That balance works."

"A recepção intermediou o aluguel de uma scooter para mim. No dia seguinte, às sete da manhã, eu já estava pegando a estrada — e foi nesse momento que a viagem para El Nido começou de verdade. Para um viajante de duas rodas, a hospedagem atende perfeitamente às necessidades básicas: uma cama confortável, chuveiro quente, ar-condicionado eficiente e Wi-Fi funcional. O café gratuito no lobby é uma comodidade excelente, permitindo que eu saísse sem ter que pensar nisso logo cedo. O único ponto negativo é a ausência de elevador. Como viajo com pouca bagagem, não tive problemas, mas quem estiver com malas grandes e pesadas precisa se preparar psicologicamente para as escadas. A equipe prontamente ajudou a carregar as malas sem que fosse solicitado, o que foi um ponto super positivo, mas as escadas ainda estão lá. O terraço na cobertura era o meu destino todas as noites. É um espaço simples, sem bar ou grandes estruturas, apenas ao ar livre. Perfeito para ver as estrelas, sentir a brisa e relaxar sem fazer nada — o que, para mim, foi o suficiente. Além disso, todas as recomendações de restaurantes feitas pelos funcionários foram excelentes. Sem exceção. Manter um padrão desses não é por acaso."

Quatre personnes, une chambre familiale, et une fois les bagages ouverts le sol avait presque disparu. Ha. Mais les lits étaient suffisants, tout le monde avait de la place pour dormir, et la clim soufflait directement sur ma grande sœur qui a dit que c’était la meilleure nuit de sommeil qu’elle avait eue depuis trente ans. Je lui ai dit qu’elle exagérait. Elle a dit non. Le ménage était fait chaque matin, serviettes changées, poubelles vidées, rien n’était laissé de côté. Un grand merci au personnel de la réception. À cause des conditions météo notre itinéraire a été complètement chamboulé, et elle a tout réorganisé pour nous, le van pour Puerto Princesa, les horaires, les points de prise en charge, tout. Ce moment-là, j’étais vraiment soulagée. En face de l’hôtel il y a un petit resto local, pas cher, les portions sont grandes. On y est retourné trois soirs de suite et le troisième soir la patronne nous a dit, vous êtes encore là. C’est ce genre de moment qu’on retient d’un voyage.

The only reason I'm not giving this place a worst review is because of the staff. They are extremely friendly, knew me by name, and are so helpful that I was surprised and can't remember having a best customer service than this. Kudos to all the people working in the front desk! Bed was also comfortable and the AC was very cold, which is great. Wi-fi was decent.

3 main issues: extremely small room; extremely small bathroom; room just by the street and a very noisy place. I was shocked by how small the room was. I could barely open my luggage and move around. The bathroom is also extremely small and when you shower you will make the whole space wet (there's no curtain or separator between shower and toilet bowl which is very awkward and uncomfortable. There's also barely any space for you to put your amenities. The lighting at the bathroom is also bad. Last point is that the room is just by the street with a big glass window facing it so anytime the loud tricycles drove by, i could hear it. They even give you earplugs when you checkin.

Accommodations (and most things) in El Nido have become outrageously expensive in recent years, so it's not always easy to find a decent place at a reasonable price anymore. So we were glad we found J Boutique. It was a a convenient walking distance around town, close to one end of town so easy to drive out to Corong-Corong, Lio, etc. We were a group of 5 with big luggages that booked the superior family room and it was enough space to fit us comfortably. Price was extremely reasonable, and service by Pao and the rest of the team was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, dyson hair dryer, fridge with complementary soda and room slippers available in the room, a water dispenser right outside. Would book here again.

This is a known (and sadly common) problem around El Nido, but at one point during our stay, the water ran out. The staff actioned on this very quickly. When we ran the tap again, we had to wait a bit as the water coming out of the faucet was murky. Otherwise, can't complain about much else.

Das Zimmer ist modern und schlicht gehalten, helles Holz, warme Beleuchtung, ein großer Standspiegel. Das Licht macht wirklich was her, besonders für Fotos. Kein grell-weißes Neonlicht, das einen müde aussehen lässt, sondern ein weiches Gelb, das einfach schmeichelt. Das Bad ist in Weiß gehalten und sehr sauber. Das Highlight für mich war die Dachterrasse kurz vor Sonnenuntergang. Die Kalksteinfelsen sind hoch genug, dass sie die Sonne ziemlich früh verdecken, also am besten rechtzeitig raufgehen. Das Licht in diesem Moment war genau richtig. Alle Restaurantempfehlungen vom Personal haben gestimmt, ich habe überall Fotos gemacht und alles gepostet. Eigentlich sollten sie mir dafür etwas zahlen. Und das Massagestudio direkt nebenan ist das größte im Ort, drei Etagen, und man braucht danach buchstäblich eine Minute zu Fuß bis ins Bett. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect little budget property that is about 5 minutes from the main beach. Staff were extremely attentive! Surprisingly so! Nothing but nice things to say about every single staff member here. Value for money was truly outstanding. Once again staff were incredible with helping make bookings and remembering small things and reminding me I needed beach towels. Truly the service here is the kind of service I received when I booked a Four Seasons hotel. Give them all raises and tip them well because they DESERVE IT!!!

I did not realize how small the bunk bed room was going to be, but that’s on me. The ladder was a little rough to climb up and down and I’m 25. The mattresses were not my favorite thing either. Very small stuff, but very worth it for the money paid. Overall more pros than cons.

The reception staff were the most friendly and helpful people of anywhere I have stayed and are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s located less than 10 min walk from the beach with some great cafes nearby. It’s also close to attractions such as the zip line and canopy walk. I didn’t have a window in my room, so make sure you set an alarm or you might not realise it’s morning :)

Bunk bed room was the same small size as the towel closet across the hall. No windows, claustrophobic feeling. Thin plastic mattress on hard wooden slab bunk beds. Location on the edge of El Nido town.

Great location if you want to stay in El Nido which has many bars/restaurants and is a good hub for the boat excursions. We had the 6-person room which was large and had large windows to the street below although the bathroom is tiny. Beds were very comfortable though. Front desk helped us book scooters which we rode 35 minutes to Nacpan Beach and gave us free vouchers to use the pool and beach chairs at their sister hotel there. Once we saw the unbelievably beautiful Nacpan Beach we realized we should have stayed there and commuted to El Nido instead.

Die Lage ist gut. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten am Strand oder den umliegenden Restaurants in El Nido.

Extrem kleine Zimmer, hellhörig, nicht gedämmt. Zimmer ohne Fenster. Zudem ist es muffig, die ganze Kleidung riecht nach einigen Tagen.

Hands down the best service I've received ever while travelling. I worked in hospitality for 25 years for a luxury hotel company and the service provided by Jols, Bob and Lyn surpassed any experience I've had to date. They genuinely seemed to care about my daughter and I and making sure we had an amazing experience. From pre-arrival, during our stay to beyond check out, they were always communicative, friendly and exceeding our expectations - making sure we had beach towels on a day we rented a scooter as well as arranging access to another property when they heard we were going to drive the scooter to a particular beach. I honestly don't know what we would have done when we arrived at that beach as there didn't seem to be public access and it was a 45 minute scooter ride! The location of the property is perfect too as it's right in town but away from the more dense area allowing for a quiet night. It's only about a 7 to 10 minute walk to El Nido beach and right on the main street where there are lots of restaurants and souvenir shops.

There aren't any windows in the bedroom (there's one in the bathroom but I'm not sure it goes anywhere) but there are two exits in case of fire so I felt better about that.

The only problem is that nights is a bit laud because in the near drive a lot of cars and you can hier that.

Après une journée de plongée, on a vraiment besoin d'une bonne douche chaude pour rincer le sel, et la salle de bain du J Boutique ne m'a pas déçu. L'emplacement des prises est aussi très bien pensé, juste des deux côtés du lit. C'est hyper pratique pour charger ma caméra, mon téléphone et mon ordinateur de plongée. Même s'il n'y a pas de vue sur la mer, cette commodité au quotidien est le plus important.

Le personnel était d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur soumettre votre planning car ils peuvent vous aider. (Ex : nous avons été à Nacpan beach et nous avons eu un accès gratuit à des sunbed d’un hôtel partenaire) La literie est très confortable et la pression d’eau dans la douche efficace !

Malheureusement nous avions une chambre double au RDC qui donnait sur la rue, donc assez bruyant. Mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’était très bien

Wenn man mit Kindern reist, möchte man weder an einem lauten noch an einem schmutzigen Ort übernachten. Das Hotel ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt, sodass man den Lärm der Musik vermeidet, aber trotzdem schnell Snacks kaufen oder Restaurants finden kann. Direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt, den die Kinder geliebt haben! Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber der Boden war blitzsauber – ich hatte kein Problem damit, die Kinder dort krabbeln zu lassen. Das Personal war sehr geduldig mit den Kleinen, ein Riesenpluspunkt.

Room a little small but did the job

I paid €181 for a room located next to a very busy road that didn’t even have a room number and appeared to be a staff room rather than a proper guest room. The manager acknowledged the issue and promised a refund for three nights. Unfortunately, I have still not received the refund or any follow-up. As someone who travels frequently, this is the first time I have experienced such poor handling of a complaint. Very disappointing.

For the facilities offered, the price was expensive. Given it brands itself a hotel suitable for backpackers there is no laundry service. There was some confusion over our transfer, so just make sure to confirm any details.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, man kommt schnell zu allen Restaurants und zum Strand (wo alle Touren starten), sowie zum Hafen. Mein Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich! Per WhatsApp wurde mir abends außerhalb vom Hotel noch eine Tour für den nächsten Tag organisiert und ich durfte mein Gepäck nach dem Check Out im Hotel lassen um an der Tour teilnehmen zu können. Bester Mann: Bob!!

Mein Zimmer lag auf der zweiten Etage und durch eine art Generator war es leider recht laut. Außerdem gibt es Notlichter, welche Nachts gestört haben. Die Fugen generell sollten erneuert werden.

We had the family room which was spotlessly clean! Also the staff is super kind and helpful. The beach towel service was also a plus.

It’s difficult to sleep here: the rat in the ceiling someone else mentioned is still there, outside the room you hear other rats scavenging the garbage bins standing next to the window and, as the room was on ground level, you’ll hear all the conversations from the lobby. All in all this makes it in my opinion nit a good value for money.

Wir haben insgesamt nur eine Nacht im Hotel als Zwischenstopp verbracht, daher war es sehr passend. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war bequem und groß, die Dusche angenehm warm.

Die Lage war recht zentral, leider war unser Zimmer zur Straße hin ausgerichtet und die Isolation war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Mit oropax war es machbar, jedoch nichts für Leute die lärmempfindlich oder sich einen ruhigen Ort zur Erholung wünschen.

Small room for two people

The location was very good, just near the center but not on the busy street. The staff were super friendly and helped us whenever we had a question!

The doors where not very soundproof, you could hear everything from the hallway.

The staff are really amazing and super accommodating. Highly recommended, plus, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the town.

Centrally located, short walk to most things, ideal for short stay, staff were always helpful and supportive.

Tiny room, very noisy ground floor room facing road, breakfast provided would have been good option considering the elevated price per night, did not clean and tidy my room on a daily basis.

住宿位置在town的邊緣，10分鐘以內可以走到town square,前台人員親切又貼心，服務態度非常非常好，會幫我們預先想好交通規劃，並且給予行程建議，有他們的幫忙讓人覺得很安心。

沒有開窗，只能靠冷氣通風，海邊玩回來需要晾曬的衣物都是靠浴室抽風機或是冷氣吹乾，除非要拿到頂樓晾曬。
