Location... It's a bit away from city center. Had to call to be picked up.

To reach the hotel property approx 75 stairs are there to reach.

Very nice location. The staff was friendly & helpful.
Everyone was super helpful, kind and accommodating. I was so grateful for the incredible hospitality and kindness of the owners and employees.
Property location was good, staff was friendly, food provided was decent and nice. There was hot water to take bath as well as provided to drink.
Other tourists arriving at weird time knocking on our room's door at midnight is really annoying.

Owner and staffs are friendly nature. good food and behaviour too. Hotels are 3 kms above from Sonprayag Parking. Little bit issue as no other restaurants found nearby. Owners only provide food after your order. Good was very good. Value for money.
3 kms Distance from centre.. that's the main issue for old citizen. Except this all are good.

Situated on hill, had to carry luggage bags all the way up, no hot water, taxis charge 1k to reach the hotel from bus stand and again 1k for going back to bus stand, I booked thru booking.com for 3500 per night but it is not even worth 1500
