Schönes stylisches Schloss

Für uns war das Abendessen aufgrund des schlechten Service leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Ober hatte offensichtlich keine Lust uns zu bedienen, obwohl die Terrasse nicht mal halb voll war. Die Karten wurden uns erst auf Nachfrage nach mehr als 20 Minuten gebracht. Wein und Wasser bekamen wir nach 45 Minuten nach erneuter Nachfrage.

Beautifully restored castle located in a typical village. Majestic trees in the garden. Great selection of local products for the breakfast, and excellent dinner menu at a reasonable price. Staff from reception to dining area are friendly and show professionalism.

The payment of a fee to park the car. It should be part of the services provided with the reservation of the room.

Nice but a bit expensive for what it is compare to similaire castle in the same area. The pool is very nice, but there's soil around it, which isn't very pleasant.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was good and the people at the reception were very kind and helpful, we also got a small present at the check out, which was a very nice gesture of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good but not the best.

Fantastisches Frühstück. Herrlicher Pool zur Erfrischung nach den Ausflügen! Toller Ausblick auf den Ort und die Umgebung.

Nach dem Duschen in der freistehenden Badewanne war der Boden das Badezimmer jedes Mal komplett nass. Ein Paar Tropfen Öl hätten einigen beweglichen Teilen der Einrichtung nicht geschadet.

La struttura principale è bellissima e ristrutturata molto bene. Lo staff molto cordiale e attento. La colazione in linea con lo standard.

La posizione non è ottimale per visitare la Provenza e Mazan offre poco di sera. Nota di demerito per il parcheggio: abbiamo prenotato in anticipo e pagato 15€ a notte ma in due casi abbiamo dovuto “inventare” il parcheggio con il concreto rischio di bloccare qualche altro ospite. Infine, la camera era scomoda, nonostante non fosse così piccola. Il bagno inferiore alla categoria, sia per funzionalità sia per offerta di oggetti per la toilette.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schönen und großzügigen Zimmer sowie die prachtvolle Villa, die ein besonderes Ambiente schafft. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Weniger überzeugt hat uns jedoch das Abendessen. Die Speisen wurden leider nur lauwarm serviert und der Wein war deutlich zu warm, was den Gesamteindruck des Dinners erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserer Reservierung. Obwohl wir im Voraus mit unseren Kindern bei der Rezeption gebucht hatten, sollten wir beim Dinner zunächst abgewiesen werden. Dann sollten wir noch den Tisch wechseln da dieser, an dem wir uns gesetzt hatten „reserviert“ war. Wir blieben sitzen. Der Kellner war unfreundlich und hat uns spüren lassen, dass wir mit unseren Kindern unerwünscht sind. Hätten wir eine Alternative gehabt, wären wir gegangen.

L amabilité, l efficacité, la prévenance, la conversation et le sourire des différents membres du personnel. Tout l hôtel est décoré avec goût. Les attentions pour notre lune de miel nous ont fait très plaisir ! Le restaurant est digne d'un plusieurs fois etoilé, pour un prix très abordable : il faut absolument goûter la cuisine de ce chef ! Musique douce dans une bibliothèque très agréable

Le tarif du parking est un peu élevé, quoique non obligatoire

De locatie, de sfeer. Echt fantastisch ingericht. En dat in combinatie met meer dan uitstekende service van het personeel. Ontbijt prima en de vrijdagavond bbq die heerlijk was. De chef d’equipe die langs de tafels komt om te vragen of alles naar wens is. Het meedenken, in ons geval mochten we iets later uitchecken omdat mijn vrouw niet lekker was. Een dikke tien dus. Merci!

Le shampoing et l’après shampooing fixes J’ai des cheveux très longs et j’ai besoin de beaucoup de shampooing et d’après shampoing les petites bouteilles sont plus facile à manier Au restaurant, les portions sont trop petites ( filet de bar minuscule)

Das Schloss hat Charme und eine gute Lage. Der Garten, die Terrasse und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Zimmer haben Charme. Unseres hat aber etwas modrig gerochen und es war sichtbar, dass die Instandhaltung wohl mehr kostet, als vorhanden ist. Es hat uns aber trotzdem gefallen, es ist ein spezielles Haus .

Klimaanlage im Zimmer lief kaum und es gab keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern , dadurch wurde es in der Nacht sehr warm.

Le dîner du dernier soir au restaurant de l’hôtel. La piscine agréable. Le personnel à l’écoute et aimable.

Le niveau de prestations de ce qui vendu comme une « suite », n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. « Suite » sous le toit, hauteur du plafond très basse, fenêtres minuscules, 2eme lit inconfortable pour mon fils, 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce n’est pas une prestation 4* et pas une suite.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. I was quite hesitant to book it because of the reviews and because I was afraid it would be overpriced, but that was absolutely not the case. Everything was exceptional. We booked a room with a garden view, and the young woman at the reception handled our request wonderfully. Even though it was only her second day on the job, she managed everything very professionally and gave us a ground-floor room, exactly as we had hoped for. We had a wonderful stay. The place is truly beautiful, the room was very clean, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good. Even though there were many guests staying there at the time, we didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. The breakfast was good as well. It didn’t offer a huge variety of options, but there was definitely enough to choose from, both sweet and savory.

La bâtisse est assez majestueuse, bien décorée à l'intérieur, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le parking dans la cour est indispensable car sinon le stationnement dans le village n'est pas pratique, pensez à réserver le parking car il n'y a pas de place pour tout le monde! Le petit déjeuner est très bien Le diner est servi dans une grande salle majestueuse. mais ça manque un peu de choix au niveau des plats.

Il faudrait soigner quelques petits détails: un peu de destop dans la baignoire dont l'écoulement est plus ou moins bouché, remplacer la lampe d'un des deux chevets qui est grillée, etc... Belle piscine mais pas chauffée, donc pas baignable au printemps...

Un lieu historique rénové avec goût. Le jardin est magnifique et le coin piscine bien placé. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel très accueillant un grand merci à Camille, la jeune fille à l'accueil pour sa gentillesse et pour nous avoir trouvée des peignoirs .

Bon emplacement dans le Lubéron pour pouvoir rayonner dans cette jolie région. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le buffet est largement achalandé avec plein de bonnes choses faites maison. Nous avons fortement apprécié la piscine et notre superbe chambre avec terrasse.

Во-вторых, это невероятная эстетика и красота: каждый сантиметр отеля красив и уникален. Наш номер был настоящим произведением искусства! Сад, бассейн, общий зоны, терраса - мечта! В-третьих, очень тихо, поэтому спится великолепно! Завтраки потрясающие. Персонал очень приветливый, милый и обходительный. Обязательно сюда еще приедем)))

Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Badewanne die frei im Badezimmer stand. Prinzipiell sehr schön und edel, aber zum Duschen etwas schwierig, da die Wand und der Boden immer nass werden.

L'architecture XVIII eme et le très joli jardin. L'organisation intèrieure , les hauteurs de plafonds, les volumes et l'ambiance. Bonne literie, bien chauffé , très silencieux.

Manque cruel de personnel et donc service inexistant malgré la bonne volonté du jeune homme charmant de l'accueil. Absence d'entretien général : Volets en très mauvais état, rideaux en partie décrochés dans notre chambre, tache énorme sur le tapis de notre chambre, serrures de portes intèrieures installées du mauvais coté . Petit déjeuner sans aucun service ! Bien qu'il soit excellent. Repas au restaurant " La cour " : médiocre en tout : service lamentable, repas médiocre, desserts ( profiteroles : indignes d'un restaurant aux prétentions gastronomiques).Serviettes en papier, absence de nappe, propreté douteuse des espaces sous les tables : miettes sur le sol présentes à l'arrivée au petit déjeuner et revêtement de table collant !! c'est indigne d'un 4 étoiles : rien n'est professionnel , l'entretien est minimal, le suivi est défaillant. Le propriétaire doit reprendre tout en mains : personnel, bâtiment et chambres .

We enjoyed our staying in this beautiful chateau, which belonged to Marquis de Sade and as a welcome gift, we received a double upgrade for the room. Parking on site is a big plus. Staff were super helpful and polite when asking for options to eat or directions to a supermarket( easy to get there by walking). Beds were comfortable and room size was great. We enjoyed the view from our room ( he stayed in a junior suite).

Malgré une réservation confirmée deux mois à l'avance pour célébrer notre double anniversaire — mon anniversaire et nos 25 ans de mariage — le dîner prévu au restaurant de l’hôtel le 15 juillet a été annulé sans explication, seulement deux jours avant l’événement. Nous avons alors dû gérer cette situation dans l’urgence, à la veille d’un jour férié (14 juillet), période pendant laquelle il est particulièrement difficile d’obtenir une réponse ou une réservation de dernière minute. Il a fallu que mon mari appelle à trois reprises pour espérer une solution, mais à chaque fois, il s’est heurté à de l’indifférence ou à des réponses expéditives : "Rappelez plus tard", "Ce n’est pas le moment, c’est l’heure du check-in", Et enfin, sur un ton désagréable : “Mais qu’est-ce que vous attendez de nous ?” Nous avons également dû envoyer un mail en urgence, sans quoi nous n’aurions eu aucun retour. Ce n’est que le lendemain matin que nous avons reçu une liste de restaurants, trop tardive pour espérer une vraie alternative. Le seul établissement disponible était surchargé, avec un cadre très éloigné de ce que nous espérions pour une soirée aussi symbolique. Aucun geste de l'hôtel, aucune attention en chambre, aucun mot d’excuse, ni même un simple verre offert pour compenser ce désagrément. Ce manque total de considération a fortement entaché ce moment que nous souhaitions inoubliable.

Mazan selbst ist nicht besonders interessant, mit dem Auto ist man aber sehr flexibel,

Joël, le Directeur Général, hat uns ausnehmend freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit empfangen. Seine sehr zuvorkommende Art hat unseren Aufenthalt geprägt. Danke! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers wie auch des ganzen Hauses ist äusserst stilvoll. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend. Der Schlossgarten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool von guter Grösse mit bequemen Liegen. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Para a cidade de Mazan, super central, e considerando a região da Provence/Luberon, bom acesso de carro - não recomendo ser for fazer os trajetos por outros meios. O Hotel é extremamente elegante, e simpático. Ficamos em um quarto excelente, com ótimo atendimento. Alimentação também é um diferencial, com o café da manhã muito bom e um jantar excelente.

O Banheiro do quarto que ficamos possui apenas uma banheira, com duchinha, sem chuveiro/ducha nem apoio para transformar em ducha, o que gerou um caos de água espalhada com crianças em alguns momentos - sentimos falta.

We had a beautiful stay with our family at the boutique hotel of chateau de Mazan. This beautiful Provençal old mansion, which once belonged to the de Sade heir, has been authentically renovated to a luxurious hotel, which still breaths the old spirit but with modern comfort and lots of good taste. The rooms are spacious and fresh through the airco (even at 34 degrees Celsius outside), and well isolated from noise. I would recommend booking a room in the main building. The surrounding terrace, garden and pool are also beautiful and calm. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Very good breakfast with homemade pastries and local ingredients. Also the restaurant in the evening is delicious, in a romantic setting on the terrace with a view on the garden and the illuminated castle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do not expect a five star hotel but an authentic boutique hotel in a familial atmosphere. You can book a parking spot on the private parking next to the hotel, which is recommended. The parking space is not accessible for very low cars.

Una struttura affascinante dallo stile provenzale magico. Bellissimi gli esterni e la piscina. Le camere pulite e lo staff eccezionale. In particolare Cloe è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a supportare, insieme ai suoi colleghi altrettanto attenti. Bellissima colazione.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio da rinfrescare ma niente che distolga l’attenzione dalla bella esperienza.
