House full of dusty include inside all cupboard and hairy in master bedroom, toilet not clean much need improve cleaning service. Last air conditioner not so cold even I put low temperature.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Best, condo vista bangi ni, dekat dgn kedai2. Then rumah ok, living room, 3 rooms dgn 3 queen beds, aircond ok, balcony + ampaian. Tv ada wifi + netflix. 2 bathroom, washing machine, fridge, microwave, coway water includes too. Swimming good. Mirror n wardrobe nice.
For kitchen is ok. Suggestion nice : add rice cooker, add kitchen scissors, add sliding curtain to cover laundry area. Make sharp kitchen knives.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025The house is in good condition. All rooms have air conditioning, including the living room. There’s also a Coway machine, so no need to buy mineral water. The living room is spacious as well. If you have small children, it’s very suitable for them to play since the space is very wide.
We only received 1 access card for parking even though we have 2 parking lots. It’s very troublesome to go upstairs as advised by the owner, even after informing security. We honked but the barrier still didn’t open. Then we had to reverse back and go to the security to explain again. This happens every time, which is very inconvenient. Hopefully next time, 2 access cards can be provided for 2 parking lots.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025The only breakfast was at the Mamak restaurant at lower level. Not so exciting.
The owner is super suspicious of her customers and dealt with us unfairly. Expected us to empty the trash bin? kept reminding us of all the house rules!! Never been to such a super fuss Homestay, very stressful.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2024Comfortable house, nice decoration, very clean. Room all equiped with air cond, including the living room. The owner provide iron, two extra matress, extra 3 extra blankets, sejadah and many more. Large swimming pool, need tonwear swimming suit or jersey t shirt.
Rice cooker not provided, you can bring your own. You need to change your attire after swimming.

• Shampoo & shower cream just left on the rack to dry after “squeezing” out to the respective dispensers. It makes one wonder if it is still good to use. • No toilet tissues. The owner offered to compensate but we declined. • No hair dryer. • Creased bath towels

Reviewed Jan 28, 2023Second time book this room because of my house electrics problem whole block no electrics 3days we are emergency booking at night around 7pm or 8pm, honestly this room are very suitable for family with kiddo. It's very clean, big, comfortable, no worry about facility there are all available. Especially night view. And the owner, customer service, guards are very friendly.

Especially we have 4 children 2 adult children 2 kiddo 2 years old, so this room is very suitable for family with kiddo. Easy check in and out
