Reviewed Aug 16, 2026هدوء الحي وموقع الشقة ممتاز بالنسبة لي، يعتبر قريب من مستشفى الملك خالد للعيون. توفير كافة مستلزمات الشقة اهتمام و سرعة تجاوب المضيف تحسب لهم
الموقف المخصص للشقة مرات تحصل واحد واقف فيه (حصلت معي مع ان صاحب الشقة ما قصر وتواصل لحل المشكلة لكن للاسف مافيه تجاوب من اللي موقف) وهذا الشيء مقدر. سيفون الحمام يحتاج قوة دفع اقوى.

Reviewed May 10, 2026- المؤجر ذا خلق ولطف، تم طلب دخول مبكر وخروج متأخر ووعدني بذلك عند عدم تعارض مع ضيف آخر، وبالفعل لبى الطلب دون أي تكلفة إضافية. - الموقع مليء بالخدمات والمطاعم وكل ما تحتاجه، ومناسب لاحتياجي (الذهاب والعودة لمدينة القدية دون ازدحام). - المضيف كريم في وضع الاحتياجات اليومية أكثر من حاجتنا ومن شركات معروفة ومشهورة وعريقة مثل لوشن وصابون اليد والشامبو والمناديل والمناشف. - البيت يحتوي على كافة الاحتياجات اليومية مما يسهل الغسيل والطبخ عند الحاجة.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2025This is a superb place to stay. It is very clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and spacious. One of the best value for money stays I have done anywhere in the world. The location is great for the west side of town, the conference centre, and tourist areas. There is a wonderful coffee shop close by as well as a major mall and supermarket complex within walking distance. Ubers come quickly and traffic is relatively good into Al Olaya and other central areas. The communication from the host was perfect and he was very flexible and helpful. Will stay again for sure.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2023Tmodern facilities and the apartment is amazing , the check inn and check out super smooth, the owner does speak English 🙌 so that’s makes easier the communication with him, we love our stay, I wish to be in Riyadh longer, for sure I will comeback. The pictures that you see is exactly what you get, not disappointed in that part. Super new apartment you will fell in a 5⭐️
It’s noisy at night but the system in the curtains is amazing, there is nothing really serious that we don’t like , someone took the apartment parking without permission but is something the owner deal really well and the next day was not a problem anymore

Reviewed May 19, 2023Traveling with Family, with my wife and 3 children, is always a demanding undertaking for me in terms of finding a perfect accommodation for us. So many things are to be considered to ensure a perfect stay for us all. Our overnight stay at the Luxary Apartment at Erqah, Riyadh was truly an excellent one. Everything is prepared in the apartment to every detail, to the smallest detail I should say that every tired traveller will be looking for. My wife's checklist for a good kitchen facility, Dining space and bathroom are all meet beyond expectations. The bedrooms were all dressed up, the dining table stuffs are well appointed and the living room was truly perfect for the family to gather around. There was initial glitch though, one of the two rooms for children had a malfunctioning AC unit, but by just a simple call to the property management the problem was immediately fixed. The property management showed a deep concern on the matter and within few minutes an AC Technician came in and fixed the trouble and everyone in the family truly had a nice and comfortable sleep the whole night at each of the rooms. Our family appreciated so much the care and concern which the property management showed into the guests of the apartment. Very thankful indeed.

Kitchen amenities were limited, so hard to cook from home but host very amenable and ready to sort whenever is needed.
