If you are taking the high speed train and arrive at Guangzhou Nan Station, it takes approximate 15 mins to arrive the hotel by metro.

1. The hotel is a bit far away from the tourist areas. 2. The daily room cleaning is poor. They will not replace your used cups even we put all the the used cups into the pantry sink. 3. The soundproofing of the room is poor. 4. The hotel don't serve buffet breakfast as mentioned on the hotel's website.

The location of Bridal Tea House was convenient, which was the main positive of our stay. However, overall the experience was below expectations. The room felt quite old and was not very clean, with signs of wear that made it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which affected the overall experience. While the hotel may suit travelers who only need a basic place to stay and value location, I personally would not choose to stay here again unless improvements are made to cleanliness and service.

The breakfast was amazing, and there was variety; we really enjoyed it. Also, it was easy to eat because we come from a different place and eat different types of food, but we did not find difficulty because we were catered for without even asking for it. I like the food served, be it lunch, breakfst or dinner. I liked that it was very healthy. I like the service and the rooms, though small but they had everything we needed. The people were friendly and the lifts are always working.

Almost everything was good about the place. New place and very clean.

It was strange that the suite had a kitchen but had no refrigerator or even a mini bar.

Las instalaciones, hermoso el hotel. La ducha exquisita. Todo impecable. La zona tiene mucho para comer. Está el metro en la esquina.

El desayuno horrible!!! Comen comida que nosotros almorzamos. Ni una fruta o yogurt. Para que reciben turistas extranjeros si no ponen desayuno para ellos? La atención del personal de recepcion. Habían siempre 4 y con suerte 1 saludaba.

Awful breakfasts. I'm traveling through China for 14 years. Been here 30 times so far and this was the worst breakfast experience in my hotel history in China. Scarce food, not possible to get anything done per request (forget about scrambled eggs or omelette, not to mention popular breakfast ramen in China), there are NO fruits, NONE. Never seen anything like that. Apart from that - huge noise from the street - the windows lack any soundproofing. Difficult to sleep.

Hôtel is in the center of Paniyu district with many restaurants in close vicinity no need to drive. Rooms are nice and clean

Clean, in a good location. I recommend it to families with small children as the location has a play area nearby where there are activities happening in the evenings. Plenty restaurants around. Gym used by gym also well equipped. Subway is a walkable distance. Bank also close for currency exchanges- bank offers better rate than money beraus at airport

Breakfast was good, as someone who stayed for two weeks, l feel a bit more switching up on meals will be a good idea. Noise from road especially at night is a turn off.

The toilets at the facilities didnot flush properly

The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, microwave, but no utensils which is a bit odd. The staff are very nice and the room is clean, they clean everyday if you allow them.

Can hear the traffic on the main road. Not too much of a problem. A room in the lower numbers would be further away from the road if a bit of background noise bothers you

The staff was extremely helpful, it was located in a prime location, close to the metro, mall and dozens of restaurants

The internet was not fantastic, just decent. The washing room was a bit underwhelming

the room was clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed there 3 nights during canton fair. There was free shuttle bus to and back from canton fair. 10 minutes walking distance to metrol station Panyu station. 30 to 40 minutes to Beijing Road walking district by metro. The price worth the stay compared to famous tourism area. Eateries shop surrounding and easy to find.

The room ceiling was a bit torn, especially the ceiling painting. And the breakfast not many choices. But overall the room was satisfied.

Value for money upgraded room without extra payment.

Very helpful hotel staff despite communication difficulties. Despite this, one person who spoke English rose to the occasion. Very quick responses to questions to the hotel. Getting help with every query. Fantastic location for those visiting the Canton Fair. Great metro connection from the airport and the hotel rents several buses free of charge for fair participants. There are many restaurants around the hotel and everything is within reach. Thank you for your warm welcome during my 1st visit to China

We had a room facing the street and the window was leaky and you could hear the traffic

The buffet breakfast was well worth it. It had a very good variety to choose from. The location is excellent. Only about 6minutes walk from the nearest subway station and there are numerous food places to dine out next doors and across the street. The shuttle bus to the Canton Fair was very convenient in the morning

Staff very helpful and kind love to stay again

The location is perfect, as it’s very close to the metro station and surrounded by shopping malls. The staff were nice, and even though we faced a significant language barrier, they made every effort to understand our questions and provide detailed answers. I would especially like to highlight a moment when we couldn’t order a taxi, as we were unable to register for the app required to do so. After explaining the situation to a staff member, she kindly ordered a taxi for us using her personal account. We’d like to express our appreciation to her once again! The food was just as expected — fresh and tasty. The cleaning service was also top-notch; our room was cleaned spotlessly every day.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which was not unbearable but made the stay less comfortable.

Hotel has a simply a design with a great view of the city. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in helping me set up my account for navigating Guangzhou. Meals in the hotel were affordable as well. There were also plenty food options along the same street and a mall is just nearby for your daily needs.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attraction. But it accounts for the peaceful neighborhood that it is situated in. The metro is near and a 10-minutes walk away.

Located 10 minutes walk from train station. Shuttle bus to and from Canton fair is convenient for anyone going to the fair. Staff were always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with everything they do.

The bathroom was not drying properly which was resulting in the room smelling dump and mouldy. The rest was okay.
