Tinch@Inspiria Cozy Centrally Located Studio Unit with Balcony in the heart of Davao City. Beside Abreeza Mall

The location is excellent

No internet, no cooker. Only a pair of cutlery

Het balkon en het slot bleef vaak piepen

Very nice and very close to the mall.

Nothing

The room itself is very satisfactory, the owner was so patient with me. I am a light sleeper, the unit is situated along JP Laurel Avenue so it disturbs me when a motorcycle passed by the road. Anyways, I still recommends it for those who are not easily disturbed by the noise.

It was very close to the mall.

It was hard being dropped off as it was a busy location with traffic.

Its very nice and cozy. Worth it 👍👍

No shampoo but its okay since I brought my own

Very comfortable and nice view. Good for the price.

The battery on the site lock was low and we has issues getting in initially.

It says in the given instructions to message if a drinking water refill is needed. However, despite sending both messages and emails, I received absolutely no response.

I like everything in this place. Relaxing and quiet.

Location

There was a delay on my checked in process, host didn’t gave me the instructions ahead of time. They should have sent me an instruction email after a confirmed booking, or give a check in instructions to the receptionist. The host realized that the unit was double-booked that day. I attempted to call the host’s phone number multiple times(international phone number),and the receptionist had a hard time touching base with her as well. She didn’t even apologize for the delay it caused. I was late on my scheduled appointment because of this unfortunate event. Hope they would be mindful and attentive next time.

cozy room, small but has everything for you. very accessible area, near the mall, church and restaurants. though we were not able to checked in at once but ate Dina was very helpful. she helped us contact the owner and even offered to stay to another unit while waiting.

the booking process. my booking was already confirmed however, had a late confirmation from the owner to the reception.

Nothing

We couldn't get the key until 7 pm...the owners wouldn't answer our messages and emails, the only number on Booking.com was a Singapore number and we were not going to call Singapore to find out where the keys to the property were. So we had book in elsewhere late in the evening.

The door lock combination is not working

It need support with the owner

Aesthetic and location

Shower

The unit’s location is within the heart of the city, it is close to the malls, gyms, restaurants and shops. Fairly easy to get around public transport. Apart from that, the aesthetics of the unit is lovely.

There was a slight scruffle when it came to the wifi. The owner of the unit is highly responsive and helpful in sorting out our concerns.
